ECC Plants List in SRM

I need to check the List of all the replicated Plants from ECC to SRM. Any T.Code or table is available for the same?

Hi. Run program BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_SELECTED for the missing plant and if the plant does not become available in BBP_LOCMAP check transaction SLG1. That should tell you the errors that occured during the program.

Delivery Address in SRM - use of ECC plant address
Hello experts,
we are using SRM 7.0 in the classic scenario. Our goal is to use the ECC plant address as delivery address in ECC purchase orders. This is working just fine if the delivery address in SRM is neither maintained through the attributes nor manually. The only problem for the enduser is, that the ECC plant address is not visible in SRM.
Is there a possibility to make the plant address visible in the SRM Shopping Cart?

T.For this you may need to put some simple RFC log in DOC_Change_BADI..
Logic:
Pre-requirement:
Mapping between Storage location and ECC address number..
Business logic
Once the use select a storage location the Doc_Change Log will call the ECC to get the address info and populate accordingly under Delivery address tab..
Advantages:
You don't have a risk here to maintain the address information in SRM..

Use the FM mentioned in the previous reply.If you want to find all the p groups maintained under one single org unit/node,pass the org unit no of that node/org in the import parameter IV_ORGUNIT of the FM "BBP_OM_DETERMINE_RESP_PGRP".In the export parameter," ET_PURCH_DATA",you can see all the Pur groups maintained under that single node/Org unit.
Only change you will hae to do for calling this FM from ECC,is make a copy of this FM in SRM and make it REMOTE enabled so that you can call this FM via RFC from ECC.

Data Consistency when Copying/ Refreshing ECC 6.0 and SRM-SUS 5.0 Systems

We are planning a refresh / system copy of an ECC 6.0 and SRM-SUS 5.0 system
The refreshes will be completed from backups taken of production systems refreshed onto the QA Landscape.
I have referenced the following SDN thread that provides some guidelines on how to refresh R/3 and SRM systems and maintain data consistency between the systems using BDLS and changing entries that correspond to backend RFC destinations:

This thread is fairly old and relates to earlier versions of R/3 (4.7) and SRM (3.0). We have heard that at higher system versions there may be technical reasons why a refresh canu2019t be performed.
Does anyone have experience of completing successful refreshes of landscape that contain ECC and SRM systems at higher SAP versions (ideally ECC 6.0 and SRM-SUS 5.0) Does anyone know whether it is technically possible?
Are there any additional steps that we need to be aware of at these higher SAP versions in completing the copy to ensure that the data remains consistent between ECC and SRM?

What is the use of shopping list in SRM-MDM catalog?
I have created a new shopping list in the system. I have filled the name, description and other details in the new shopping list.
When I select my shopping list, the button u2018Add to shopping list u2018is still disabled. How we can add new items to a newly created shopping list? My understanding is that a shopping list is created to include different shopping items as favorite list?
What is the function of the button u2018Share/Unshareu2019 ?
Please, help me to understand the functionality of shopping list in SRM-MDM catalog 3.0?

Shopping Lists
You can use this function as a:
Template for orders that are made regularly
Search criterion
Prerequisites
Your User Interface (UI) Configuration Manager has given you shopping list authorization.
A shopping list must have at least one item in it to serve as a search criterion.
To display all items in a shopping list, the search criterion must be reset before the shopping list is selected.
This is because the search UI treats the shopping list as a search criterion. Consequently, any other active search criterion reduces the items displayed to a subset of all the items in the shopping list.
To display all shopping lists, including empty ones, on the Shopping List tab page, one of the following conditions must be met:
No other search criterion has been entered
The search has been reset
Activities
When a shopping list is selected as a search criterion, the system restricts the search by removing any items not included in the list from the search result.
Items can be added or removed from shopping lists in the shopping cart preview.
Note
Depending on authorization, users can modify either their own shopping lists or those of others.
This function provides search strategies for locating products, displaying product item details, and transferring items to procurement applications such as the cart. The Search User Interface (UI) can be configured to meet individual user requirements.

On the Search tab page:

Hi folks,
We are on an Extended Classic Scenario. We have a major problem occurring in Production system only for the the limit orders. Limit Orders are not getting transferred to ECC 6.0 from SRM (Error in Process clearly shows the non existence for PO created first time)
I also know that Error in Process/ Transfer Failed status comes up for several causes.
This was working fine for months together, suddenly this problem is coming up. 1 Week back we had a Patch Upgrade too. I have checked the Vendor data, Account Assignment and other Basic data too and everything looks fine. We have tried debugging the FM's on SRM side which transfers the PO(ex:BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2)
After debugging too we are not able to rectify from where the error is coming up..
I need your valuable inputs on this.

I just forgot to mention one more thing, i.e., in RZ20 (SRM) we could see the following errors for limit orders:
(01) PurchOrder 003....012: Transfer failed
(02) PurchOrder 003....012: Please maintain services or limits
(03) PurchOrder 003....012: Purchase order still contains faulty items
(04) PO 003....012: No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference
To trace the issue backwards we tried creating a limit order PO directly from ECC backend (ME21N Transaction)
One thing we could observe is in Limit tab if we not specify Expected Value and Overall Limit we are encountering the same error as shown up in RZ20.
This gave us a vague idea that the price is not getting transferred for Limit Orders from SRM 5.0 to ECC 6.0 backend. Any key inputs on specific FM etc.,to debug and see what value is getting transferred from SRM to ECC would come handy.

Shopping list in SRM MDM?

We are using shopping list in SRM MDM. But if user is creating a shopping list, other users are able to see exiting shopping list (which is created by others.). They are able to add the items to other shopping lists.
My requirement is "shopping list created by user A , should not be seen by user B".
There is some options available like share/unshare, but those are not working. Even though if we give unshare option also, it has seen by others.
How we can achieve this functionality.

The Shopping Lists are stored for the MDM logon user defined in the call structure.
As you should be using a fixed predefined user for the catalog in call structure all the SRM users that have access to this catalog will be able to create / display the same Shopping Lists.
Verify note 1153525. As it says:
To give every named user working with the SRM-MDM Catalog the possibility to store Shopping Lists individually, you need to route the user from the SAP backend to the SRM-MDM Catalog.
In the external webservice definition for the catalog url, add the parameter 'sl_user' with the value 'SY-UNAME' (Type: SAP Field).

You can create the vendor list using BBPAVLMAINT txn from SAP GUI or "Process Vendor List" link using SRM web portal.
You can find this link under Business Partner node in portal.
You can create Vendor list for a Product category / Product based on your requirement.
At the time of creation of Shopping cart you can assign the vendor using this vendor list. And as mentioned by claudia you don't need to do any settings for this functionality.

from classic to extended classic. System change from classsic to ext.
classic.
I suggest you to set in customizing "use classic scenario" (without
BADI) customice classic scenario check it and when works ok,
use BADI to use extended as usual except for reservations. -

Vendor List is created for Product Catagory or Products & contains vendors or contracts(backend).
Yes. Vendor List is cerated on the basis of Vendor Evaluation, Vendor master data. So it will help you to find portential vendors.
Now to use Vendors from Vendor List assign specific Pru Org to which you want to use Vendor as a source of supply. In this way potentail suppliers used as a source of supply.
P.S. Do not forget to assign the appropriate purchasing organization as the release-authorized purchasing organization. If you forget it all purchasing organizations in the SRM System are assigned as release-authorized.

I write to pull the master data from ECC as per the guide line given in the link. But there some problem. No master data is being transferred to SRM server from the ECC.
I am stuck in the process R3AS. When I am running the transaction and seeing the status in R3AM1, the indicator shows, the program is running.
But when I see the report through SMQ1, the staus is SYS Failure. on further drill down, The error is " The current application triggered a termination "
Can you help me in sorting out the problem and when I have gone wrong. If you have any documents for step by step procedure for the same, can you forward to my id, darpan2k6 in gmail.

It is not possible to send Scheduling agreements from ECC to EBP.Same is the case with contracts.
You can only upload backend contracts to SRM. Using GOA you can create either a contract or a Scheduling agreement in R/3.
As informed by Usman, when you integrate R/3 (MM) with SUS it is possible to send S.As to vendors via SUS.

BBP_LOCMAP - location (plant table).
Plant( location) is also a BP in SRM.All the plants must mapped in Extended Attributes in PPOMA_BBP (Org Structure.)
