the many options in 'Export with Quicktime...' offer you .aiff as format.. which is the audio-only of your project.. drag that into iTunes/Toast/Jam/whatever CD-authoring you're using and you get an audioCD of the iM-project..
but that is a single-track, whole-gig-in-once CD ... little convenient (I would prefer seperate tracks).. so, I guess, you have to edit that .aiff export first in some app, ... I'm just an average iLife User, my preferred tool is Garageband... but, for sure, any other audio-processor, as Logic, is able to handle that with a snap..
just to feed my curiosity: what spurred you to give yourself such a nic??

Hey Guys ! First of all, I'm new to the community and looking forward to be as active as possible to help people and get help from professionals ! (And sorry for my bad english tho :/..)
So here's the problem ...... I bought a blackbery Curve 9300 today, and what happens, is when I try to update it, it gave me at first, error 507 (Which means there's no OS in the device I suppose) ... when I tried to update it again, it gets stuck on ''Reconnecting to JVN'' or ''JVM'' can't remember ..... ive been trying to find a solution for hours and stil no luck .... i tried pulling the battery out and putting it back in, but doesnt work ..... a pop up message told me to go to control panel, check for USB Root hub and put a check mark on a certain option, but they were already checked ..... this situation is extremely frustrating because the guy from whom i bought the phone doesn't answer anymore, and I don't really want to take it to a store to repair it for like 60-80 $ or whatever ..... if possible, I'd like to get some help please !!!

Error code 507 comes when there is no OS installed in your device.
Try downloading appropriate OS and install it.

My apologies for the double-post, but the original subject was badly named.
My goal is to process a JSP as an include, within a portlet, but not render it as part of the portlet page.
With Tomcat and Struts I can perform an include and easily view the HTML that was generated via my HttpServletResponseWrapper. Here is some sample code:

if (dispatcher != null) {
StringWrapper wrapper = new StringWrapper(response);
dispatcher.include(request, wrapper);

I'm calling this from a Struts DispatchAction that was initiated by a pageflow action so I do not have to return a forward. This has worked perfectly in the Tomcat environment and I'm trying to figure out a clean way to do the same under Weblogic.
If Weblogic insists on rendering the entire response, I can deal with that, provided I have some way to get at and modify the HTML prior to leaving the DispatchAction method.
Any ideas?

Your use case is not very clear to me -
a. What do you mean by "but not render it as part of the portlet page"?
Are you trying to render this with out the portal aggregating it? If so,
you should use a redirect.
b. Secondly, your sample code below may not work correctly (even in
Tomcat). You are setting content-type, content-disposition etc after
doing an include. You should be doing before, so that the headers will
get written to it.
My guess is that you are trying to provide a download link. The easiest
way to accomplish this is to do it outside a portlet (like a stand-alone
struts action), and just create a link to that from your portlet.

Freezing up restart after downloading latest software-Sorry for double post

I have the 4gb first gen and had been running the old software version for both iTunes and the iPod (worked fine for years) Certain songs in the iTunes Store wouldn't download (error msg. saying "latest version needed") so I downloaded the latest 7.6.2.9 all the songs transferred ok to iTunes. Updated the iPod to 1.3.1 and it froze up. I was able to RESTORE, the songs load up, and it gets to the part where you set up "English" and freezes up. Anyone that can help - many thanks. I've done the RESTORE twice now.

Is there any chance that the Insert Data Into Excel VI is closing the reference or that it is closed anywhere else (e.g. through a local or by having its owner destroyed)?
I wouldn't expect the numeric value of the reference to change to 0, but since ActiveX is an external resource, I suppose that it's possible that the probe shows the number only if the resource is actually accessible.

(sorry for double thread) I have problems installing and uninstalling

sorry that i posted 2 things in one day but whenever i uninstall After effects it gives me a message at the end that says "some problems occured while uninstalling please look below" there are no messages below and i cant do anything about it. also after i try uninstalling its still there in the uninstall/remove programs and if i try to uninstall that it says "choose the stuff you want to uninstall" and it will usually give me a list of things but it doesnt. and if i proceed to uninstall it odesnt do anything and stops responding. When i tried to install it the first time it said said there were somethings that werent installed please restart and retry it again and the more info button shows a list of things that went wrong like templates, 3 party content, 16x9 dv movie, footage and projects, all of those things have an error and some sort of fatal error i think 1609 or something i dont want to reinstall Vista i just did 2 days ago and AAE has never done this before please reply i appreciate it.

Well, the lesson here is to never use system restore with activated Adobe apps. Doing so changes the fingerprint of the harddrive and the licensing system and the installer do not particularly like this and Vista's own security stuff certainly doesn't make things easier. if you haven't already, run the CS3 Clean Script and remove evbery shred orf Adobe you have on the system, then re-install. If it still refuses to properly acknowledge your serial, then indeed calling support is the only way to get this sorted out. This stuff falls into the "black box full of magic" category, that noone else can help you with, unfortunately.

Sorry for re-post but everything I have found doesn't work for me :(

firstly, I'm not sure if this is in the correct section, so apologies haha
I have the same old problem with iTunes not recognising my iPhone. I have looked all over the internet and tried so many "fixes" but nothing seems to work for me. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit and have the latest iTunes and all that.
I've tried..
Updating drivers
Extract .msi's and manually select where to select the driver from
Re-install and install iTunes etc (plenty of times!!) and more!
Followed more "solutions" than I can remember!
Windows recognises my iPhone as a digital camera and it seems that iTunes will only recognise my iPhone and show it in the left hand pane when it is in recovery mode.
Also iTunes is slow on startup and freezes when I connect my iPhone for a good couple of minutes.
ANY help would be appreciated!

I encountered a problem during the BPEL development, as following:
scenario:
Position: Transformation Activity
Requirement: I should establish a complex data transformation, which need to assign an element of process input schema to a NodeSet's element
My WRONG Way: I just linked such two elements in the XSL perspective of JDeveloper 11g......
Problem: "javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: XML-22036: (Error) Cannot convert result tree fragment to NodeSet."(When I test the BPEL process in EM)
JDeveloper Version: 11.1.1.3(11g Release 1)
EM Console Version: 11g
How could I cover this problem?

I found someone's iPod at work is there any way I could find out whose it is by the serial number? I merely wish to return it, mainly in part to our similar and eclectic taste in music.

My guess is that it depends if they registered the iPod with Apple or not (not everybody does). And it would depend on what Apple's privacy policy (giving another person's personal infomration)

I wanted to insert some xml Data into my Orcale XML DB:
First of all I registered 2 Schemas required for the XML, like this:

then Created a table:

Now to my question: Oracle is offering more than one possebility to save XML into its DB. If I import XML like this, is it called CLOB Storage or object relational?

I can only give u a few examples here but for the full sytanx and features of this powerful feature u may have to refer to some documentation online or read a book on XML within Oracle Database.
Let me try a few examples here
1) To extract the data from XML document an SQL plus command is available in XML DB. This feature is available from 10G onwards
example : select xmlelement(name,ename) from emp
Output will look like
<NAME>SMITH </NAME>
<NAME> JOHN </NAME>
<NAME> JONES </NAME>
2) CREATE TABLE FAMILIES (F_ID NUMBER(3), F_XML XMLTYPE);
insert into families values(1,xmltype('<XML.....>'));
or
insert into families values(1,''<XML>......' ));

Editing or Deleting a Post

I sure could be mistaken (because I belong to several User Forums; not just this one), but I could've sworn there was a way for a registered user to edit or delete their own posting(s) after they'd been posted. But I can't seem to find anywhere - even on the Help page (which is really annoying) how to do it. Even got an Apple Tech on the phone and she couldn't find anything on editing or deleting a user's own posting either. Am I crazy? Didn't there used to be a way to do this?

Topics were also systematically removed from the Forum, after a certain amount of time of inactivity.
But no longer. They are now usually here in perpetuity, unless removed for just cause by a Host.
Instead they are Archived, and Locked, so no additional replies, other than by the OP, are allowed.
What that means is, that if there are no additional responses in the Threads, the Topics will get continually pushed down on the Topics list. After a certain amount of time, maybe 2 to 6 months, the Threads will be locked, and archived. But the Threads will not disappear.
Threads in heavily trafficked Forums, may be archived more rapidly than those in areas, with less activity.
If someone were to do a Discussions Search, using these parameters:
Restrict by Category or Forum: All Categories
Restrict by Date Range: All
Restrict by Username: A Member Alias
all of posts by by that member, created since about 11/13/05, would be found.
