EBS Registration issue

Hi All,
We have done the sso registration successfully , but sso login functionality is not working as expected.
Please provide some inputs to fix this issue.
Environment
We are on 11gR2 database for both OID and EBS 11.5.10.2.
OID version 11g on web logic server.
SSO server version is 10.1.4.3
In the front end it is showing the below error while login using the SSO URL.
"The Single Sign-On server registration is invalid. Please contact the System Administrator. "
When we run the below query in the backend (EBS R11 DB) it suppose to get the records without any error or it is suppose to show just “no rows selected”, but I got the “ORA-29275” error in the backend
Query: select FROM FND_USER_PREFERENCES WHERE USER_NAME = '#INTERNAL'*
and I ran the FND Log Query, found these messages..."END with errors for getSSOVerion"
Query--> select * from fnd_log_messages where module like '%fnd.sso.FNDSSOLoginRedirect%' order by timestamp desc;
out put:
MODULE,LOG_LEVEL,MESSAGE_TEXT,SESSION_ID,USER_ID,TIMESTAMP,LOG_SEQUENCE,ENCODED,NODE,NODE_IP_ADDRESS,PROCESS_ID,JVM_ID,THREAD_ID,AUDSID,DB_INSTANCE,TRANSACTION_CONTEXT_ID
fnd.sso.FNDSSOLoginRedirect,6,END with errors for getSSOVerion,-1,-1,7/7/2011 5:39:36 PM,16151017,N,agsos186,155.108.22.210,5161,8230:16210,Thread[Thread-17669,10,main],46984138,1,3762242
I have run the below mentioned steps to register the sso with EBS R11.
Registration Steps
txkrun.pl -script=SetSSOReg -registersso=Yes
txkrun.pl -script=SetSSOReg -registeroid=Yes -provtmp=$FND_TOP/admin/template/ProvBiDiNoCreation.tmp (Here basically I don’t want provision/create the users by default in EBS or OID). Even I tried default option its not working ( by default it provision /create in both places EBS and OID)

    I have been facing issue with J4W registration and display error "no connection to server". Following is the version detail:-
    Version CUCM and IM&P---> (10.5.2)
    On-Premises login
    During analysis, i found 2 things in logs:-
    1). Unable to download jabber-config.xml file (Download of TFTP File failed for server ) //// all the other xml files are succesfully downloaded which may indicate that there is an absence of jabber-config.xml file.
    2). While signing into presence "OnLoginError: (data=0) LERR_JABBER_UNREACHABLE <16>: "

    I tried to change the IP address to FQDN under System---> Server, but after that the connection is lost between CUCM and IM&P.

    Nishant,
    Sorry for the late reply. You may well have resolved this  by now, if you have can I suggest that you update the post with the resolution so others may benefit.
    Looking at the logs, I can see that Jabber is trying to login to the IMP server below, but its returning server unreachable error.
    Signing into Presence Server. Server: 162.20.10.30, login mode: ON_PREM, result: 0

    We will need to look at the IMP logs to know what is going on. Let me know if you still need help with this.

  • Journal Import EBS R12 Issue

    Hi All,
    Environment :
    - Solaris 11
    - EBS R12
    - Oracle DB 11.2.0.3.0
    Journal Import Profile option is default (still no settings / default settings / not still tune).
    Our Journal Import could not submit more than 4000 records.
    When we try to import data more than 4000, there is an error SQL*Net message to client on OAM view log, and when I looking on LAB128 and OEM, the process stop mostly on gl.gl_je_lines, sometimes on gl.gl_je_headers.
    I had already followed suggestion from metalink forum :
    change DB : sqlnet.ora, listener.ora
    add sqlnet.ora on Apps Server (EBS R12 Server)
    But, now there is another issue, the error SQL*Net message to client not raise anymore, but when I see Journal Import OAM log, LAB128 and OEM, the sessions is inactive but the process looks like looping forever.
    Need suggestion solution for this issue.
    Any help is very appreciated and score. Thanks before.

    Dear Mr. Hussein,
    Our EBS version : 12.1.3, while
    R12:Journal Import Failing With ORA-24337 Error When Importing All GROUP IDs [ID 1159594.1] Oracle General Ledger - Version: 12.0.0 to 12.1.2 - Release: 12.0 to 12.1
    I'm already change the settings of :
    Please revert to Oracle Net Server tracing/logging, set following parameter in the server's sqlnet.ora :
    DIAG_ADR_ENABLED = OFF
    - to back out the ADR diag for the Listener component, set following parameter in the server's listener.ora:
    DIAG_ADR_ENABLED_<listenername> = OFF
    - Where the <listenername> would be replaced with the actual name of the configured listener(s) in the listener.ora configuration file. For example, if the listener name is 'LISTENER', the parameter would read:
    DIAG_ADR_ENABLED_LISTENER = OFF
    -Reload or restart the TNS Listener for the parameter change to take effect.
    ACTION PLAN
    ============
    We will need to trace a connection on both CLIENT and SERVER endpoints to see what is happening. Please follow these steps:
    1. Add the following parameters in the sqlnet.ora file on the CLIENT workstation (where sql loader is executed):
    TRACE_LEVEL_CLIENT=16
    TRACE_DIRECTORY_CLIENT=<some_known_directory>
    TRACE_FILE_CLIENT=client
    TRACE_UNIQUE_CLIENT=ON
    TRACE_TIMESTAMP_CLIENT=ON
    DIAG_ADR_ENABLED =OFF -- add this in case of 11g client
    If you need to restrict the amount of disk space used by the long-term traces then you can also set the following:
    TRACE_FILELEN_CLIENT=<file_size_in_Kbytes>
    TRACE_FILENO_CLIENT=<number_of_files>
    2. Add the following parameters in the sqlnet.ora file on the SERVER:
    TRACE_LEVEL_SERVER=16
    TRACE_DIRECTORY_SERVER=<some_known_directory>
    TRACE_FILE_SERVER=server
    TRACE_TIMESTAMP_SERVER=ON
    DIAG_ADR_ENABLED =OFF
    If you need to restrict the amount of disk space used by the long-term traces then you can also set the following:
    TRACE_FILELEN_SERVER=<file_size_in_Kbytes>
    TRACE_FILENO_SERVER=<number_of_files>
    3. Try to reproduce the issue.
    4. Check if trace files were created.
    5. Disable tracing by removing the TRACE lines from sqlnet.ora on both CLIENT and SERVER.
    6. Compress (in .zip or .tar.gz format) and upload the trace files.
    We only need a pair of client and server trace files for the same sqlplus session which exhibits the issue; in order to match client and server trace files you should use the tips in Note:374116.1 "How to Match Oracle Net Client and Server Trace Files"below is result of failing Journal Import :

    My temporary suspect is on network issue between Apps Server and DB Server (Two-Tier) because with AutoBatch for FAH (Financial Accounting Hub), there is 5 Journal Import Processing on Request and only this one was error.
    My team had raised this issue to SR two days ago, hopefully few hours again, we could see their answer.

  • Retail Execution Application Device Registration Issues

    Hello Community,
    I am having issues registering the Retail Execution application with a user in CRM.
    I am testing with an iOS device where I downloaded the application from the app store and an Android device where I got the APK from the SAP marketplace.
    The guide I am following is the Administrator's Guide SAP Retail Execution 3.2.0.
    There are a few issues i've come across which I think might be contributing to my devices not enrolling.
    I've completed the setup of the environment till the point in the documentation for Data Change Notification where I need to create an RFC connection to the SMP server.
    I entered the IP address for the SUP server with the port as 80. Is port 80 correct?
    The username ive setup as supAdmin@Admin with the password.
    When I test the connection I get a : Status HTTP Response 404 error.
    Another issue I have is that in the documentation under the section enrolling a device using the Relay Server, all the fields are referring to SMP username, SMP Farm ID, SMP Activation code and so on. The connection details I have used in other apps are as follows:
    Server : <ip of relay server>
    Farm : Relay server Farm ID
    Username : jcommerford@crm           (CRM login ID @ security configuration - crm is my HTTPAuthentication security configuration I created in SUP)
    password :
    Port : 80 (relay server port)
    URL suffix : leave blank
    Domain : The new domain I created in SUP and where the Rex MBO is deployed.
    So it isnt making sense as to what details need to go into here.
    Lastly...
    What is the absolute minimum setup of the CRM system and SUP to register a user through the relay server?
    I would like to comment that I havnt performed the initial download of Master Data using DCN but didnt think this was needed to enrol a device. Other than that the guide was followed and configuration done according to it.
    Let me know if anymore information is needed as I am very stressed to get this issue sorted out.
    Thank you
    Jared

    Hello Jared
    Has the registration worked without the Relay server setup? I would suggest you try that first.
    I am assuming you already set the SM59 destinations for CRM to SMP and trusted RFC to corresponding ECC (but this is not necessarily the issue, because the registration is failing).
    Please confirm that the RFC Destination is set as follows (use the supAdmin user on the Logon & Security page)
    Check the security provider on SMP (your's may be different but I am using the following for POC and it works)
    Could you please confirm if the REX package was deployed correctly on the SMP server by selecting the connection pools for both CRM and ECC for corresponding MBO's
    Please post a log of the SMP server once you switch to direct registration to SMP (without relay server)
    Thanks
    Raza.

    duplicate question - can I gently mention a point? Whilst we naturally
    understand that you may need information/help in a hurry, asking the
    same question in multiple forums dilutes the answers you get, and makes
    more work for those of us who have to read them; it would help if you
    could avoid this in future.

  • Dell 3100cn print registration issues

    I have been having issues with my Dell 3100cn printing on cover stock.
    When using my iMac, it has almost random results of page registration. This shift changes when printing from indesign, illustrator, to acrobat. & sometimes from print to print. It is not extremely off the page, but centering on a page even remotely close tends to be .25-.5 in shift.
    I have all new and appropriate drivers and print through the MPF, but it seems to print fine from our pc 90% of the time. It prints regular stock fine. Any ideas?

    Some printers provide a setting for selecting heavy stocks from the manual feed and cassettes. When you load the paper into the Dell, is there something on the control panel that lets you select the paper type or weight?
    If not, check the driver. Under one of the paper settings there may be the option to select heavy paper instead of plain, which can adjust the speed of the feed and therefore the accuracy from pickup. Sometimes it also increases the temperature on the fuser (fixing unit) slightly to improve the toner bonding to the paper.
    I would also check the specs for the printer. If you are using a paper stock that is outside the supported weight then no setting is going to help long term.

  • Registration Issues - Can you help?

    Bought a new computer for home use. Bought CS6 Design and Web Premium. Computer delivered to my personal business work office. I installed software on the computer and activated/registered as best I can tell the CS6 software using SN. Brought the computer home (intending to keep viruses etc off it by limiting its time on-line) so I am not going to set up Email accounts on this computer. But everytime (each day) I try to open Ai, PS or InD and it asks me to register again. Says 00 days remaimning on trial. But I can enter SN and use programs. On-line chat at Adobe says it is registered to my one Email account but is clearly not recognizing my registration when I operate from this unit. Is this an issue that can be dealt with. I hope to christ that I do not have to enter my SN ever time I want to use this software.
    Thanks and respond please to [email address removed] as my old computer here does have Email access.

  • LR5 Registration Issues

    I just purchased Lightroom 5 after completing the 14 day trial. The trial worked fine, but when I enter my purchased serial number, and registration information, clicking "finish" only closes the program. I am running OS X Mavericks developer preview, although, as I said before the trial did work. Has anyone else run across this issue or found a fix?

    I just purchased an upgrade serial number for Lightroom 5 today. I am having the same problem with "Finish" closing the program. I am running OSX 10.8.4. I downloaded Release Candidate 5.2 and it runs in trial mode so I have 30 days to figure this problem out. I am running a subscription to Photoshop CC and maybe this is part of the problem.

  • Candidate registration issues with e-Recruitment

    Hello,
    We are trying to prototype e-Recrutiment for a simple business process.
    We have ECC 6.0 with EHP4, SP level SAPK-60403INERECRUIT
    We are trying to go with a single server model for the prototype.
    I am getting confusing/incosistent behaviour -
    I access transaction SICF.
    Then I filter the services by hrrcf*.
    I close the bsp folder since I am only interested in the Webdynpro.
    then I click "test service" on any of the following -
    hrrcf_a_candidate_profile_ext
    hrrcf_a_reg_applwizard_ext
    Sometimes, I get a blank page. Some times, I get a message "unfortunately the system is not available at this time".
    Sometimes, I see the login screen with a button "Register Here".
    Sometimes, I directly get a User profile screen on "Personal Data" tab, but none of the dropdowns are available (not even for country) and it doesnt go any further from there.
    I try to click "Register Here" - then I enter all the registration information and click "Register" - nothing happens.
    I am a little confused.
    Please provide any clues you may have to help us move forward.
    Thanks much!

    Hello,
    seems this is still a topic of interest. So I'd like to share some information.
    First of all, if you like to work with SAP E-Recruiting 600 EhP4 upgrade to the newest SP level which is currently SP5. No matter if it is only a test / sandbox system, due to some "software quality" issues please use the newest patch / support stack. If not you will invest the time needed for patching many times when testing and evaluating e-recruiting and still not get to a valid result. With SP4 sap brought several important functions missing in the original web dynpro ui for recruiter which existed in the prior BSP solution (see business function HCM_ERC_CI_3) and SP 5 has some quite importat correctios for the application. You will save you a lot of trouble that way.
    About ICF services and testing them. For running e-recruiitng with web dynpro ui you mainly need ICF services from the web dynpro folder and a folder named erecruiting but there are still bsps used. These BSPs are called hrrcf_wd*. You will find details on this in the IMG under the ui settings for candidate and recruiter. The documentation for the nodes to define e-recruiting services describe which services to activate and which need service users assigned.
    Testing servies from SICF or SE80 is not a good idea for e-recruiting. Most of the services are either called from other services which pass information or need information from URL parameters. For an example you cannot test any wd application of the application wizard as they need the publication which the candidate applies to passed in the url. In many cases the system will give you the "An internal error occured, Please try again later." error as a result. A general hint, if you get this message anywhere in e-recruitng check SLG1 for information on the reason for the error.

  • Registration issues

    i seem to be having trouble registering my product.  It tells me i've already done it and will send me a registration code but then it doesn't sen it to me?  I keep getting error messages every time I exit Crystal and was hoping registration would resolve this issue.

    Hi Tania
    When do you get the screen  for registration?
    Do you get the message when you open Crystal Reports?
    What is the version of  Crystal Reports that you have installed?
    Can you please post the exact message here?
    Thanks

  • Yet Another Invalid Registration Issue

    I see that many people have trouble getting QuickTime to accept their registration data for QuickTime Pro. I am having the same problem. I bought QTPro back on my eMac (Tiger)(clean re-install performed before selling so there is no issue with someone else using the registration info). Now, I can't register it with my Mac Mini. I am pasting the data EXACTLY as it was provided in my registration email.
    Is there anyway to get support from Apple on this? I logged into the Apple store and confirmed again that the registration code in my email is identical to the one I am trying to use. Does any one have any suggestions?
    Also, as required I AM connected to the internet while trying to do the registration.

    OK, I'm really p*ssed-off now. I have Final Cut Pro 5, but no Quicktime Pro now. What's going on Apple?!!!
