ECATT customer change

Question

Hi,
I am trying to update a field in the customer master using e-catt.
The field is not available for mass update in [MASS] so i have to use ecatt (if i cannot do this then i'll think of LSMW or BDC's).
I created a script by recording XD02 and then created data containers.
I downloaded the data container as a TXT file on my PC and then entered the values for 2 customers in that.
i created the Test config. and uploaded tha variant file into that and executed the test config.
Now what the system did was update the customer 1 with data from customer 2 (i.e the 2nd line in my txt file) and did not update the 2nd one at all.
I am not too good at ecatts. can somebody give me a clue of whatz wrong.
If somebody has any document that gives steps then pls let me know.

ID for mainly non-military use                                                                               
Both indicators are relevant to the respective legally required control
     checks:                                                                               
o   Civil use                                                                               
o   Military use

Check the field status of the account groups of the vendor, hope you might not have suppressed them.
