ECC 6.0 HA installation not worked on node B

Question

Dear SAP Experts,
i have installed ECC 6.0 on AIX 5.3/Oracle10g using virtual host " HA installation"
- i created the users on Host B using the virtual name using the sapinst
- i installed the ASCS instance on node A
-  DB instance on the node A
- CI instance on the node A
the installation successfully, and i can connect to the system.
but i want to check the HA , i crash the machine A so the whole resources assigned to node B
i tried to start the sap system using startsap <virtual host>
i got the following errors
Checking  db Database
ABAP Database is not available via R3trans
Starting SAP-Collector Daemon
saposcol already running
Trying to start  database ...
Log file: /home/qr1adm/startdb.log
Can not find executable sqlplus
DB startup failed
i tried to start the database manual using SQLPLUS but i got
the following errors

ERROR:
ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact
i didn't install any thing on the node B . only the users with the same Id's on the node A and also i did the prerequiset checker on both nodes
could you please help me?

thanks for all of you , i got the solution
Solution   based on note 683396
“Activate I/O Async with operating system tools (for example, via SMITTY -> Devices -> Async. I/O). It is not sufficient if the status of Async I/O is "Defined". Instead it must be #Active or available#
Steps:
Smitty aio >>change / Show Characteristics of Asynchronous I/O
It must be available not defined
