Edit the "new account" drop down

Is it possible to edit the drop down menu for the mail "new account wizzard"?? I would like to make an entry for my POP server and take the .Mac off the #1 spot.

I am not clear as to what I am lookng for.
Open mail, go to accounts, and create a new account (the plus at the bottom of the window). This brins up the "wizzard". I want to edit what you see in that wizzard, where the 1st drop down has
- .Mac
- Pop
- IMAP
- Exchange
I have seen somewhere a way to edit that wizzard so when you make a NEW account, you can preconfigure some of the settings.
Powerbook G4 I have never met a computer wizzard that I liked...

Opening Word document templates from the New Document drop down does not open Word

I have a document library with a number of Content Types attached to it. Each one has a different Word document attached. We have an intermittent problem where when you click to open one of these templates from the 'New Document' drop
down list that nothing happens. The workaround appears to be either open Word first or re-boot the computer. I think there is a problem with SharePoint not linking in with Word correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi J,
Can you please check in your internet explorer whether MS office Add ons enable or not.
If not enable that and restart your browser and try again.
Also try to repair MS Office if issue still persist.

Can't edit the text in drop down css navigation menu bar

Hi All,
I'm just setting up contribute for a client to be able to edit a particular page on their website. The page they need to edit is essentially a huge CSS menu from which customers can choose location, then product and it will show them the price per product. The menu is a hover menu so as someone progresses through the menu they reach the price.
The client needs to be able to review and amend the prices reasonably regularly and can't afford to have full blow CMS so I thought contribute might work for them. I've connected to the web page and can select the CSS menu tree but when I then go to select the text for any of the hover overs the menu disappears back down to the initial menu item i.e. the hovered menu item doesn't stay visible and so I can't amend it.
Does anyone know if this is possible to do in contribute and if so can you explain how for me please?

He can try editing that web page in an external application through Contribute. So, after browsing to the web page, he can click Ctrl+Shift+E, to edit the web page in an external application, there he can change the prices, save his changes, and publish the web page.

Why do I have two title bars - one with the title of the page I'm looking at and another with the new orange drop down menu? Plus I can't get FF4 to save my tabs, even when I go to about:config, why is that?

I downloaded FF4, thinking that it would merely update from my previous installation, but all my tabs were gone. FF looks really weird - here is a link to a picture of it: http://tinypic.com/r/2mwdus4/7 - I have two title bars, my bookmarks toolbar is missing and the tabs are on the bottom. If I go to view => toolbars and click one of them, suddenly the second title bar (with the orange menu) disappers and my bookmarks toolbar comes back (even if I don't click on it in "view"). I can't get the browser to remember my tabs between sessions even though I set it to remember them in my settings. I even changed the browser.showQuitWarning to true in about:config, but it didn't work. What is going on?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Also, the first time I started the phone, I put my email address instead of my son's address, now when I try to set up iMessage, it asks for my password associated with my address and not my son's address.

I am a new Indesign user and a Creative Cloud member. I was using the Window/Pages drop down window to view my pages alphabetically or by page number and also to determine whether or not my JPEG files were sufficiently HI-Res for the printer. I don't know how I did it but somehow the window has changed so that now it does not have the alphabetical/numerical/Hi-Res information. It just shows the pages in a two page spread in numerical order. How can I restore the window so that I will be able to view the information as I did previously.

The pages panel is not the place where you see this information. You can customize the Links panel to show all sorts of things, including the page number, effective and actual ppi, and whether the link is OK or needs updating.

We are trying to connect a new WPS printer to our network. We go into Airport utilities and then hit the Base Station drop down to access Add WPS printer. However, when you hover over the Base Station menu, nothing is highlighted. Suggestions?

We have tried to add a WPS Canon Pixma-Pro to our Airport Extreme network. However when we are in Utilities and try to access the Base Station drop down menu nothing is highlighted. Therefore we can not click on the Add WPS Printer title. I'm sure it is some user error that we are overlooking, but extremely frustrated. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Click Edit in the smaller window that appears

It seems that old logic files where it was previously loaded still have the plug in live, but on a new project file it simply isn't there to select and activate.

Not sure about your issue. What did you update from and to? Is ARC still in the plugins/components folder?
I'm an ARC user too. I have it plugged in to Audio Hijack Pro which is set to hijack audio from Logic. This way ARC is after logic and you don't have to remember to bypass the plugin before you bounce.

i think icloud should let you update your purchases so that the games will sync to your new computer and they will be backed up. i am not sure how to do this so you do not lose the levels you have completed.
if not can you export the game to the new computer with the current settings?
or another way is to sync to the new computer and redo all the levels you have completed again and it should take you less time?

Is there a bug in the score layout drop-down?

I have a project with 6 software instrument tracks, each track is one region. When I select all tracks and try using the score editors drop down Layout option"create score from selection" I never get the top most track in the score.. I have tried creating a new score set but it still leaves the top track out of the score. There are no hidden or muted regions and no MIDI data tracks. I am still in OS10.5.8 because I am watching other forums to see if pro users are moving up and all I see are big problems with 10.6, I may do what they are doing and change my MBP to 10.6 then 10.7 and see what works, but my main work is done on the iMac so I need to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This happens also when I choose "All Instruments" score set-shouldn't that default show all the tracks?

Thanks christiano and Jim, but that causes my 9.1.1 to change the position, length and pitch of 90% of the regions' notes. I have been repeating the same copy paste commands for 4 hours and now they seem slowly to begin to work[Jobs has left the building]. I did try before my original post the option dragging in the Arrange but as I wrote it causes too many mistakes, unless there are only a simple repeated series of a single note-THEN it decides to work.
Any other ideas would be interesting but Apple should get the copy paste in the score going too.

How to find the size and resolution option in the aspect ratio drop down menu for the crop tool

while looking through certain tutorials on the new crop system i came across many that referenced the above mentioned size and resolution option in the access ratio drop down menu. They all mention a dialog box which then appears which looks really useful, however my version doesnt have this option. any help would be appreciated.

Yes, definitely already differences. I sympathize with Photoshop instructors (online and offline).
The headline change was Retina support but that was also made available to non-Cloud versions.

How do I locate my thumb drive in from the "look in" drop down?

I'm trying to open a document from my thumb drive. However, when I select the "look in" drop down it's not listed. It's listed under the finder as a device and I can see the document from there. However, because I don't have this software to open the document, I have to open it from an icloud account through my school. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi All, I am executing transaction code XD03 with a particular Customer number.Then i go to 'Regional Market' in tab 'Marketing' and push on the match code for 'Regional Market'.
Now it says 'the number of entries is restricted to 500'.But the total number of regional market is more than 500.
How can I see all the regions when dropping down?

It is possible to reset the zoom size.Have you tried [[Font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages|Firefox's zoom feature]]? This will help increase the size of web pages.

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5.1 files can not be opened in Pages 5.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed over 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs, including files that refuse rto open:
