Editable Quotation in ERP-ISA scenario

Hello All,
My client has E-Commerce 5.0 configured for quotation and working fine. The problem is, they wanted to edit the quotation and i am expecting this should be in standard like CRM ISA.
I tried with all the setting but not able to see it in change mode. Is there any specific settings required in ERP ISA scenario. Appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Shubhangi

Hi Easwar,
No, it's a bit different. The idea is like this: You can create an ERP inquiry from the Shop, not a real quotation. And this inquiry can be changed. Afterwards you get a quotation offered referring to this inquiry.
(But in shop management it's called 'quotation' to be consistent with the CRM edition, this is a bit confusing).
The ERP quotation itself cannot be created and cannot be changed.
@Shubhangi: Your client most probably did not enter an ERP inquiry type in shop management but an ERP quotation type. Then the behaviour is like you and Easwar described, but as I said this is not really how it's supposed to be. There are two options now: Either start with the ERP inquiry, then this can be changed. Or do a modification to the shop to allow quotations to be changed (but that's a kind of strange process, changing quotations offered to you in a web shop?).
Best regards,
Christoph

  • External product configurator within a CRM-ERP LORD2 scenario?

Is it possible to use an external product configurator within a CRM-ERP LORD2 scenario?
My customer has a running webshop with an own configuration UI (java based) which is connected through badis with the ECC.
And now we implemented in SAP CRM the ERP Quotation.
Instead of rebuilding the varionatfunctions ord attributes seting the customer thinks about to intgrate the existing "konfigurator" of his web shop.
Is there anyone who knows the interface
Basic Functions -> Product Configuration -> Settings for External Configurators.
    more detailed.
Where can I find an Interface declaration?
Is the planned approached in general a valid way (from your point of view).

    Hi Stuart,
You have to notice that in order to user R/3 BOM in CRM,
you have to download object BOM (tcode R3AC1).
But downloading object BOM into CRM only possible if
your R/3 is Retail scenario (unfortunetly mine is not).
Next thing I am going to test is, create Knowledge Base
in R/3 (choosing the type = BOM). after that in CRM
download using standard configurable object SCE.
If this successfull, we can see the configurable in
    the Material Master CRM.
I am going to try this in couple days, please try it
first and let me know the result.
Hope this give you some information.
    Cheers,
    Gun.

  • Possibility to download price from mySAP CRM (quotation) to ERP (PR00)

    Dear all,
Price conditions (such as PR00) can be downloaded from ERP (R3) to CRM (mySAP CRM) but I would like to know if there is any way to download price from CRM (as quotation) to ERP (as PR00 condition). The goal is to reduce workload by avoiding double price creation in both systems.
    Thanks for your answers.

If anyone knows how to get a user-entered custom value from the item level to a custom java class, please let me know.
I'm still looking into how to extend the quote and allow for the re-use of it, if all the quantity on the line item has not been exhausted.
I can easily add a custom field to the header of a .jsp and access that user entered value by coding against the requestParser.
    Example: Parameter xxx = requestParser.getParameter("customerHeaderParm");
But, when I add a customer parameter to the item level of the .jsp, I cannot leverage the same to code and get at the user entered value. The value comes back as null.
The two files I am working with are as follows: orderstatusdetail.jsp and Z_DocumentStatusOrderQuotAction, which is an extension of the standard class, DocumentStatusOrderQuotAction.
I am working with the requestParser within the ActionForward isaPerform() method of Z_DocumentStatusOrderQuotAction. I need to get to those item level values BEFORE the order is created from the quotation.

  • Order template in mySAP ERP B2B scenario without TREX

    Hi,
Does anybody know where the Order templates in R/3 ISA 5.0 B2B(with memory catalog) scenario get saved .???
Somewhere in the isa b2b config guide i read that it gets stored in SAP Web AS Java 7.00 server. If this is true, could you tell me how to access those templates (like from which table and database)?
Answers will be rewarded with points.
    Thanks
    Ravi
Pages: 1    Back to Thread List

It gets stored in the database to which your web shop is pointing to.
Check the shop admin or the xcm config.
It has some jdbc parameters which would point to the data base which the
    isa application is pointing to.
    This should be a pointer.
As regards the tables i don't know if there is any document which talks about it.
(If you do come across any please do share the info for the better of the community)
Try going thru the source code to identify the tables.
But yes the order template information is stored in the database (also called by some as java database)

  • Creating Quotation directly in ISA

    Hi,
We are using ECO 5 on ECC.
Currently in ISA when creating a Quotation, first an Inquiry is created and then somebody has to convert the Inquiry to a Quotation. My question is can we setup ISA to create Quotations directly or  "with reference to" an Inquiry (without any customer support people looking at an Inquiry and creating a Quotation).
    Thank in advance,
    Rajiv.

    Paul,
Thanks for the reply. The way it is in ECO is -
    - The web user creates a 'Quotation' in ECO but in SAP it actually creates an Inquiry.
    - The employee of the client then review the Inquiry and creates a Quotation based on the Inquiry, using  "Create with reference to" .
    - After this the web user is able to view the Quotation and save it as an Order.
I want to eliminate the second step. by any of the below options (if these are possible)-
    - Directly be able to create an Quotation by ECO.
    - Have an action so that as soon as an Inquiry is created it converts it to a Quotation. (My functional knowledge is limited, more of a web guy).
    - execute a BAPI in ECO which would do the conversion.
here is some revelent help -

  • ME edition - quotation marks after LTR words

I am working on a right-to-left document. In the document, in some places there are left-to-right words. Sometimes there are quotation marks after the LTR words that are supposed to be on the left of the LTR words because they would be (for example) at the end of a sentence. The problem is, that because it's a RTL document, so after the LTR words, InDesign places those quotation marks to the right of the LTR word.
How can I be sure that throughout the document, the right sided quotation marks will always be on the correct side of my text (in the case, to the left of the words [since I'm using a RTL language])? Is there a GREP find/change I could do for this?
    Thank you.

Changing the font does not make a difference.
I'll paste the problem in ashby going to Times new roman on the next line (It's a knitting pattern):
    heel flap
Turn work so WS of heel is facing.
Weird. It does not show when I copy/paste it. It prints when I print. It shows up on my screen. Other ideas?

  • Pricing in ERP ISA

    Hi experts,
I'm using program ISA_CATALOG_REPLICATION to replicate the product catalog from ERP to TREX (no CRM involved at all). I would like to show zero price for some materials based on material sales data. It's unclear how to achieve this. Is it best to enhance the build catalog program (I have custom program to build the product catalog) or the replicate product catalog program? and how?
Could you please advise the best approach?
    Thanks,
    Satish

    Hi Satish,
Please have a look of the below paragraphs and hope will help you.
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK (module pool SAPLV60A, program RV60AFZZ) This user exit allows you to copy additional fields for pricing in the TKOMK communication structure (header fields), which have not been provided in the standard SAP system. These fields can also be used for pricing in the billing document. This user exit is described in detail in the "New fields in pricing" section.
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP (module pool SAPLV60A, program RV60AFZZ) This user exit allows you to copy additional fields for pricing in the TKOMP communication structure (item fields), which have not been provided in the standard SAP system. These fields can also be used for pricing. This user exit is described in detail in the "New fields in pricing" section.
USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZA) You can use this user exit to adjust the display of individual lines in the condition screen by changing the display attributes of the screen fields. This does not include the display of subtotals. This user exit is also used in order processing. USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KZWI (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZB) You can change the display of subtotals in the condition screen by changing the display attributes of the screen fields. This user exit is also used in order processing.
USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KOPF (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZB) You can adjust the display of subtotals in the condition screen to your requirements by changing the display attributes of the screen fields. This user exit is also used in order processing.
USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_LEER (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZB) You can adjust the display of blank lines in the condition screen to your requirements by changing the display attributes of the screen fields. This user exit is also used in order processing.
USEREXIT_PRICING_CHECK (module pool SAPMV61, program MV61AFZA) You can install additional checks to the standard checks of condition lines (e.g. maximum/minimum value).
USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZA) In the standard SAP system, it is predefined which condition categories and classes can be copied or recalculated per pricing type. You can change the predefined standard procedure for each pricing type.
USEREXIT_CHANGE_PRICING_RULE (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZA) You can use this user exit to change the pricing type that has been predefined in the copying control table in billing.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_INIT (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB) This field is used in the formulas and therefore initialized before the loop for the pricing procedure starts.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_END (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB) Within a loop for the price components during pricing, specific values can be transferred into the communication structures in pricing to be further processed.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_ERGAENZEN (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB) In change mode, you can change the dynamic part of the condition record (KONVD) that is always redetermined (i.e. it is not stored in database table KONV).
USEREXIT_XKOMV_ERGAENZEN_MANU (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB) You can use this user exit to change the ready-for-input fields of the manually entered condition record in add mode in the condition screen.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_FUELLEN (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB) This user exit is always called up during a redetermination of all or individual price components. You can change the work fields of the condition line. However, this only applies to conditions that have been determined via a condition record.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_FUELLEN_O_KONP (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB) This user exit is always called up during a redetermination of all or individual price components. You can change the work fields of the condition line. However, this only applies to conditions that have been determined via a condition record. This may include subtotals, manually entered conditions or conditions that have been calculated with a formula.
USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZA) You can change the KONV fields for copied price components

  • Leading zeros in material master WEB UI ERP order scenario

    Hi CRM Gurus,
when typing e.g. material 04100 in order entry screen for WEB UI ERP Order leading zeros are cut (material is displayed as
4100) but an error message is issued, that article 000000000000004100 does not exist for SalesOrg XXXX DistrCh XX.
COMCPRFORMAT in CRM and OMSL in ERP are in sync both with lexographically flag switched on...
    Any findings/solutions appreciated.
    Thank you in advance,
    Herbert

    Hi Manfred,
thank you very much for your quick reply...
Did some debugging in the SET-Method and it came out to be that table TMCNV in CRM was not maintained correctly.
This table is part of customizing download object DNL_CUST_PROD0 which according to R3AM1 was downloaded
succesfully but obviously did not adopt the settings in CRM. I maintained the setting now manually in CRM and everything
    works as expected.
Anyway, your advice was pointing me to the right direction and I want to thank you again very much.
    Cheers,

    Hello Robert,
    Thanks for the quick reply.
I have followed your instructions and I wanted to confirm one more thing with you.
When I enter the component usage it gave a pop-up which said:
"Enter either a reference or an interface view"
Any information on what should be entered in the reference or the interface view? What should be the used component name and interface view name in this scenario?
    Kindly confirm.

    Dear,
we faced same situation in ALmansour motors comp. , but we tried to create CRM/Qoutation and replicate it to ERP
and after that we created ERP Sales order () with refrence to our ERP/Qout., the sales order will be replicated automaically to CRM again with same no. () and linked with ERP qoutation which have the same CRM qoutation no(*).
(*) i think after qoutation replication you can use transc. launcher to create ERP sales order through CRM screen.
(**) you have to handle the no ranges for Q. and sales order on both servers to be matched
    Note :
to replicate CRM qoutation, be care this configration point,
CRM qout. item category>> ... >> customizing at item level (Qout. Data .. Releveance for Qout.) = 3 initially a sales/service trans.
I hope to it would be useful

  • Issues with follow-up from CRM Opportunity to ERP Quotation in 7.0

    Dear Experts,
From the CRM 7.0 Web UI: while trying to create a follow-up from CRM Opportunity to ERP Quotation (or ERP Order) getting an error without any error message. Just error is displayed as u201CS::000u201D.
If the Opp got no items then follow-up ERP Quote/Order was successful, but error is displayed only when Opportunity got any item which has to be copied to target document.
Learned that in CRM it is not able to catch the errors coming from ERP hence this S::000 but the actual error message I could see coming from ERP while creating the ERP document is u201CUnit ST is not created in language ENu201D.
My Items UoM is PC. Wondering why and where ST need to be maintained for language EN. Or did I miss out any other configuration?
PS: Copy controls for Transaction Types and item categories configured correctly. ERP profile configured correctly.
    Regards,
    Venu.

    I also got similer issue.
    Condition customizing is GOOD
An entry with language EN for u201CST to PCu201D is there (Standard) still error persist.
As itu2019s not on my critical path just living with a workaround. I.e., Added another UoM (1EA = 1PC) to my product master and set that as base UoM. Copy was successful.
Let us know if you find the solution.

  • Edit Restrictions in SRM PR in ERP

    Hello All,
I find that for all the PRs created in ERP from a SRM shopping cart, few fields like Material, Short Text and Material Group are greyed out. Is this a standard design? What needs to be done to ensure that these fields are in editable mode in ERP ? We are in classic scenario.
    Regards
    Sathya

    Hi Gopal ,
As per your requested SC you are expecting the Follow on PO to be created but its creations the PR.
Kindly first check the configuration in SPRO for the product category you are using.
for for the navigation please follow the below path:
IMG->SRM Server->Cross Application basic settings-> Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders)
check the configuration value maintained for the respective product category id  either PR or PO
if the value is maintained as Always PR then it will create the  PR always else PO
Also if the SC is ordered without supplier then again the PR will be created as per the customizing ..
Kindly let me know if in case you need further help.

  • How to edit and import the scenario via XML format?

    Hi gurus,
In our project, we have a lot of ECC clients. So in PI system, we need to do a lot of same work in one scenario(Although we have config wizard,it's still boring because of our slow network speed).
Do we have any fast method to fix that? I mean can we edit the xml of one scenario and then import it into ID?
There is an import function but only we can import tpz files.
Thanks in advance. Any help will be appreciated.

I believe that  XML Data will be used for some later "technical Analysis" or for some documentation purposes and can not be used for the purpose you need to..
