ECP & OWA - Blank pages

Hi All,
I followed the Exchange help files to ensure that all forest, domain and local server pre-requisites were installed, in the correct order, with time being allowed for replication of changes across the forest. The install went well with no errors reported.
I am however having an issue with accessing the ECP (OWA behaves the same) in that the URL changes to https://serverFQDN/owa/auth/logon.aspx?url=https%3a%2f%2fserverFQDN%2fecp&reason=0 ( originally entered as https://serverFQDN/ecp
)and all that is produced is a blank page.
Environment:
Windows Server 2008 R2 (all updates applied) freshly installed in a child domain using a Domain Admin account granted Enterprise and Schema admin rights and added to the Organisation Management group. No previous Exchange organisation
existed as this is a freshly configured (pre-production) environment that I intend to migrate into. Both the MAilbox and CAS server roles are installed, the server has 16 GB of RAM
Following research on the web I have already tried:
Uninstalling and re-installing Windows Identity Foundation
Checking the mailbox for corruption using the EMS. The mailbox seemed ok but to be sure I created a new user, ran the enable-mailbox command, added the user to the Organisation Management group but still get exactly the same issue
Running %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -ir
Using the EMS to perform a Test-EcpConnectivity, it failed even with the test user created with the supplied creation script
I can't find any consistent entries in the event logs. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Please try recreating ECP & OWA virtual directory 。
Reset Client Access Virtual Directories:

And is there any error on the page when you open ECP or OWA ? such as HTTP 500…

  • Exchange 2013 cros site blank page OWA/ECP

    Hello,
I have an issue with a fresh installation of Exchange 2013 SP1.
The are two AD site in different cities, connected by WAN link (site-to site VPN organized by Cisco ASA).
I installed two Exchange servers in Site A (MBX1 and MBX2, both with MBX+CAS roles), and one Exchange server MBX3 in Site B (also both with MBX+CAS roles).
Each Exchange hosts its own mailbox database (DB1, DB2, DB3 respectively), there are no DAG.
Users spread over all databases. For example, user1 has mailbox in DB1, user2 - in DB2, user3 in DB3.
When user1 opens OWA/ECP on CAS server MBX1 or MBX2, he successfully get into his mailbox.
But, if user1 opens OWA/ECP on CAS server MBX3, he get blank page (no error at all).
    And vise versa:
When user3 opens OWA/ECP on CAS server MBX3, he successfully get into his mailbox.
But, if user3 opens OWA/ECP on CAS server MBX1 or MBX2, he get blank page (no error at all).
I know, that Exchange 2013 is able to proxy request cross site.
Where are no custom redirects set on IIS.
Also I check IIS (Back End Site) for right certificate.
There are no error in Windows Event log and IIS event Log.
All ports are allowed between sites.
    Everything looks good.
What I did wrong? May be I need to enable cross-site OWA proxy in Exchange somewhere?
Or it is a CISCO ASA misconfiguration?
    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thank You!
    Pavel

    Hi,
Firstly, I’d like to confirm if all your Exchange server are internet facing servers.
We can try to clear the Forms based authentication on the non-internet facing server.
And here is a similar thread you can refer to:

  • OWA 2007 not displaying (blank page)

    Hi there..
I also had this problem, took a while to figure it out..
At first the page would not load and there would be a yellow exclamation mark in the bottom left corner, if you click that it would say “syntax error on line 7 of login.aspx” or something to that effect. After trying may things, I removed and then re-created the OWA virtual directory in IIS using . After this, the yellow exclamation mark in the bottom left corner went away and you were presented with a blank white page.
After much search around for some log file or explanation for why this was happening, I once again recreated the OWA virtual directory, checked all rights and permissions and still the blank white page.
In absolute desperation, I looked at the code in the source code for the OWA site, here are some of the relevant bits:
<!-- Copyright (c) 2006 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. -->
    <!-- OwaPage = ASP.auth_logon_aspx -->

Compared to another server of mine:

Notice the difference in the paths.. the OWA virtual directory looks like this:  (http://www.g7web.net/downloads/owa1.jpg)
Perhaps a dodgy update on the 29th or something, whatever the reason the files in the 8.0.709.0 folder don’t seem to be working, so, I used the files from the 8.0.685.24 folder and copied them into the 8.0.709.0 folder, now everything works!
Not sure what update of patch caused the problem, will do some more investigation into it.
    Hope this helps someone.

  • Attempt Login to ECP , OWA Back to login page

    i install exchange server 2013 CU7 .
i was already connected with url to ECP , OWA correctly and without issue .
but today when attemp login to ECP , OWA Back to login page and not enter .
what is my problem and  solution ?

    Hi MHM,
    Thank you for your question.
If there is Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2007 in organization, we could access ECP by the following URL:https://CAS15-NA/ecp/?ExchClientVer=15
If there is just Exchange 2013 in organization, we could  access ECP by the following link:https://CAS15-NA/ecp
We could try to restart IIS to check if the issue persist.
We could refer to the following link:
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj150562(v=exchg.150).aspx
If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

  • OWA Blank Logon Page After Update Rollup 12 for Exchange 2007 SP3

    Hello
After installing Update Rollup 12 for Exchange 2007 SP3, can no longer access OWA - internally or externally through Internet Explorer -  I just get a blank page (with IE). If I use Chrome or Firefox, and it uses the basic logon, I get a page with just
text, and am able to logon successfully. I have looked at several related forums, but have not found a fix yet. I've seen several people with similar issue have had success by copying contents from a previous owa folder version to the latest one, then running
Updateowa.ps1 and restarting IIS. This did not resolve the issue for me.
Another forum suggested running remove-owavirtualdirectory and
new-owavirtualdirectory, however I haven't attempted that yet, as I'm unsure how I could reverse the changes that the command runs if things get worse.
    Any assistance will be appreciated.

    Hi,
    I encountered a same situation,after recreating
the virtual directory, the issue was solved.

  • URGENT. rwcgi60.exe always brings up a blank page

    Hello,
I'm sorry, i already posted thid question a few days ago but, as i had no answer (or exactly just one answer from the Oracle Report Team who, i think, didn't understand the question (may be because my french is better than my english !), I post it again with more details.
I try to use the rwcgi60.exe cgi-bin with an Apache Web Server on NT 4.0 to show
Oracle Reports in IE 5.0 browser.
Whatever the way i try to call this cgi-bin (without parameters, with parameters,...) i ALWAYS GET AN HTML BLANK PAGE made of the
    following code :
    <HTML>
    <HEAD>
    <TITLE></TITLE>
    </HEAD>
    <BODY>
    <CENTER><H1>
    </CENTER></H1>
    <BR></BODY>
    </HTML>
I checked the REPORTS60_CGINODIAG key,it is not defined, so i should at least get an help message telling me what happens.
I have others cgi-bin in my Apache Web Server
    that works FINE !
Contrary to rwcgi60.exe, rwCLI60.exe works fine with my report server (even to generate HTML file !).
The Apache Web Server and the Oracle Report Server are on the same system
Is this cgi-bin only usable with Oracle Application Web Server (although i heard that OWAS 9i was build upon Apache !)?
Can you tell me how to get traces, or debug,or get any information from the rwcgi60.exe to understand
what happens ? I feel really disapointed !
Thanks in advance for any precious help
    Michel COTE.

    Michel,
No, you don't need the Oracle Application Web Server to run cgi-bin.
TO fix this problem, you need to either create a new virtual directory for the HTTP listener called cgi-bin (or modify the existing mapping). Set the
physical map for this virtual directory to:
    <Oracle Home>/bin where the rwcgi60.exe is located.
If you use Oracle 9i Application Server, this is configured for you.
Oracle 9i Application Server does use the Apache Web Listener.
    Hope this helps.

    Hello,
    That's a great day, it works ....!
I add a new "cgi-bin-ora" virtual directory to the ORACLE_HOME\bin and now rwcgi60.exe is OK.
Lots of thanks for your help !
PS : may be you should change the following Report online documentation :
3.2.3 Step 3. Configuring the Reports Web CGI
Note: If you are configuring the Reports Server using the Reports Servlet, then refer to Section 3.4, "Reports Servlet Configuration Guidelines" for more information.
This step is performed on the Web server machine.
    3.2.3.1 Configuring Reports Web CGI
COPY rwcgi60.exe (located in the ORACLE_HOME\BIN directory) to your cgi-bin directory.

I can view a page regularly, like everything is normal until i go to log in. I get a blank page as soon as the page loads, and this happens to many websites. Ive tried searching in safemode, editing my firewall settings, removing cookies, disabling plug-ins, clearing history/cache, but i've had no luck so far. Anyone have any solutions ?

    Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: ''This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.''
To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
    #Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

  • How to remove blank pages from WebI Report in view page layout option

    Hi,
I am working in Business Objects XIR2 environment. I have a WebI report with several sections. I need to show the report as a book with 69 sections (each section on new page). there are 69 sections on cost center and each cost center section has almost 10 sections embedded in it. When i see in regular view - I only see 69 pages but when I try to see in "View Page Lay out" option, there is one blank page added after each results page.
Please let me know how to remove this blank page. I need to give users the option to download the book as PDF on to their machine. Now, when I download to my machine, I see one blank page after each results page.
    Thanks in advance.

Jus convert your report in Page Layout mode and see if your first pafe is getting expand in the second page.
Now check if there are any cell going into second page.
    - if there are any blank cell which is there after table.
you have to check formating very carefull.

  • How to print blank page in script

    Hi all,
how to print blank page in script

    Hi,
Try the command /: NEW-PAGE. Let me know if it is working.
    Ray

  • Blank page is getting displayed in SAPScript when using NEW-PAGE option.

    Hello Experts,
We have created a customized SAPScript and in this separate Script is generated based on the currency(WAERS).
So if we have 3 different currencies, then 3 pages will be created with there details, but we are using NEW-PAGE option in
MAIN window to separate the pages and after 3rd page it is displaying 4th page also with footer details.
So how can we avoid last blank page which is getting displayed?

    Hi isha.walia ,
This issue can be solved by two ways. Please take the one which suits you better.
Solution 1: If  you need to generate separate prints for different currencies.
In the driver program, build an internal table for different currencies which needed to be printed. (Using delete adjacent duplicates, build the internal table with exact number of currencies to be printed). Remove the NEW-PAGE option and call the script/form inside the loop. Do the necessary conditions to manipulate the print.
Advantages of above solution: Better control on spools if needed.
Solution 2:  Get the count of the number of pages in a variable. Inside the print loop, increment a flag counter. Check it against the variable which contains the number of pages to be printed at the end of each page. Exit the loop when the number of pages to be printed is reached.
Advantage of above solution: Simple to write the program.
    Thanks and Regards

  • RoboHelp10 - If we click on 'Show' link(button), blank page get displayed

    I am using,
    RoboHelp10
    IE9
    MSVS2010
    Win7
    Tried with below option,
Flash Help -> we are working with it and has problem for our desktop/standalone wcf application.
Flash Help Pro - > We know that RH server is req. for this option
Web Help Pro- > We know that RH server is req. for this option
    Trouble in (Flash Help),
    1. When we invoke Flash Help with respective topic ID, it will not show requested topic page along with TOC, it will show default topic/page, which we set at the time creating help. Also it will display "Allow Blocked Content" button at the bottom. If we click on "Allow Blocked Content" it will display the above requested topic page correctly, but without TOC pane. This time we can see 'Show' button(link) on the browser. If we click on 'Show', blank page get displayed.
    2. When we are displaying content with option 'OptionConstants.CSH_DISPLAY_CONTEXT' it only show topic and it won't show me the TOC along with current selected topic page.
    3. When we are displaying content with option 'OptionConstants.CSH_DISPLAY_CONTEXT' it only show topic with 'Show' link. When we click on 'Show' link, blank page get display.
    4. Tool gives us facitlity to publish the Flash help, where we can choose the folder. This means that it publishes folder structure. We are using this folder structure (the published one) and on the top of that we are not getting expected(blank page get display) result.
    5. Published content does not contain any mapid/mapfile, if so whow it works correctly with RH development studio.
    6. Skin we were using 'beautiful_vista_flash.fhs'
    7. We build RH after setting Mozilla as the statup browser. We tried with Mozilla and IE but still our application opens help in IE. So not able to test in Mozilla.
    Please assist to resolve it.

I have looked up how to print a web page and did exactly as shown on the screen (I did select my printer) but when I want to print a Web page I only get a blank page. I also cannot save as PDF in the Print Dialog Box because I get a blank page there too.
I have tried to disable all my add-ons and extensions and re-enabling them one by one and it did not change anything.
Although I did not specifically notice the exact date, I feel this has been happening since I have upgraded to Mac OS 10.6.4

Wow! After several different attempts to solve my printing problems , the one that worked was the suggestion that I hit "Reset Firefox" button on the Troubleshooting Information page. Once I did that and got back in I was able to print pages correctly. Thank you for all your help and patience.

    Rashi,
    point will be given immediatly.
Please refrain from using such statements in here
Check the URL that the bsp application is displaying.
It might have a path like /sap/bc/bsp/sap...
Logon to the Tcode : SICF
and navigate to the path that is mentioned in the URL and right click and activate the path.
In most of the cases, you would encounter the problem when the path is not activated in the SICF.
