Text mapping from SAP SRM confirmation to ECC Servic Entry Sheet

How can we map Item and Header texts from SRM confirmations to ECC Service Entry Sheet appropriate fields.

FIrst, run report /SAPSRM/GET_TEXT_CUST_ERP in SRM. This report copy texts from backend to SRM.
Then use SPRO to map texts between SRM document and R/3 corresponding document:
SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Text Mapping > Text Mapping for Inbound and Outbound Texts
Standard Text ID for ERP lines of service begin with "L". They are linked to customzing object ESLL.
For more details, have a look at R/3 function module MMPUR_GET_TEXT_CUST_DATA.

ECC - Service Header and Item data

We need to extract service order data from ECC. One definite candidate data source we have found is:
2LIS_18_I3HDR
Other possible candidates are:
2LIS_18_I3OPER and
0CS_OM_OPA_1
Is there anyone who has extracted service order data in their project.
1.     Can you please list down the standard extractors that you used.

Case Management ECC Service Provider

Hi.
In Case mangement for ECC 6.0
In the Customizing for template, I do what says help SAP

With the attribute TEMPLATE_PROFILE, but when I go to the event and selecting Create with Template not send me the following message "No templates available". I don´t understand that.
I create the profile. SPRO  Cross-Application Components  General Application Functions  Records and Case Management  Document  Manage Document Templates
I have assigned the document SRM_DOC04 DD1D79A8B943E4F1B257001A6458C5AA.
The assigned is:
Key = 1
Profile = ZPROFILE
Document ID = SRM_DOC04 DD1D79A8B943E4F1B257001A6458C5AA
Descr = Document
And.
TEMPLATE_PROFILE in the Service Provider is ZPROFILE.
Someboy know, What I can do.

you just create an action profile and within the action profile you give your processing type as smartforms
your path in IMG will be like:
SPRO--->CRM->BASIC FUNCTIONS--> ACTIONS---> ACTIONS IN TRANSACTIONS
and within the smart form description you can mention your class ,the smartform you have created etc.
after you are done with the action profile you attach this action profile to the transaction you are working on
also in the action condtion you give the condition as open
as you have requirement that when case is open the smartform is escecuted,likewise you can schedule your conditoon and therein it can be
BUSINESSOBJECT.USERSTATUS = E0001
its just an example with which you can give the condition

SAP ECC Service notification from CRM Complaint

Hi,
As there are some links and document are available to create the quality notification in SAP ECC from the CRM complaint, using action profile for this some setting also needed in SAP ECC QM, but as in ECC we already have the service notification (IW51) which is working fine, is there any option to create the service notification in SAP ECC instead of quality notification.

Hi,
In the notification type, insted of quality notification just maintain the service/PM notification type system will create the notification in SAP ECC.
We also wanted some other details to be pass from CRM to ECC for that we have created a function module in SAP ECC which updates the notiifcation and then that function module need to be called in SAP CRM after the Create Notification FM in SAP CRM Action.

CRM Service Management Vs ECC Service Management

Hello Gurus
Wondering if you can help me quickly on the following query.
If we need to impliment "customer support, warranty, site engineering, installation supervision, operations and maintenance services" and there is no specific need to use CRM, is it not possible to simply use ECC SM modules?
PLease confirm. When should we use CRM SM? Also if there is a document that compares ECC SM to CRM SM, please send it my way [email protected]

Hi Satish,
Plants from R/3 can be downloaded into CRM as locations via the standard middleware adapter object DNL_PLANT. But there is no standard object that downloads the storage locations from R/3. But CRM can make a RFC call to R/3 as and when you need to assign a storage location to a service organization.
Use SM30 to modify the CRM table OFIC_PLANT_SRV and create a new entry. When you click on the field 'storage location' s dropdown, the system displays a login screen for R/3. Upon successful login all maintained plant and storage location combinations will be diaplayed from R/3 for selection.

Possible to transfer ECC service notification?

Hello,
we are using service notifications on ECC side and I would like to transfer them on CRM 2007... I have found BDoc SM_NOTIF but it seems to be a direct transfer from ECC to CDB? Is there any way to transfer these notification (standard type S1) in an activity in CRM?

CRM to ECC: Controlling Integration Issue while saving Service Transactions

Hi,
We have configured all CRM service functionalities with ECC integration. We have also set up controlling integration following best practices document.
We are getting the following error whenever we try to save any service transaction (Service Contract or Service Order).

u2022 Errors in prerequisite object Item 2000000042/100 (Notification E IAOM 026)
u2022 Collector posting not allowed on account (Notification E YAM_RE 013)

Could you please tell me how do we assign the debit memo request to the internal order.
I am creating a debit memo request from the confirmation. the debit memo request doesnt have the internal order number that was created in ECC. And hence, I am not able to post the revenue from the confirmation to the internal order.

Errors CRM Service Order - ECC CO posting

We have created a SAP CRM Service Order ( Copy of SRVO) transaction in CRM 7.0, on release of the service order we are getting the following error .
An error occurred in system ZDEY240 during account assignment
Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 060
Diagnosis
Errors occurred when assigning an account assignment object to a business transaction. To view the error message, see the accompanying log file.
Transfer Log

If you noticed there are serval log associated with this error , If any one know exactly what would be the reson which caused this error logs. We have checked all profit center , ecc service materials , Org Data config and found to be OK. Still the error persists.
Need help to resolve this error.

Category for service category S046 does not exist

Dear Experts,
This is regarding the Bdoc error "Category for service category S046 does not exist". ECC service materials are trying to replicate from ECC to CRM. In our scenario we doesn't required ECC service material in CRM. I have not downloaded service materials relevant data. Still i am facing the above error.
Please help to fix the above error.

Regd. use of enterprise services : Best approach

Hi Experts,
I have configured a scenario using standard enterprise services,used soamanager of ABAP and tested the services,it works perfectly.
But the issue came with terms of security ,it seems we cannot expose our sap system as url for the services.
need to use PI to connect to the third party...I need suggestions on following
1. Can we connect ABAP of PI to ABAP of SAP ,with some configuration , i dont want to create any additional
structures is PI apart from the one which i imported.
2.If i set up a soap to proxy(ABAP) then i need to duplicate the structure for source and use the standard ES
service at proxy receiver, but i want to avoid duplication as it is cumbersome to do for all services.
3.If i create communication /service user i need to give access for some of sap tables to support the service functionalities.
what is the best approach for exposing services from PI using standard enterprise service.
Any pointer will be appreciated.

There is no way to look for enterprise service for BAPI, ES are harmonized services based on GDT whereas BAPI is more SAP oriented in datatype definitions, only way is to find out is look into code as many ES are calling BAPI internally. Best way to identify correct ES is business use (like Purchase Order Creation etc)

It depends how you want to use this ES, you can call this ES from outside world (read thirdparty tools, application) and these services can be used as ready-to-use building block for new applications. You must know URL of wsdl and security setting (user/password) to use it with any application. You can call it from ABAP, .Net, Java applications. You can test ES with any SOAP testing tool like WSNavigator or SOAP UI.
>(3)If relevant ES is not availabe then what are the steps to be performed?
You have few options if ES is not available, design of your own by following proper governance model (i.e. PIC process) or you can live with existing BAPI, RFC and convert them into Web Service using webservice wizard available in SE80 and SE37.

ISU and general ECC 6.0 functions in same client

Dear experts,
This might seem very similar to many questions asked, but I seem to have no concrete answer to my question.
I know that ISU comes integrated with ECC 6.0 but our Basis consultant is saying that we cannot have ISU functions and ECC general functionalities in the same client.
Is this true? Or can we use all ISU and ECC 6.0 general functions in the same client?

As I mentioned in my reply, there is no technical restriction as to why ISU and ECC would be implemented in separate clients. Doing it that way will increase work for implementation as you are disrupting normal integration processes. In my experience, maybe only 5% of customers separate the functions and this is due to business requirements. the overwhelming majority implement them in one client so as to make use of standard integration of business processes.

Service master agreement type is nothing but agreement with sub agreements. SAP here suggest that you treat service as a sub agreement thereby keeping track of various milestones etc. However in SAP ECC services are not individual contracts rather there is a seperate master data component (service master).
Since there is no integration, decision you need to make is whether you want to treat service as an individual sub agreement or a material in e sourcing as there is no seperate master data component for services in e sourcing. Based on business requirement you can proceed further.
