Edge Animate trial downloading problem?

Edge Animate trial won't let me download because it says OS 10 doesn't recognize addresses beginning with aam
Am I the only one with this issue?
I tried in three different browsers

Hi guys
After installing the Edge Animate trial version on my old PC, the PC crashed and I'm having trouble getting it going again.
Can I reinstall the trial version on my laptop instead? I'm doing an assignment for the Adobe GenPro course, so it's urgent.

Error when trying to download Adobe Edge Animate trial

I've been trying to download a trial for Adobe Edge Animate for the last two days and keep getting an error message saying "there is a problem, please try again later." Can't find a way to contact Adobe directly to see if there is a problem or if/when it will be resolved. Getting ready to teach this to students beginning in a few days, and would really like to know if the problem will be resolved by then.

Reinstalling Edge Animate trial version on another device

My old PC crashed after I installed a trial version of Edge Animate. I tried to reinstall on my laptop, but when I tried to access the download page, I get a blank screen.

Try using a different browser. If your laptop does not meet the tech specs for Edge it will not be able to download it.

Edge Animate responsive scaling problem

I am having a terrible time with the responsive scaling from Edge Animate.
When I insert the html into a div in Dreamweaver the scaling works, however any divs below the animation get pushed down (when scaling the page) causing a large and unsightly gap. I have rang Adobe about the problem and I tried a couple of things they said but nothing has worked. The operator was trying to tell me I have a problem with my css. However everything is logically in order. I changed the display from inline to block. When I change the position from static to absolute it simply ignores both the above and below divs, simply displaying over the top of them as though they don't exist. I have used margins and max height for the div with no positive outcome. Can anyone Please help! If I change the px size in the html(in Dreamweaver) to % it creates a scroll bar which is undesirable. I have noted I am not the only person having this problem. If there are some wiz coders out there, can you please try and recreate the scenario to see if it is in fact a problem with EA and DRW and not an era on my behalf because the issue is driving me nuts! PE8 Trial Download Problems

I downloaded PE8 and PSE trial Downloads on to my desktop computer and found that my hardware was not sufficient to run the software. I then decided to try again with my laptop so I downloaded PSE with no trouble. I should be so lucky with PE8. No, I have tried three times. The first time I later realized that my machine needed some updating so I updated and tried again. The next time a folder was made but after there was nothing in the folder. Same thing happened the third time around. There were no errors or anything out of the ordinary with the exception that the folder was empty. Any thoughts?

Some folk have had issues with the downloads, but most of those were either with their browsers, or things like their AV and pop-up blockers. Since you got both to download before, and got PSE to download now, I'd not suspect that you are having issues with either your browser, or with AV/pop-up blocking, but you can check those things out.
Given the timing, and the fact that the Adobe.com site has been undergoing general maintenance, along with the forum servers, AND PrE 8.0.1 has been released, my guess would be that either the maintenance, or maybe an updated download file, is getting in the way. As far as I know, the patch is only available via AutoUpdater, but I'm sure that Adobe is working on a downloadable patch, and is probably updating the trial of PrE 8 also. I'd give Adobe just a bit of time. Let them get the site back up 100% and then check to see if the trial might have also been updated. Were I Adobe, I would likely have pulled the trial, until it could be patched to 8.0.1. Remember, that is but a guess.

The trial of edge animate wont download? Why?

It uploads to 85% and then says. "installation completed though some optional components failed to install correctly". Any ideas?

Acrobat XI Pro free trial download problems

Hi,
I'm trying to download the free trial of Acrobat XI Pro, and have downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant, but when I run it, I get the following message:
Sorry, an error has occured.
The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author.
I currently have Adobe Reader X installed - do I need to uninstall to get this to work?

Flash mac trial download problem

but the download manager crashed just at 99% complete, I
restarted it and resumed the download and it was fine, but I need
to be sure of the download validity,

You'll still need to get your downloads sorted out to keep on top of updates.
This problem comes up at least once every other day - a change of browser always seems to sort it.
Which browser are you using? IE 9?

Sketchbook Trial download problems

I have downloaded the trial version of the above and got a message that it was installed successfully. Now what? (the funny little icon is in the top right corner of the desk top) I can't seem to find the programme to open it....? I seem to have this problem with any new software programme. I rarely get the software in the menu box with an arrow showing to drag the new programme into the App folder....am I doing something fundamentally wrong? I follow all the instructions when downloading, but the last bit doesn't seem to work...any help/input appreciated.

Photoshop cs6 extended trial download problem

i want to download photoshop cs6 extended trial version, but Download Assistant is only showing downloading option for photoshop cs6 standard.

Installation files of Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CS& Extended are always the same. So just download the Photoshop CS6 through the Download Assistant.
If you buy Photoshop CS6 it will hide all Extended functions, unless you bought Photoshop CS6 Extended ;-)

Premiere elements trial download problems

I seem to have downloaded adobe premiere elements 10 but I can't extract it? I keep getting this "invalid checksum" pop-up.

If the download is completed in the Adobe Download Assistant you can temporarily turn off the feature to verify the checksum. The following steps will allow you to temporarily disable this feature:
Open the Disk Utility located in Applications/Utilities
Go under the Disk Utility menu and select preferences
Deselect the option to verify checksums
Try mounting your DMG file
I would recommend turning this feature back on though after the installation is complete. Also if you notice this happening on additional files it can indicate a problem with your Internet connection.

Manualyl download Adobe AIR from the Adobe site and install it.

Premiere Pro CS6 Trial Download Problem

Hey I'm trying to download the trial of Premiere Pro CS6 but everytime I try downloading it, it gets to 36% and just stays there. It says "Currently Installing AdobeHelp" but it doesn't move. This also happened when I was trying to download the trial version of In Design CS6 as well. I'm running in Windows 64-bit.

Follow the steps mentioned below and let us know if this works:
1. Close all the installation windows and navigate to Computer > Program Files(x86) > Adobe. You will have a folder name "Adobe Help". Please cut this folder and paste it on your Desktop. Do not delete this folder.
2. Now re-start the installation and check if this works.
3. If it is success, then move back the "Adobe Help" folder to the same location - Computer > Program Files(x86) > Adobe.
