Edit notes in CRM

Hi,
I have a requirement in which I have to change the notes added to the case notes section and interaction record (texts section).
There is no option to change the previously entered notes when we try in change mode in CRM.
Note: we are using CRM 5.0
Can someone please help in how to do it?

Hello,
You may not be able to change previous notes because the corresponding text is of type "logged", which means each time you enter something, it is logged in another text type (usually called "log") in which you can see who wrote what and when.
To change this behavior go to the following IMG:
SPRO >> CRM >> Basic functions >> Text management >> Define text determination procedure.
Select you text profile (object type is CRM_ORDERH for interaction record)
Select the text type you would like to be able to edit.
Set "changes" from "P-Log" to " -Edit".

Editing icloud pages document on desktop, edits not showing up on icloud

I have a pages document on my icloud called "ABC123"
I am on my mac
I go to FINDER > iCLOUD > PAGES FOLDER
in the pages folder I see the document "ABC123"
I click ABC123
It opens in pages on my desktop (not in browser)
I make an edit and type: "***?"
I click save.
When I open ABC123 in the browser-version of pages, my "***?" edit is not there.
Why are my edits not syncing with the icloud version even though I opened it through my icloud folder? Everything is updated (software and pages and icloud acct).... can we just not use the desktop version to edit icloud documents?
In other words:
I ask because I'd like to collaborate with others, but I would like to use my desktop version. They can use the browser to edit. but.... my desktop edits aren't saving to the collaborative online version of ABC123

Yes, Pages and iCloud Drive can be used in the way you're describing. It sounds like you're seeing some unexpected behavior with this feature.
For troubleshooting, start with the tips in the "Documents on iCloud.com are not updated when changes are made on my iOS device or Mac" section of this article:

You may also want to close and re-open Pages and Safari, and test again.

How do I edit notes on my Mac mini?

I have just switched from a PC to a Mac, and for convenience I am still using Thunderbird for email. As far as I can tell from the User Guide, Notes on the iPhone can be edited in Mail. Is there a way to set up Mail without having it be my default email application so that I can use it just to edit Notes? Can I edit notes in Thunderbird? Or is there some other application I can use to edit Notes? And where do the synched Notes files live on the Mac anyway?

Editable notes fields in apps

I want to convert our range of calendars into mobile apps. I can see the range of options for the photography but I need to know if it's possible for each date to be tap-able so that a user editable notes field would pop-up for that date. Ideally the date would change colour when the notes field contained text. Any information gratefully received. Thanks Hugh.

If you want to create mobile apps, you can (1) write your own code, (2) use Adobe's Digital Publishing Suite, or (3) use a third-party app creator.

Why are my video edits not being saved on Photoshop CS6?
I made a TON of edits in a video group, then duplicated that group into another file... and all my edits are gone.
I spent hours working on this, so please let me know what the hell happened and how I can make sure it never happens again...
also--why would CS6 come with such a devastating feature?!?! Who came up with this???

I did not see any reference to Save, Save_As, or Save_As_a_Copy. Did you use one of those?

Edit notes within iCloud

I quicky jot down items on my ipods Note app and I would like to edit and clean up the notes at a later time. I went to Mail on iCloud and found my Note folder, but I can't recall if there is a trick to edit the notes within the Cloud. That would be nice.

You may be able to do it if you sync the laptop with Outlook.
The simpler solution is to get a Mac with mountain Lion (the latest OS). That OS has a Notes app on which you can edit Notes and it is reflected on all devices.

Word 2007 document presented without editing notes in wors 2013 pro plus

hi,
A word 2007 edited document which contains editing notes such as specific words in a sentance that are crossed and then the editor inserted his or her words to replace the words that were crossed.
when trying to open the document in word 2007 all is well and the edited document appears with all the editing notes and replaced words.
when opening the same document in word 2013 olny the replaced words appear in each place with no sign on the crossed out words.
is there any way to make word 2013 display the document as in Word 2007 (i.e. with both the crossed words and the words that are written right after those crossed words)?

Please check your Firefox Installation's version. (can be found by clicking the main menu, either clicking or hovering over the help button, and then clicking about firefox in the sub menu). depending on how long ago you set up sync you may still be using the older sync version. firefox 29 introduced a new (and might i add far less tedious) sync version. see [[How to update to the new Firefox Sync|this Mozilla support article]] for information on upgrading your sync to the new version.

Camera Raw Edits Not used in Batch

Hey Everyone,
I hope that someone can help me. I made alot of edits to about 100 images in Camera Raw ( ie (de)saturation, exposure adjustments, color adjustments,etc).
I wanted to finish up the images ( sharpening, saving) with an action that i created in Photoshop CS6.
However, when i run the action in photoshop, none of the adjustments that I made in camera raw are visible. In other words, the saved images that were output of photoshop batch were essentially the images right out of the camera. What am I doing wrong?

The Action is very simple and does not make much sense to me. The open step is not expanded so I can only guess that its and interactive open step inserted into the action using insert menu item and you selected file>open. Other Since your original question is about RAW files I assume your opening a RAW file that has ACR settings previously set. So ACR should open the RAW file you select with its previously set ACR settings. If this is and interactive ACR step you can use Open as Object or Open Image. Since later on in the action I see select layer "Background" you must be using open image for open object would create a smart object layer not a background layer. You action then dupe the background layer and sharpens the duped layer select the background flattens and save as jpeg. The result would be the same without the dupe and flatten. These are needless steps.
I also don't fully understand your original title "Camera Raw Edits Not used in Batch". Batch actions would normally not have and open step. Photoshop Automate Batch or a Photoshop script like the Image Processor would normally process open document or open files select in the bridge or pointed to in the batch process dialog. If the action has an open step the Batch Dialog has an option that can be used to override open steps. You did not show your bath dialog setting. I have never user that option and don't know exactly that option works. Particularly in this case where you failed to expand the open step. If it is and Open As Camera RAW all image files in the source location will be open through ACR however JPEG and Tiff files may not have ACR settings and other image file formats other the raw may cause errors. I do not know how the open step was recorded or how a open as camera raw steps are overridden. I'm sure Open recent and open file would open raw file through ACR and other image files formats would be open Photoshop where JPEG and Tiff file may be set to open through ACR. Do all image file in you source image location have ACR setting and the file type set to be open via ACR?

Photoshop CS6 Subscription (non Extended) Edition not available?

I have just purchased the Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition (not the Ps CS6 Extended Version).
However, following the download link under My Orders, I am only offered to download + install the Ps CS6 Extended Version (see screenshot below)
For whatever reason, the Adobe Application Manager does not differ between the Ps CS6 Standard and Extended Versions.
When opening the installed Ps CS6, it comes up in Trial Mode, a Nag Screen asking for Licencing. When using my Adobe ID (used for the purchase), I am prompted with a Serial Number Request.
==> Please advice how I can obtain my purchased product.

indeed contacting support solved my issue - after 90 min of patience.
Basically (on Win7) the "fix" involved changing your local settings to english, reboot, uninstall all Adobe Photoshop Versions, reboot, Use Adobe Download Manager to download and install Photoshop "Standard" edition.
Then, launch it first time out of Adobe AppliManager.
The splash screen now shows Photoshop CS6 (no more Extended) and the registration is done automatically in the background.
I switched back my locale Win7 setting to non-english and things worked fine. I assume the locale setting change is not really necessary, but do uninstall all Photoshops before you try...

"Camera Raw editing not enabled" why!

Im suddenly unable to edit in Raw...says "Raw Camera editing not enabled. I recently switched from Cloud CC suite to Coud Photography

This issue comes when qualifying product (say Photoshop CC) licence is not activated.
Sign and Sign out of CC app and then launch Ps , then try accessing ACR.

If you really tried every solution how can we help?
Seriously, give us system details, camera model, ACR version reported under PS Help, and we can maybe suggest something.

Editing not possible because 'Request flag' has value X

When i try to change an number range settings from number range administration, i get an error "Editing not possible because 'Request flag' has value X "

I am not aware about the GUI table interface through which you can change the flag.
But i guess there is an option
Go to transaction se11 --> write /AIN* in the table name field.
You will find all the table names related to SAP AII. In the search list now available to you, search for the word "Number".
Then you will find all the table names related to number ranges.
Here you can search the table which will be having that flag field. If you find this table,
go into that table and make that entry manually.
Here is what i can suggest you immediately to solve your problem
