Edit and organization not open from welcome screen!!!??

i have problem setup Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and no any problem in the setup when i open welcome screen i click on the edit or organization it's make loading and nothing so i go to source folder .
when i go to source folder i try to open PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe file it give me message say" unable to continue because of hardware or system error.sorry,but this error is unrecoverable". what i must to do i have win7 and 1.9Gb Ram and 700MB Graphics Memory and processor pentium dual-core 2.20GHz

I DO IT MANY TIME'S BUT I CAN OPEN ORGANIZER FROM THE SOURCE FOLDER AND I TRY DO ANY THING TO OPEN EDIT FROM THE ORGANIZER

Photoshop Elements 8 crashes when "EDIT" opens from Welcome screen

When Photoshop Elements 8 is launched from the shortcut on the desktop, welcome screen opens and at the bottom it shows "gathering user info....". It keeps doing it as long as I don't click on edit button. When I click on edit button, the edit windows opens with my name and soon it crashes and closes the program. After the program closes, it opens a crash report window which I submitted to Adobe three days ago. I am still awaiting for the response. Sometimes, instead of closing the program, it crashes my computer and a blue screen shows up. In this case, I have to shut down the computer and restart again.
I thought I can reinstall the proram but this software would not allow me uninstall either. When I click on "remove" button on the program in the control panel, a window pops up with a message " this action is only valid for products that are currently installed".
Any help from Adobe technician is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Following could be the possible workarounds :
1)      On the drive on which you have installed PSE,on my machine it is on C:
         Go to c:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 9\Locales\<locale>\Plug-Ins\Import-Exportand you will find twain plug-in. Remove that plug-in from that location and copy it somewhere else.
            Now launch PSE and check if it works.
2) Try resetting the PSE preferences by
   1. Close Elements.
   2. Launch the Photoshop Elements Welcome Screen and hold down ctrl + alt + shift as you click Edit.
   3. Continue to hold the keys until you see a message box asking if you want to delete Photoshop Elements settings file; click Yes. Elements will open with default preferences.
3) In case any network printer is attached try to launch without network or printer uninstall.

Crashing if opening from welcome screen

Hello,
I have this issue pretty often. I will open Premiere Pro CS6, select the project(Project A), it loads and opens the premiere screen. The media is currently yellow at this point and then it crashes. Sometimes premiere crashes at a different point, such as before I see the yellow media screens. However if I open premiere and open a new project, or a less intense project(Project B) that doesn't have any effects - that project loads. Then once inside premiere I can open the project(Project A) that was previously crashing. But to add more mystery, if I get project A to load using that method and then close premiere. Open premiere to the welcome screen and try loading Project A again, instead of it crashing with a crash report and no prompt, I get the prompt "Premiere pro has encountered a serious error and will attempt to save your project." All of these seem to happen if opening the project from the welcome screen. And this has happened on two different projects.
To give a little background on the projects, they are multicam projects - I am unsure if that has an effect. And the crashing only seems to happen on projects I have applied effects to. Typically just 3 (2x three-way color and RGB Curves) effects per clip.
Lastly: this might be completely unrelated, I have gotten the corrupt project file 2 or 3 times now. These have all happened randomly where I have worked on the project for an hour or so, save it - and close everything down safely. Come back the next day and it's corrupt. I've started to just save all my .proj files to dropbox to combat this. But this amount corrupt projects and crashing when opening projects is frustrating.
I have reinstalled premiere as well. I have deleted my preferences and I have started premiere holding combinations of Shift, Alt, and Control.
Here is a crash report I get after recieving the prompt "Premiere pro has encountered a serious error and will attempt to save your project." If you need a crash report where I don't recieve that prompt at all, I'm sure I can get it to crash again lol.

Here is another crash from recently. I can pretty much make Premiere crash whenever I want. For example if I just switch back and forth between a project (Without changing a single thing), it will cause the "A serious error has occured, we will attempt to save your project". Go to settings> general> usage> storage and see if the app is listed there. If it is delete and reinstall it.

How do I import an old iphoto library from an external hard disk while keeping my editing and organization in tact?

I am running iPhoto '08 on a MacBook Pro 2.2 GHz Intel C2D (MacBook Pro 3,1). I backed up my hard drive contents onto an external hard drive, then formatted my computer and installed Mountain Lion. I then re-installed iPhoto '08 and ran all the updates. Now, I would like to import my old library from the external disk onto my computer without losing my editing and organization; however, when I select "import to library" from iPhoto, the old iPhoto library is not a selectable option.
I know how to "show package contents" and import directly from the Original and Modified folders, but I don't want to lose my organization. Can I simply drag the content of those folders into my new Original and Modified folders? Will iPhoto read that correctly?
I tried to open the old library from the external disk, thinking to export them all to a folder and import from there, but that just opened my new library and none of the old photos were imported or available.
I'm running out of ideas and would appreciate any help you guys can give. Thanks!!

You don't import it.
Just drag the iphoto Library from the external to the Pictures Folder.
Then open it:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library'
Never import one Library to another. Every version and thumbnail is imported like a distinct photo, you lose all your Albums, Keywords etc., the link between Original and Previews is destroyed, the non-destructive editing feature is ruined and so on. In summary: it's mess.

System Services Reporting is not opening from main SAP screen menu.

I have upgraded kernel patch in all our three systems of DEV, QAS & PRD, from patch level 139 to 376 (Kernel 460_REL). After upgrade ll system are working fine.
Yet, System>Services>Reporting option is not opening from SAP Menu, even it is not giving any kind of error message too.
While the same screen is opening from X-code: SA38.

If you go to transaction SE80 -> Repository Information System -> Other objects -> Transactions and you search for SOAMANAGER, you get into the screen where you can modify attributes for this transaction. Please check if there are strange values entered in there... Or maybe SAPGUI for HTML is not selected.

Will not open on the screen from the taskbar.

I have windows 8. Firefox will not open on my screen. I click the icon on the task bar, it runs but there is nothing on the screen. When i hover on the task bar icon the thumb nail shows above then when you click it it goes away. You can close from the thumb nail. That is all that happens. Explorer & Chrome load with no problem. I hope you can help with this problem as I use Firefox as my main browser.

I am sorry to hear that when you open Firefox that nothing pops up on the screen, but if you hover over the Task bar that one of the open windows can be closed from here. Can you click on that window to maximize the window that opens?
What has been recommended in the past is to remove the localstore file from the Firefox profile, as it may have become corrupt [kb.mozillazine.org/Toolbar_customizations_reset_on_startup]. However an easier solution may be to Reset Firefox by starting it in Safe Mode. If you hold Shift and click on the Firefox icon you may do this. [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]] , reset the profile from this menu.

     Re- name SLCache folder present at location "<root drive:>\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache" (to oldSLCache for example)
     Win: Also rename opm.db on your machine to resolve this issue @ <root drive>\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE (to oldopm.db for example)
     Mac : Users Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
     Now re-launch the application.

PSE8 winxp Can't start Organizer from welcome screen

I click on organizer in welcome screen and the welcome screen goes away and organizer screen doesn't show. There is an icon on the taskbar indicating the status of Backup/Schronize which says that is is on 164 of 839 photos. A few minustes later it was updated to 179 of 839. Also although I paid for addional space the screen says that it is updated 0-2 G instead of 22G. I can't get to Editor either from Welcome screen. I thought backup was in background and shouldn't affect me running Organizer.

Organizer should get launch even though the Sync is running in the background. Was the PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe running in task manager when you face this issue ?

You can try to Force Quit the Mail application by using the keys OPTION COMMAND ESC, from the window that pops up select Mail and clcik force quit.
Have you tried launching Mail from your Applications folder? It launches properly, drag the icon off the dock, it should vanish in a puff of smoke, you can then go to the Applcations folder and drag the Mail icon back to the dock to create a new shortcut.

Interesting. This sort of thing is more common on Windows systems. Taken at face value, one of the iTunes program files (one of the Japanese language resources) is damaged.
I'd try running your Disk Utility over your startup disk. Does it find/repair any damage? If so can you empty your trash and reinstall your iTunes successfully now?
