Edit MP3 Information by tabbing to next field

Hi everyone. I recentely updated my iTunes to the latest version (10.4) on Snow Leopard. After the update I have lost the ability to tab through the various fields while editing a MP3 in list view. For example, when I click to edit the song Name, in previous versions I was able to hit tab to jump to the Artist field, then tab again to Album, etc.
With the current version I am unable to do so. Is there anyway to bring this functionality back or downgrade back to iTunes 10.3? Any help would be appreciated.

Cannot edit mp3 information after updating to iOS5

I updated my iPod touch 4 to iOS5 2 days ago, and then I found that it messed up part of the mp3 information I set up in my itunes libarary.
(Like losing my covers and albums missing from the artist column...etc)
Not a major mess-up so I thought I'd just fix them from iTunes.
I edited the information, and everything looks fine when I see it on iTunes on my PC, but nothings changes on my iPod.
I tried to sync my iPod, but it doesn't help either. Everything still looks messed up.
I've been trying to fix this problem for 2 days to no avail.
Is this just me, or it is a general problem for iOS5? (Coz I know some people have had their whole device wiped clean by iOS5.)

Problem with Tab to Next Field

If I recall correctly, in the past when I wanted to print specific pages from a document, I tabbed once to get from the number of copies field to the field next to "from" to indicate the first page I wanted printed, then tabbed again and entered the last page I wanted to print.
I am finding that when I open the print dialog, it is starts with the "Printer" drop down menu highlights. If I tab, it next goes to the "Presets". The next tab sends it to the "All" radio button. If I tab yet again, I finally get to the field to enter the "from" field to enter the first page I want printed. Instead of one Tab to get to the "from" field, I have to Tab 3 times.
I am finding this same type of behavior in other programs as well. It used to be, if I recall correctly, that tabbing to the next field only selected those fields in which a numeric value could be entered from the keyboard. Now every button and dropdown menu seems to selected as I am tabbing.
When I compose an email, I used to be able to start composing the email after tabbing from the subject field. Now, after I tab from the subject field, the next stop is the drop down menu to select which header fields are visible. Tabbing again brings me to the "From" drop down menu. The next tab is the "Signature" drop down menu. Tabbing again brings me to the priority drop down menu. After the 5th press of the tab key, I finally get to the field that allows me to type my email content. The four presses of the tab key really slow things down.
These extra presses of the tab key are a royal pain. I am finding that I am using the mouse to go directly from one field to the next.
Has anyone else had this experience? Is there a preference to go back to the way it used to work?

This is planned to be fixed in the next release.

Cannot edit mp3 information

I am having trouble with iTunes 10.5.
My hard disk crashed recently and I have to import my mp3 files from my backup.
However, I realised that all the information fields (accessed through Get Info option) are grey out and I can't change a thing.
Can someone please help me out here?
I am using Windows 7 for my OS.

About your question, I don't use Roxio. I just take any mp3 tool to cut mp3 into a small file.

Text entry fields not able to tab between 2 fields

Hi there,
I have placed 2 text entry fields that are for username & a password, I on publish/preview, I type the username and go to hit the TAB key to move to the password field but nothing happens & cursor does not move to the other field...
I did try a quick search for this question as I thought it must of happened before to others, but could not find what I needed..the answer ;-)

so this crazy thing is just like a puzzle you get one thing to work and you break another. So I now have the field that I want with the correct data in that field. But in doing so i have recked the first field. They both now share the same data. I would like to put it back and give it the data of var num. But I do not know how. Because. getField("SCHOOL NAME").value =num does not work.

Tab between fields when editing song information

iTunes 10.4 removed the ability to tab between fields when editing song information. Is there another shortcut now?

Yes, I know EXACTLY what you mean. Actually the Tab sequence was reversed in 10.4. I'm upset that it took me until Septeber 2011 to figure it out. For the longest time, probably every release of iTunes. The Tab sequence went (Source-->Tab-->Search Music box-->Tab-->Tracks List)
Now it's the reverse and it's so annoying. I have both Mac and Windows and was able to downgrade my Windows iTunes to 10.3.x (though I had to downgrade to a previous iTunes Library.itl file. I cannot downgrade my Mac iTunes b/c it's my main library and I'd lose historic data by restoring and old iTunes Library.itl file
I've written to Apple about this several times the past few weeks but they've yet to address this. The latest version is 10.5 and it hasn't been restored. I WISH Apple would RESTORE this feature to its ORIGINAL design!!!

How can I change the behavior of the Green Enter button when filling out a field in a form? Current it submits the entire form, I would like it to tab to the next field instead

When filling out a field on a form, they keyboard has a Green Enter button that submits the entire form. However, there are multiple fields on the page, and I would like it to tab to the next field. At the very least not submit the form.
Also, is there a way to configure the keyboard that shows up for each html5 input type?

They keyboard that shows up has the large "Green Enter" go button, a backspace and some arrow keys, but no tab button.

Auto tab to next form field

In some forms, when the user types in, for example, the area code for   their phone number, they are automatically tabbed to the cell for the 3   digit prefix and upon completing the prefix they are automatically tabbed to the final cell for the phone number. I know that the user can hit the tab key themselves, but is Acrobat capable of automatically doing this using form fields created in Acrobat in version 9 or 10 Pro?

It should be the actual name of the next field. The problem with that particular script is for a text field with a three character limit, you have to attempt to enter another character before it will set the focus to the next field.
Here's a function you can create in a document-level JavaScript that you can call in a text field's custom Keystroke JavaScript that should behave as you want:

This particular script will only work if you're set the character limit for the field from which it is called. There are a lot of autotab scripts that folks have created for use with Acrobat (some better than others) that address a particular circumstance, so you'll probably run across more with a search.

Tab key to move to next field

Under iPhone OS 2.x or 3.x, is there a way to cause the keyboard focus to switch to the next field? Like hitting the tab key under Mac OSX.

There are three jobs on my todo list:
1) Bug fix: In textFieldShouldReturn, I had to turn off the animation for scrollToRowAtIndexPath because when the focus wanted to wrap from section 8 back to section 0, the cell for section 0 wasn't ready. I think we need to wait for the scroll animation to end before trying to reset the focus;
2) Bug fix: The contents of each text field needs to be saved as soon as it loses focus. The saved text then needs to refresh the section when it next becomes visible. Right now you'll see, for example. the text from section 1 reappears in section 6 when that section becomes visible. Of course, this is because the cell from section 1 has been reused for section 6. So the contents of each reused text field needs to be cleared and refreshed from a cache in cellForRowAtIndexPath;
3) Clean up: I use a for loop to find each cell's text field. I can't simply use viewWithTag because the tag is within a range instead of being a constant. There are three of these loops, so that code wants to be in a helper method. Of course, if you're using a subclassed cell, you won't need those loops, since the text field can be a property of the cell.
I'm sure there willl be other odds and ends to clean up, but I think the above structure might do the job for you. Please let me know if you have things working before Sunday afternoon.

I can not use the tab key to move to the next field or use the shift and tab to move to the prior field in forms.

After updating to 7.0.1 I can not always use the tab key to move to the next field or use the shift and tab to move to the prior field in forms. This always worked in previous versions and it's much needed for my type of work. Does anyone know of a setting to activate this? If not can the Firefox developers work on this issue (please). I love Firefox but desperately need this feature to work correctly. Thanks!

I tried in safe mode and the tab key worked just fine. I'm not sure about all web forms I've only recently updated to 7.0. The wen form I was using was for appraisal purposes and it has multiple data fields to fill in and also drop down menus to select from. Might I always have to use Firefox in safe mode to be able to utilize the tab between field feature? Thanks for your help!

I added in the clientListener for the inputListOfValues' valueChange event

Tabbing to next available field Issue

I created a form with several fields but when i click on tab (on my keyboard) the focus of my cursor doesnt go in any particular order. Is there a way to manipulate when I tab from one field to another?

How do I edit what information is displayed in the "Tasks Log"?

We currently have a highly customized version of the Primavera Unifier Product v9.13.6.0. We would like to edit what information is displayed in the "Title" field of the Tasks Log. For some BPs the Title field is populated from the Record Number. For other BPs this field is populated from one of the custom fields from the BP.
We have been looking through the documentation available, and through uDesigner, and the Company Admin mode but have yet to locate the section where we would be able to change what field (per BP) would populate the Title field of the "Tasks Log" in each Shell (Home Tab, Company Shell, Project-level shells).
Any assistance or insight would be appreciated.

It is not possible to configure what is displayed in the Task log. Since the Task log is used for all BPs, we are limited to displaying what is common across all BPs. Find does support the ability to search on other fields not shown in the log.
