I am looking for information for ECR appproval by multiple people in MS outlook to set system status as change possible, approve ECR, convert ECR thru workflow.
Any inputs will be really helpful.

This is possible with Work flow. You can discuss with your ABAP to execute this using Work Flow.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to make multiple people to approve a form at the same time, and the number of the approvers is dynamic.
You can create a column based People&Group type, and on the Additional Column Settings section, set "Choose from: All users".
Then create a workflow with SharePoint Deisgner 2013, and the workflow is using SharePoint 2010 workflow platform. And After adding the "Start Approval Process", click the
these users, and then set the approver using "Workflow lookup for a user", like the screenshot:
Then, on the Lookup for People or Group dialog, Data source: Current Item, Field from source: the people&group column that you created.
Finnally, save and publish the workflow.
After the above, when you create a new item, you can type the approvers in the people&group column. After triggering the workflow, it will assign tasks to all people in the people&group column.

How do I send single notifications to multiple people in the workflow?

As I see you can send notification to one person at a time.
For example, the approval notification goes to a approver once someone submits a expense report or po approval.
How do I send single notifications to multiple people in the workflow?

Hi,
You need to send the notification to a role, which can comprise one or more than one users. If you check the "Expand roles" checkbox, then a different copy of the notification will be sent to each member of the role; otherwise one notification is sent which can be viewed by all holders of the role.
You should always send a notification to a role rather than a user, anyway - roles do not go on holiday, get sick or leave the company; users do.

We have a project we are working on, and since it needs to be done in record time, multiple people need to be able to access the most current version. Is there a way to work on one project concurrently, like on Google docs?

Is there a way to have multiple people post on the same shared photo stream?
My cousin would like to have a single shared photo stream where we can both post photos on it and comment, instead of having two separate shared photo streams.
We think that there should be an option for the album creator to give access to anyone he/she shares it with to enable them to also post pics on the same stream.

How can i send a email to multiple people on my ipad2 using the contact and group list downloaded from my iMac. Thank you

I am 63 yrs old and not to computer literate. I know how to send an email to multiple people using my contact list and groups on my IMAC. I tried using a group name downloaded to my Ipad2 from my IMac. It does not work. If I choose a single email address it works. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. The feature that you need is totally lacking in the built in Mail app on the iPad.
There are a couple of third party mail apps that will let you do this ... MailShot and Group Email with Attachments. You can check them out in the App Store.

Can I Turn off iMessage in a group text with multiple people with different devices? There's 1 person in the group text that doesn't use iPhone anymore and they can't see any messages that are sent unless we send as regular text individually.

Multiple people working on same iWeb domain.

I am trying to rebuild my site after upgrading to iWeb'08 and would love to be able to have multiple people work on different areas of the site to speed up the process. How do I sync them back without loosing links. Can I ever have them exist in one file again. I believe that I can manually publish to folder then put them all in same folder.
If there is any advice you guys can give would be greatly appreciated.

Don't try it.
You would need multiple versions of the Domain.sites folder created by iWeb and there is no way to merge them into just one file.

Yes, you can. In fact it's recommended that you use different IDs for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud. You can still share the same ID for iTunes without any issues.
You are getting each other's text messages because you're using the same ID for iMessage. To fix this, one of you should go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign in with a different ID. To avoid getting each other's FaceTime calls, do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.

Any clue, how i can add a mail account to apple mail app, but with separate password / pin to open it.
Years ago there was a program called mail switcher which added this functionality, but thats gone.

They would have to be logged in as separate users in order not to see your account in Mail. Whatever accounts put in Mail under your account will show up. All mail accounts usually have there own user and password. The only thing you can do is to remove the password from Keychain and take the account offline so you don't keep getting prompts for passwords each time it checks for mail.
Not a great solution.
Best way is to give the other user their own user account with their own mail and enable fast user swithcing to log between the different users if all access the computer frequently.

Unable to share files when in a IM convo with multiple people Lync 2013

Hello,
I'm in the middle of a migration from lync server 2010 to lync server 2013. The users I have migrated over to lync 2013 are not able to send/share attachments when in a convo with multiple people.
However, users can send/share files when IM'ing with individual people.
I've been researching this issue for quite some time but still having a problem pinpointing the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did the issue happen internal or external?
Please double check if MCU on Lync 2013 FE server works well, when two participants are connected, the session is essentially peer-to-peer. When three or more participants are connected, the Sharing feature depends on the Front End Server Multi Point Control
Unit (MCU) to provide the sharing stream to all parties.

okay I've finally been able to get tor and all the other programs to work according to my plan the only thing that's still making problems is that iptables doesn't work as I want it to, when I start chromium without proxy settings privoxy doesn't seem to forward the information to polipo.. do I need to add another rule to iptables.rules in order for the program to know it has to reroute the information again or how can I get this to work? and is there any way to run rtorrent with proxy support?
anyway, problem 2 and 3 are still to be solved.

First of all, let me congratulate Oracle HTML DB for bringing such a great product. It is extremely powerful, and useful.
I have multiple people using a form which has multiple selects in it and calls an Oracle report. I looked at couple of examples and I couldnt understand how IDs work in this scenario. It is not clear if I need to create an id on HTML DB side or on the Oracle reports side or at the database level. Obviously, if people delete or select each others selected parameters, it is a big issue. Could you please explain me about how this is achieved.

The touch ID is only for accessing the device, no log is kept, and no apps can access its details.
You can create multiple fingerprints within a single device so more than 1 person could access it, but there is no detail of who accessed it or when.
You may be better served looking at a portable time clock device that uses RFID cards for login and out or similar to this

Sending Pictures to Multiple People with iMessage

I like to send pictures of the kids to both my folks, and my inlaws. I like to send them all at once to multiple people. When someone responds to the message it gets sent to everyone that I originally sent the pictures to. Is there any way to change this, so that the conversations remain private from the other recipients?

I also wanted to do that (sending email to a lot of people and not seeing all those address of others)
Here is what I did to solve it:
1. I have created an String array of recipients
2. I have created a method named sendEMAIL(String[] address)
3. Inside the method, there is a loop in which every iteration, the function
sendMail() is called, thus sending the same email but the address is being changed every iteration
The method I described is slow since it mails to every address thus calling the function sendMail() every iteration which will be a lot slower for a lot of email address or recipients.
With this, I have been able to send same email to different people and those people wouldn't see the email addresses of other people in the "TO" field.
