Edit and delete button project

created a project, but I want to change the name of it, but by positioning the cursor over it does not appear the option to edit or delete. What to do?

A user attaches doucments ( using the Generic Object Services to attach document ) while creating/changing Purchase Requisition (ME51N / ME52N).
Now when any user goes to see the docuemnts attached to the PR, he selects the 'Attachement List' from the context menu, he should only be able to read it and should not be allowed to change or delete the document. For this we need to disable the 'change' and 'delete' buttons from the toolbar.

I have solved the issue Alhamdulillah by the foll. method:
1. Copied CL_GOS_SRV_ATTACHMENT_LIST to ZCL_GOS_SRV_ATTACHMENT_LIST
2. In ZCL_GOS_SRV_ATTACHMENT_LIST there is a method called: CHECK_STATUS. I overwrote with my check;
on_mode_changed( 'D' ). --- For display
on_mode_changed( 'E' ). --- For edit mode.
3. In SGOS tcode, added VIEW_ATTA to point to ZCL_GOS_SRV_ATTACHMENT_LIST

Apply and delete buttons need differentiation

How do we get the apply and delete buttons put in different locations on the info window for ical? I've accidentally deleted when I meant apply because the buttons are in the same location. Mabye delete should be at the top right.

That sounds like a great idea. Be sure to submit iCal Feedback.
In the meantime, don't forget about the iCal>Edit>Undo menu command (⌘Z).

IMovie quit unexpectedly and deleted my project

iMovie quit unexpectedly and deleted my project. I had finalized the project, then went back to edit it. All of a sudden it froze, quit on me and when re-opened imovie, that project was gone. All my other projects are there. I only had 2 last edits so if someone could help me find my project it would be much appreciated! Any help will do!

Can you drag them from the trash back into the Timeline or Clips Pane?
Which Trash by the way - iMovie's, or Finder's?
It pays to save very frequently - it reads as though you maybe had not saved for some time.
If, however, you have been regularly saving and the clips have still been dumped in the trash, then you may be able to retrieve the situation by this means:
Control-Click the project's icon (with the star on it), and select Show Package Contents. You will see a file like this - (project name).~iMovieProj. This is a previously saved version of your project. Opening that should get you back to the project's state as at the last Save.

If someone has write permission to KM folder, he can edit also other documents. I need to disallow this..

Probably you have uncommented the call to super class when you reimplement the method on child class (z class)
I just implement the same thing now and it worked for me. Take a look:
1 - Modify the SGOSATTR table by SM30, just write a Z class (in my case CL_GOS_SRV_ATTACHMENT_CREATE) .
2 - Create/inheridt a subclass (not a copy) in SE24 of the standard class.
3 - Implement the method CHECK_STATUS in the z class. Note that the call to method on super class came commented. You only uncomment if you want to also execute a standard code in the super class.
Here is my code:

NOTE - In my real implementation I have uncommented the code below because I want do standard code be executed before my own check.

I have a development that requires to create, edit, and delete vendor master records through a webportal ui. Technically, it will be a background process in SAP because it must not have a dialog screen. In my search so far, there is no standard BAPI or Function module that can handle this one.
Can the class VMD_EI_API handle the requirements?

Restrict users from editing and deleting not owned items

Hello guys.
I'm trying to restrict users from editing and deleting items created by other users. I know, that it can be achieved by using SPList.WriteSecurity parameter, but if I change its value to 2 or 4 - nothing happens...
May be there are some list permissions that can override this security setting? I tried to combine permissions in different ways but users either cannot modify any items or can edit/delete all of them...
By the way, setting ReadSecurity=2 works as it should work regardless of user permissions...

I understand that you want to change the write security for the document library. You can try the PowerShell script below:
$web = Get-SPWeb http://serverURL
$list = $web.Lists["Document library"]
$list.ReadSecurity = 2
$list.WriteSecurity =2
$list.Update()
$web.Dispose()
This setting will not affect the site collection administrator, he will always be able to edit the documents. You need to sue another account to have a test. If this still doesn't work, I think you need to manually edit the permission for each documents.

Thank you for your suggestion. I backup on itunes. I went to itunes, deleted syncing my contacts, then re-synced them. But the Facetime capability option continues to be there on most (not all, for some curious reason) of my contacts. I am not sure I posed my question correctly. I want to be able to FT with my family, so don't want to delete the FT capability totally from my iphone and ipad. But I don't want all these other iphone calls from various contacts to ring on my ipad as FT calls. I want a way to select with whom I have FT capabilities. Any further suggestions? I continue to have a pop saying that either the file in open somewhere in the serve- which it is not- and I cannot delete a particular pdf or edit it.
It's incredibly frustrating and in the end I end up having four files with different names because it won't let me edit the original file!!!!
