Edit Css in Embed form

Hi
I have embed forms in my site and I want to edit the Css file.
Could you please let me know where can I find it ???
Many Thanks / Best regards
Vag

Hi,
I am not sure if you are refering your webpage when you say "Template", if so changing the css of your webpage will not affect the FormsCentral responses.
Thanks,
Lucia

  • How to edit text in a form

I downloaded a form to pay taxes, I compiled it inserting my dates but I wuold like to edit text: how can I do it?
thank you and excuse me for my bad english

I was going to comment yesterday and did not. I think I will chime in anyway for what it is worth. As Claudio mentioned, editing PDFs is not really recommended. If you have downloaded a government form, there may be some implications if you actually tried to change the form (to make it look better) and it could be rejected. I remember some time back I has a passport or visa form I think where the size of the field entry was rediculous. I lived with it and the limitations.
The form was also restricted from editing, that would have made it a bit more difficult and might have invalidated any submission. I do not know if there are any legal implications of making such changes, but there may be some aspects of the form not being accepted if you try to change it.
If you are talking about no fields available, you might want to recheck the source of the form to see if they have one with fields included (the IRS used to have forms with and without fields). If the form allows adding fields and that is the issue, then simply select the TOOLS>Advanced editing and use the form tools you need. If the form is locked, it is probably best to print the form and start using a pen.
Another option in the latter case is to print the form and then fill is in using a word processor, playing around with the placement of the text until the two line up. Then you just print the form and then reprint the text on top of it. That used to be the method folks used.

  • How to create Edit Image in my form

    hi All,
I have a form with header and detail, in my detail block i need to add Edit Image in my form. When i click on this i should be able to open one of my text column.
can any one please help me how to create new images....

    Siva,
There is a different Technology Stack associated with the Enterprise Business Suite (EBS). amitphynyl is correct with the description of how to create a button with the edit.ico assigned to it, but with the EBS, you will want to speak to your DBA to get a list of all the Icons that are available as you will have more icons with the EBS than are available with a standard install of Forms Builder 6i. I would also suggest you ask your DBA to give you a copy of all the Icons so you can add them to your Forms Builder installation so they will be available to you during design of your Form.
I would also recommend that you review the Oracle Applications User Interface Standards for Forms-Based Products guide in the Oracle Applications Documentation web site to ensure your Custom Form conforms to Oracle guidelines.
    Hope this helps,

  • Embed Form not working in Dreamweaver

When the code for Embed Form is copied and placed into my Dreamweaver page, the form will NOT allow users to fill out the form when they go to my site. None of the fields are active. I had to use the Web Form in order to get an active form. Please advise.

If you're not getting a confirmation or error, then it sounds like
    if ($HTTP_SERVER_VARS['REQUEST_METHOD']=="POST")
is not evaluating true. Echo the value of ($HTTP_SERVER_VARS['REQUEST_METHOD'] to see what it is. You may have to convert it to upper case.

  • Why is the Edit CSS Web Developer toolbar, not enabling Search in Win 8?

We are using Windows 8 and the Web Developer tool bar is now installed.
However, after using Edit CSS, the Search box to search thru CSS is disabled. I don't see how to enable it, or moreso, why it's disabled at all.

For now, you might want to explore the built-in style editor (Shift+F7) as a temporary workaround. Press Ctrl+f or right-click in the style sheet edit control to access find.

  • How to use css in oracle forms

Hello,       I am using oracle forms 11g with weblogic server 10.3.5 at windows 7.I have to use CSS in oracle forms.i have tried to search it but no profit.please some one else tell me that how can use css in oracle forms. Thnak You regards aaditya

    Hi
As Francois pointed out Oracle forms has nothing to do with html based technology. The way you can get the equivalent effect of creating consistancy in the way your objects are displayed is by creating a set of items you want and alter their apperance and behaviour and place them into object libraries (one library should do the trick).  From there you subclass all of you forms items off these libraries.

  • Oracle Database10g Express Edition's compatibility with Forms/Reports 10g

    hi,
I have a problem while connecting from Oracle Forms/Reports 10g to Oracle Database10g Express Edition.I have configured through the net configuration assistant and it shows the test is also successful. But while connecting from Oracle Forms/Reports 10g, an error is being displayed saying that the TNS could not resolve service name(ORA - 012154). I am able to connect to my database server normally. I got a doubt now regarding Oracle Database10g Express Edition's compatibility with Oracle Developer Suite 10g. Can I use Oracle Database10g Express Edition as backend for Forms/Reports 10g in a stand alone machine.
Can anyone please give me a solution regarding my issue.
    Thanks in advance.
    RAKESH

12154 means that the TNSNAMES.ora that reports is using does not understand what the '@XE' means.
Check that you do not have several different TNSNAMES.ora files - there are probably several, and the one you are using probably does not point to XE. This is the most common cause I've seen.

  • Why is the assests panel disabled when editing css or xml files?

It's immensely annoying. Is there anyway to stop it?

That doesn't really explain why a very useful panel is disabled. What's the logic behind it?
This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe customer support. You asked whether there was any way to prevent the Assets panel from being disabled when editing CSS and XML files. The answer is no.
If you want Adobe to change the way the program works, file a feature request.

  • FCKEditor, edit css, SiteStudio and WebCenter

    Hi!
Im using a UCM as content repository for my WebCenter portal.
I uses region definitions in the UCM/SiteStudio 11g when editing and I have added an edit css to the element used in the region definition.
This works perfect when editing directly in the content server, and it works when editiing in the portal with FireFox, but not Internet Explorer.
And unfortunally our customer are only allowed to use IE.
Have anybody seen this problem, that the Editor CSS don't load for IE?
    Regards,
    Ralf

    Hi Muhammad.
These CSS are generated from your CSS Skin.
My first recommendation is in dev enviroments disable content compression. Disabling content compression you will see components and style classes applied from skin selectors instead of compressed classes like x1av... etc...
To disable content compression you have to change in web.xml follow context-param:
    <context-param>
      <param-name>org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.DISABLE_CONTENT_COMPRESSION</param-name>
      <param-value>true</param-value>
</context-param>Now, you'll see through firebug what ADF Components / Selectors / Global Selectors to change.
If you don't know of ADF Skinning please read something about it. It's important know about it :).
    References: https://blogs.oracle.com/jdevotnharvest/entry/how_to_learn_adf_skinning
    UPDATE: More information
If ADF CSS Skin don't help you to apply or overwrite styles applied then try to set custom "styleClass" property to ADF Components that you want to change.
    Regards.

  • Editing CSS, related files requires save (cs4)

You know what really Grinds My Gears? (family guy reference,
    lol)
When I edit the CSS in the right hand panel, sometimes it
makes the CSS file in the Related Files toolbar not saved with a *
next to the filename. Sometimes it goes ahead and just saves the
changes right away. Like most, I'm constantly switching back/forth
between browsers so CSS has to be saved to see changes.
Kindofa pain to have to click the css file in the related
toolbar and Ctrl+S to save before each preview...I haven't been
able to find out why it "dirties" the CSS file sometimes and other
times it directly saves to the CSS file.
Does anyone have any ideas? How to get it to always just save
    to the file?
    thanks

    avibodha,
Ah! Thanks for the additional details. I see what is causing
    this behavior.
When a document is opened, DW determines what the Related
    Files are, so
it can show the list of buttons for each one. But, for the
    sake of
performance, we do not actually load the files until you
    click on a
button to view a file. Note that the file may already be
    loaded as a
top-level document or as a Related File of some other
    document.
Since you have the "Open CSS files when modified" setting
    turned off,
then the CSS gets automatically saved to disk *if* the file
    has not yet
been loaded. Once the file has been loaded, then DW will not
automatically save it (to avoid writing something on disk
    that you don't
    want written).
So, you'll need to disable the Related Files feature to have
    DW always
automatically save the CSS to disk.

  • How can I split edit css screen horizontally rather than vertically?

How can I split the edit css split-screen horizontally rather than vertically?

Unfortunately, Firefox doesn't have a built in "tile two windows side-by-side" command. There might be an add-on for that (in a quick search, I mostly found add-ons to tile two or more tabs rather than separate windows).
If that sounds completely off topic, can you describe the steps to get to what you're seeing?

  • Edit CSS in Edge Reflow

I may have just not discovered this yet, but after all my searches I can't find anywhere that will tell me how to directly edit the CSS in Edge Reflow. So what I am asking is
    a) are you able to edit css in Reflow, and if so b) how on earth do you do it?

    Hi -
You're correct - the only way to edit CSS in Reflow is to use the Property Inspector.
    thanks,

  • Editing css live...

I have Studio 8 and am looking at upgrading to CS4.
My question is, does Dreamweaver allow a way (via Live view) to visually edit css in a live mode. For example if you are looking at a live page I would like to be able to move an element and have the css re-written. I am not great at coding and so the visual aspect really speeds things up for me. Normally I make a change, upload it...and see if it looks like what I want and if not...start again.
I have tried this app which works great and does exactly that but would prefer to do it all within DW if possible

    Thanks,

Get Firefox's Web Developer Toolbar Add-On.  With it, you can view any page in your browser, edit CSS code in real time and see browser results right away. However, these code changes are not permament.  They are for testing/debugging only.  You would need to copy your revised code from Firefox into your CSS file in DW code view.
FWIW, working entirely in DW Design View severely limits your potential.  Start learning basic HTML & CSS first.  Then DW CS4 will be much easier for you to learn.
