Hi Gurus,
My login webpage is not coming
I check the database instance is "OPEN" and I can login to the server via PuTTy sessions.
How do I check all the web services are running or not ?

Essbase login failed & Cluster not available in Shared Services

Hi,
I have installed & configured the EPM 11.1.2.2 in compact deployment mode i.e. deployed to Embedded weblogic server. Shared Services, Essbase, Planning & Reporting are installed successfully.
I am able to login to Shared Services, Workspace & EAS console with my admin account. But I am unable to login to Essbase from EAS console, MAXL & ESSCMD.
When I am logging with MAXL or EAS console, I am getting login failed error.
Even EssbaseCluster-1 is not available under Application Groups in Shared Services. Only Reporting & Foundation are there.
Please help me what went wrong.

This webpage is not available across all browsers

Recently I've been noticing that various websites will not load. I am running 10.6.8 on a Mac Pro 1,1. I was starting to wonder if it's JavaScript or some connectivity issue. The websites work fine on my computer at work, but I just get "This Website is not available" on Chrome or "Unable to Connect" on Firefox. Safari also didn't work.

I would then try completely resetting your router.

Webpage not available in preview

When I preview my captivate project in in a web browser, the browser says that the webpage is not available. Fully publishing the project works fine.
I have recently installed captivate and moved all my files to a new computer.

Hi Mohit (& Adi if this old issue never did get resolved for you),
First, Azure Files only work for new accounts created after your preview has been activated. The easiest ways to check if a new account has the file endpoint or not:
1) Current portal (manage.windowsazure.com): Click on the account, click "Dashboard", you should see Files under service with an end point (see example screenshot at end of message)
2) Alternatively, you can run from a cmd window: "nslookup <youraccountname>.file.core.windows.net". If your account has a file endpoint, the nslookup will resolve rather than saying "can't find the domain"
If you don't see the files end point on new accounts with the above method(s), please let us know and we can look further.

JSF Deployment error - login.faces not available

I am new to JSF and am having deploying my first example JSF pages in Eclipse on default Tomcat (6.x).
I feel I have done everything stated in the tutorial http://www.exadel.com/tutorial/jsf/jsftutorial-kickstart.html (I did not repeat the step by step instructions in the tutorial - instead, used these instructions to create my own pages / logic). However, I still get the following error:

Can you think what I may be missing here to get the login.faces not available error?
One hint I have is - if I do not set a jsp forward line in the index.jsp file, I get the server deployment for the index.jsp file OK. But not when I have the forward from index.jsp to /pages/login.faces
I also tried setting the context in tomcat server.xml file as follows:

AOL email Login problem on Ipad 4, error message reads:

If I remove AOL app than re-add it. sometimes I get a day or so before the error message returns.
My Aol email is accessable from my Iphone OK.
Seaches for this error solution have been fuitless.

Try a Hard Reset.....
Press and hold the Wake / Sleep button AND the Home button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple Logo appears on the screen, it can take 10 or more seconds. Ignore the swipe to turn off message.

That message is listed in two scripts on the bank's site. One function that can display the message is named PhotoRotator and the other is named PromoRotator. However, I can't seem to trigger the error myself.

Amature mac user dilemma: my login "not available"????

Hi:
I was working on word last nigh typing a paper and everytime i went to retrive another doc. from somewhere, the computer would close the finder window, safari, and word. I restarted my computer and when it came back on, it came up to the login screen (I didn't set up my computer that way) and i try to log in with my account password and it says that "The user account 'Tyler' is not available"
I can change my passoword for my account on that screen using filevault but I cannot login.
Also, I am not sure if it makes a differance but the computer defaults came on that screen (mouse tracking, key speed etc...)

Well we have three macs in the house. A powerbook, an imac G5, and my mini. As far as I know it is self contained. The only thing I have done with connecting into the network has been creating a drop box on the imac because it is connected to our printer, and so I can send files up to the kitchen without having to save them.
That was one of the problems I was having the other night, connecting to the imac I mean, before the mini went haywire...

Mozilla quits when I login to Yahoo Mail. I read on a forum that I need to delete npYstate.dll from Yahoo/Shared directory. This .dll is not available in that folder on my system. Strange???

HT3867 I am connected to the hotel wifi network, but the login screen does not appear.

I am connected to my hotel wifi network, but the login screen does not appear. I am able to access the login page on my PC, but on the iPhone it does not appear and just tries to connect to the webpage (e.g. google.co.uk), and eventually gives up. I've tried opening pages in Safari and Chrome, but none cause the login screen to appear. I have also tried trying to log into the login page that the PC opens when connected to the wifi, but the same thing happens. I am using a iPhone 3G with the latest iOS version 6.0.1.
Is there a way to make the iPhone try to open the login page?

I have the exact same problem as the original poster and I tried many times already the solution proposed by trstark66 and it's still not working. It's not working for both my iPad and iPhone 5. I'm using the latest iOS version available all the time. I have my iPad since 3 years and my iPhone since 1 years and I always had that problem. I'm an airline pilot so I'm always in hotels. I asked my colleagues who also have iPhones and iPads and they all have the same problems from time to time. And when I go in an apple store they all say that it's the first time they hear about that problem. I never have that problem with my PCs, my previous phone and my BB playbook. Only with my iPhone and iPad....since now 3 years...Always the same problem. I'm connected to the Hotel Network, I have an IP address but nothing popup to register with a user name, password or just to access the "I have read and accept the condition.../connect". And when I go in Safari or other Browsers, I am not redirected to a login page. All I have is a message saying cannot access the webpage because I'm not connected to Internet. I tried already hard resets, on/off Wi-Fi, automatic connexion off, forget this network, reset network setting...
My solution for now is to use my Boingo account. I connect to the hotel Network and then I use the Boingo app to connect to Internet.
But, sometimes it works the first time or suddenly for no reason.
Very funny, I was using Boingo on my ipad to write this message in my Hotel room because I was unable to use my free connection as usual. When I tried to press "Add Reply" it failed and I had the message "An error occured while trying to submit your post, please try again". The reason was that boingo was disconnected since I was taking too long to write this message. So I wasn't connected to Internet anymore. I opened a second tab in Safari and what did I see!... the login page to access the free connection from the hotel. This is crazy. Apple, you really suck with hotel/coffee hotspots... I tried for hours and nothing, now hours later I just open a new tab and it works. But tomorrow I know I will try the same and it will not work again. It shouldn't be that complicated.
