ECCS - Transactions Types

Hi everybody
Now I’m implementing the ECCS in a company and I need to use the transaction type. So I customized all steps but the system isn’t working. I create a transaction type in ECCS ( I used the transactions CXN01 ) and a assign these transactions types to FI, I use the transactions in FI(OBC4) I don’t know if I forgot anything.
When I posting a document I put   transaction type normally but when I go to see in ECCS the transaction type is not there, the system use the defaut.
I already looked for a note, but couldn't find it  and my version is 4.7 SP 23
Could someone give me a Help?

  • Ordinary Depreciation - FI-AA transaction type, ECCS transation type

    HI FI-AA experts,
What FI-AA transaction type is used for normal/ordinary monthly depreciation?  In addition, what ECCS transaction type is updated?  Is this configurable?  Is so where?  Lots of questions.
    Thanks in advance!
    Bill

    Hi,
no problem just a question.  sounds like SAP does not generate an FI-AA transaction type during normal depreciation.  So..what ECCS transaction type is update?  I know in the other addit/retir...etc FI-AA transaction types you specify the ECCS transaction type during config.  We need to know how this works for ordinary depreciation.
    Thanks!

  • CRM Service Transaction Types availability in ECC table CRMC_SRV_BILL_PR

    Dear experts
I need to customize ECC IMG object CRM_SRV_BILL_MAP (SPRO -> Integration with Other mySAP.com Components -> Customer Relationship Management -> Settings for Service Processes -> Billing Integration -> Map Transaction Types and Item Categories).
This is to map SAP CRM Service Transactions to SAP ECC Sales Orders for triggering Debit/Credit Memos based on Service Orders. However, the table in which CRM Service Transaction Types are stored is empty (CRMC_SRV_BILL_PR) - how to we get the data in there?
For some reason, we have one client where this info is available, in another one it's not. We are not sure whether this might be a download object, or if customizing on ECC side is required?
Thank you in advance for all helpful replies!
    Christian

    Hi,
As far as my knowledge goes in this area, i have worked on this in my previous project with R/3 version being 4.7. We have had to manually maintain the configuration in the table that you are reffering to. So you would need to maintain the document type to be created and also assign the item categories acordingly. You will ofcourse need to configure the document types and item categories that are relevant to create a debit/credit memo in R/3. Also, you will need to map the CRM item categories to the R/3 credit/debit item categories.
    Hope this helps

  • Cross-System Copying of Transaction Types from CRM to ECC

    Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement where we need to create followup transactions from CRM to ECC.
eg:- We want to create a Sales Order in ECC as a followup transaction to a Service Ticket in the CRM.
    1) So please guide what needs to be done inside CRM.
    2) Is there some specific list of ECC transactions which could be created as followup to a CRM transaction or any ECC transaction can be created as followup.
thanks for your help in advance.
    rgrds,
    Randhir

    Dear Randhir,
You need to ensure that transaction type and item category of ECC and CRM are in Sync. Maintin followup of your transaction type.

  • Transaction types(PO types) not visible on SRM 7.0 portal

    Hi all,
We added transaction types in the SRM 7.0system.But these are not reflecting in the SRM 7.0 portal.
Under Purchasing role ->create Documents -> Purchase order .
Once I click on the purchase order it is giving a table with columns PO type and PO desc.
and showing a message the table does not contain any data.
But SRM consultant added the transaction types(PO types) in the backe nd.
    Is there missing configuration steps?
    Thanks and regards,
    Rajesh

    Hello Rajesh,
    Few more pointers, if works:
    1. Check the roles, sometimes security restricts role by document types.
    2. Extended classic scenario is activated.
    3. As a standard, there are 3 purchasing tabs in SRM 7.0 for buyer depending on portal roles, ECC, SRM & harmonized role (ECC & SRM), Check if you are trying to create PO in SRM/Harmonized role purchasing tab & not in ECC. Easiest way to check is you will have shopping cart POWL visible in SRM purchasing tab.
    Hope this helps.

This is totally SAP standard program take cares of it. Transaction type field value shuld be populated by '990' value for this GL account range, this is fixed. So is thr any User exit or Screen exit for this Tcode or how we can populate the value....

    Hi Mr/Mrs Bala Chander,
I am having the same problem.
When running F.05 a BIM is created for GL account X. GL account X has a field status in which transaction type is defined as a required field because of BCS / ECCS. We have a substitution rule in place which should default the transaction type, based on several criteria. But when executing the BIM, I see that nothing is filled in field transaction type. Did you find a proper solution for your problem? Changing the field status is not an option in my opinion.

    Hi Experts,
Need help, We are implementing the replciation of sales order from CRM 7 to ECC. Now i already manage to maintain the transaction types and created a link in navigation tool bar.
Now the problem is the assignment block of sales order and quotation under account information create new button doesnt appear the transaction types i maintained under CRM->transactions->settings for sales transactions->define profiles for ERP transactions. and the sales order created doesnt appear on that assignment block as well..
Any suggestion or ideas is welcome.. thanks in advance
    best regards,
    etrafanob

    Hi Etrafanob,
New button on sales order assignement block in account overview page shows the list of transaction types which are maintained via below customizing.
    Spro->Customer Relationship Management->Define Transaction Types..
All the transaction types which are active and defined in leading transaction category "BUS2000115 Sales" for the same Channel will be displayed.
Not sure if defining those transaction types under erp sales order will help in this scenario..
    Hope this helps..

  • Transaction Launcher to open an ECC transaction

    Hi Experts,
My requirement is to launch an ECC transaction VA01 from CRM Interaction center.
    1. It should open the VA01 screen with the Order Type populated, say for example 'OR'.
    2. When I click on Continue, it should show the creation screen with the sold to party defaulted as the confirmed BP ID.
I have done the folowing steps till now.
    1. I have created an ECC Object as a copy of Object TSTC. I have implemented the method Execute( Synchronous option checked). I have added two parameters to the execute method one called as SoldToParty with reference to KUAGV-KUNNR and the other SalesDocumentType with reference to VBAK-AUART.
    2. I generated, implemented and released this object.
    3. In the CRM system, I have configured a Transaction Launcher with reference to this BOR Object. I gave the parameter for Object Key as VA01 and the SoldToParty as the current customer and I have hard coded the value for the SalesDocumentType.
    4. I have configured the Logical Links and added it to the work center.
Now when I click on the logical link, it opens up the ECC transaction but nothing is defaulted in the VA01 screen. I debugged the PREPARE DATA FLOW METHOD. The correct parameters are passed.
Why am I not able to see the defaulted parameters in my transaction. Please help. Thanks in advance
    Regards,
    Razina

    Hi Raman,
The links talk about generic tranaction launcher. My requirementis to default some values in the ECC transaction.
I found this link with the steps to default values:
[Re: ITS VA01 or other ERP transaction]
It is said that "Redefine the method EXECUTE to read these parameters and perform the required action. In your case you could call the transaction using a BDC table, or set the SPA/GPA parameters before calling VA01".
I am not sure how to do this.Do you have an example of the EXECUTE method?
    Thanks.

  • OBXR- Special GL Transaction Types - Modify Fields

Hello Gurus. We are on ECC 6.0 with New GL. Is there a way to modify which fields are available for the Special GL Transaction types in OBXR ? For example: In OBXR go to Properties.  We selected Down Payment/Down payment request, later on when we enter a document via FB01 or FB50 or when we post a payment via F-28, and we select Posting Key 09 or 19 and use the Special GL Indicator we are able to display and enter information in BSEG-PRCTR (Profit Center field).
If on the other hand in OBXR we set up another Special GL Transaction type and we select Others, then  BSEG-PRCTR (profit center field) is not even available, but we are able to enter BSEG-ZFBDT and later on modify this same field (BSEG-ZFBDT) via FB02.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance in how to modify/include additional fields in these Special GL Transaction types. Thanks!

    Hi Enrique,
Are you referring to the document screen layout when you enter the document in the special GL transactions?
This is controlled by the field status of the posting key in question. Using transaction code OB41you can double click on the posting key (say 09) and inside you find something called as maintain field status. Clicking on the same, you will be able to see various groups under which you can make the necessary settings like optional/reqd/suppressed.
    Thanks

  • Transaction type in SRM

    Hi all,
We are on SRM 7.0, ECC 6.0 (Classic Scenario).
I am not clear on how to maintain the transaction types in SRM and document type in ECC to create a PO successfully from a SC.My SC has been approved, but no PO is created in ECC.
I have copied doc type NB as ECPO in ECC. Pl let me know how to define a transaction type for this ECPO in SRM and with what number range.
    Regards

    Hi Sam,
Under Define number range for SC & follow on documents I have
                          From             To                 Current
    01     0010000000     0019999999     10000089
    PO     4500000000     4599999999     4500000009
    RQ     6391000000     6391999999     0
I want to change the number range of PO as 460000000 - 469999999.(As I have created ECPO with a similar number range in ECC). But I am unable to delete (it says deletion only possible if status is initial). How do I resolve this?
In my org structure I have maintained ECPO.
What do I maintain under 'Define transaction types'?

  • How to use ZSLFN transaction type

    Dear Experts,
We are using standard service desk functionality and we have two transaction types named SLFN & ZLFN.We have a BW & ECC system connected to our solution manager. My requirement is that the BW system should use SLFN transaction type and ECC should use ZLFN transaction type.
    Regards,
    Sachin.

    I think it is possible.
In CRMC_UI_NBLINKS if you look at the logical links you can see that SRV-ORD-DC has a Parameter of 'SRVO' with a certain Parameter Class.
If you were to check SPRO->CRM->Transactions_Basic Settings->Transaction Types  you will see that SRVO exists as an entry. This logical ink is therefore using this Transaction type to extract characteristics etc.
Having said that, I need to call the sales order create with a certain transaction type, so I copied SLS-SLO-CR to a Z copy, added the Parameter of 'Z111' and also used the Parameter class of CL_CRM_UIU_BT_PARAM_CREATE.
This should now, in theory all work, and show the exact same transaction in the Webclient IC as it does in the Winclient IC as they are both using the same Transaction type. However, the Webclient transaction looks different in terms of fields etc., so I don't think it's working. after all.

  • Expt/Imp Proce & Buss.Transaction Type for Foreign Trade for Puchase order

    Hello All,
I need to get the EIPO-EXPRF(Export/Import Procedure for Foreign Trade) and EIPO-EXART(Business Transaction Type for Foreign Trade) for Purchase Order. Is there any function module available for this.
To get the same information (EIPO-EXPRF and EIPO-EXART) for Invoice there is an FM EXPIMP_BUS_TRANS_CUST_PROC_DET.
But I need to get the same information for Purchase orders.
    Thank you!

    Hi Jürgen,
    Thanks for you reply.
You are right that VI99 are for reporting returns, but my problem is that MEIS in ECC 6.0 now shows the items as a full value
for reporting, if i do this in 4,7 they are not seleted for reporting, and i my view they should not be seleted in MEIS but they are.
    what is you opinion.
I just check the movement type in Customizing and the "type of posting" are set to "2" the setting are the same in both 4,7 & 6,0

  • Multiple transaction types

    Hi all,
I am working on SRM 5.0 and ECC 6.0. Implementing extended classic scenario.
1.] Can someone tell me how to create multiple transaction types for SC which result in PO's in SRM?E.g ACPO; EMPO etc
2.]Further,when users create shopping cart, they should have the ability to select a transaction type before creating a shopping cart?
    Points will be awarded.
    Trey

    Hi to everybody,
I am also interested in this topic.I created a new document type ZSHC for the shopping cart. Afterwards I assigned new number ranges to this document type.
But I am not able to select the document type before creating a shopping cart.
I wonder why this should not be standard, because I was able to do the above described settings in customizing.
    Any ideas?
    Best regards,
    Martina

  • BAPI_GOODSMVT_CANCEL  having MB01 as transaction type .

    Hi All,
I am facing a strange problem. When I cancel a material document from MBST it gets cancelled and the new material document bears the transaction type as MBST. So far so good. Now when I am cancelling a material document from code ( BAPI_GOODSMVT_CANCEL ). it cancels the document but it puts the transaction type of MB01 (which I think its picking from the document being cancelled). I checcked in debug mode and it looks for some entry in T158 table which I am not sure how and what should be maintained. Any ideas how to have MBST using the code? I am working on ECC 6.0 .
    Thanks
    Anuj

What would that be ? We have the following settings: (in T158).
    TCODE --- MBST
    TRTYP  ---  H
    BLAUM ---  PR
    FCODE --- ST
    KZVAR ---  S
    KZTIT    --- S
    XSELE  --- X
    WEVER --- 2
    Rest all the blanks.
    Thanks

  • Custom Heirarchy on CRM Transaction type

    Hi Experts,
We have got something to work on an Info Object called (CRM Transaction type-CRMTP) which has got a custom hierarchy on the source side (CRM System).
Our task is to get that hierarchy in FI (COPA) area to use for some purpose.
While this object has been added on the source at the COPA Operating concern level, it shows up as Business Transaction type (0CRM_PRCTYP) as the corresponding BI content for it.
While looking into the Info Object (0CRM_PRCTYP) , it shows however that the object is not supported with any hierarchy though.
When we tried to dig deeper and see that if there any Data source for this for the matter we could not find anything for Hierarchy (but one for Text 0CRM_PROC_TYPE_TEXT only).
So at this point of time we were wondering if there is any data sources really available for the matter and if not what can be the optional way out if business determines it has to be done.
we know maintaing some hierarchies in BI as a display one but that would take a toll given that if the no./Values can go in large for this and it can be very cumbersome process to maintain that if the changes are frequent on the source...
Any ideas please what should be a threshold limit for maintaining a hierarchy on BI side in case and/or what should be the restrictive parameters please before going for any such ideas or if at all this would be a good idea please?
    Thanks&Regds.

    Hi Sathya,
Sorry to mistype as this is custom built Hier in ECC COPA and not in CRM...
    also,
the Hierarchy is based on the char. CRM Trans. Type (CRMPT) with a variant 2 (PLS CRM Transaction Types) , TCode:KES3
and the hierarchy look slike something below...
PLS Plant Services (top most level node)
         PREX Remanufacturing/Exchange (2nd level node)
PECO Economy Service (3rd level node)
AB  ECONOMY MANUFACTURING SERVICE (4th level node)
DC  ROOT CAUSE FAILURE ANALYSIS        (4th level node)
PSTD  Standard Service (3rd level node)
EF  STANDARD SERVICE (4th level node)
PRPT  Priority Service (3rd level node)
PINT   Internal Manufacturing (3rd level node)
PTHP   Third Party Repairs (2nd level node)
PCON  PLS CONTRACTED SERVICE (2nd level node)
