Editing Payslip in PE51

Hi,
We have a payslip form through PE51.
*** ids are IN01 (earning) and IN02 (deduction). net pay is /560
I need to put a condition that IF IN01-IN02 is not equal to /560, then kill a WT say 5000.
How to do?
(Not able to to do in schema due to various other scenarios affecting)

hi vivek,
why do you want to kill the wage type ?
if you dont maintain wage types in respective infotypes its enough.
in pe51 from editor it allows you to add and substract which is very simple and beautifull functionality.
why do you want to make it comlicated ?
and more over whta do you mean by kiiling a wage type ?
please elaborate your issue so that we can understand and analyse it.

HR payslip - tcode PE51 -- problem with font

Hi ,
I have developed HR payslips using transaction PE51 to print HR payslips.
Now all the data & the alignment is fine.
Only problem iam facing is its printing everything in BOLD.
Its printing think & Bold.
How do i remove the bold. Because there is no place i found in PE51 where i can adjust the font size or font type to italic or normal.
Please give me a solution.

Payslip With Pe51 Add Logo And Generate Pdf File

Hi experts!!
We have the pay slip configured with PE51. It's working fine but it doesn't have logo or lines, at the moment we use pre-printed sheet when we print the payslips for the employees.
Now we need add a logo and create the output as a PDF. To achive this I have been told that I have to create a smartform with the logo.
How I should create the smartform from PE51 to add the company logo?
How I can create the PDF output?
After doing the changes, do we need customize something else to execute the correct smartform payslip from PC00_M04_CALC_SIMU?

I want to display Aadhar number (IT185 SUBTYPE 6) in payslip ( PE51 used ).I added field ICTYP in PE51_CHECKTAB and tried to write a Rule in PE51.But it is not getting displayed.Kindly help.

Edit HR Form - PE51

Hi guys,
I need to edit a HR Form via PE51. I have to include the Cost Center Text in the header of the form.
In the Single Fields screen, when I double-click the screen I get the window where I can select the Table and Table field to include. The problem is that the table that I need is not included in the list of available tables that the screen is showing me. Is there any way to include new tables in this list?

I found transaction PE51_CHECKTAB, where any tabla and fileds can be included and assigned to the he form.

First find out the form name, go to SE71 tcode enter the form name in change mode, check for the field in which window they have populated and modify according to your requirement. Finally activate the form before executing it.

HR Payslip split and display Life Assurance separately

Hi Guys,
I am using the HR payslip transaction pe51 to edit the payslip. The deductions for life assurance, for instance are displayed as an accumulated figure for the same life assurance e.g XYZ Life would have R350, for an employee who has multiple policies with XYZ Life. I want it to display all the policies (different ref numbers) that the employee holds with XYZ Life on the payslip, with their correct, separate figures e.g.
Code Description Amount
2093 XYZ Life (ref 34567) R200
2093 XYZ Life (ref 45679) R50
2093 XYZ Life (ref 12345) R100
Currently it displays:

HR Payslip Internal Table

Hi ABAPERS,
I am working on the HR Payslip in PE51. Does anyone know which internal table stores the Earnings and Deductions that are displayed on the HR Payslip? It seems it is not the RT table that contains these. In fact, RT contains the results split according to my requirement as below, but the value displayed on the payslip is a cumulative value. I need to manipulate this table so that I can split the deduction for life assurance policy for that employee into the individual policies from the same life assurance third party. E.g.
life assurance XYZ (wage type 2093)
Policy1 344556 R45.00
Policy2 746737 R65.00
Policy3 667889 R50.00
At the moment it accumulates the deduction as follows:
Life assurance XYZ (wage type 2093)
Policy R160

apparently this is not the right place to ask. It's more related to SQL or PL/SQL.
Anyway, your hr schema has defined (don't ask me how as this is not normal) a constraint which is in disabled state and thus preventing insert of any record.
You can either enable the constraint or drop it (if you don't nee it)
--Enable constraint
alter table employees modify constraint HR.EMP_EMAIL_NN enable validate;Timo

I have designed a PAyslip with retro and i want to test it.
eg. retro. means if retro will run then it will affect payslip.
Also send me some unit test cases in case of any payslip requirement.

Hi,
Just give an entry in infotype 8, 14 or 15 for previous month and run the payroll than retro will run, than compare results using wage type reporter.
When you run the payroll give the sandard SAP Remuneration and compare the results in the SAP payslip and payslip you have developed.
If you have developed payslip using PE51 than the retro amounts are picked authomatically.

Hi Vicky,
Did you configure your Payslip from PE51. IF Yes, please follow the same steps you did for configuring earnings & Dedcutions, for the window defined for FORM 16.
Eg GO to PE51, enter the Form Name, and select the window , and click change, Now double click on the window defined for Form 16, click on the group, and maintain all the wagetypes that need to be displayed as a part of Form 16, like /416, /130, /418 etc..
Maintain these and let us know...will try to resolve if anymore issues!!

Leaves to be incorporated in PE51 ?

Hello All,
How Can I incorporate Leave Details in the Payslip in PE51. The Standard Forms IN01, IN02 or IN03 does not have a provision to store the Leave Balance, Leave availed etc. How can I do this ?

We can incorporate the leave balance in the payslip..
Go to PE51-> enter the appropriate FORM-> Single field-> select place where you want to incorporate the leave balance-> open the change single field-> in the print data table field.. give the table for leave and the field
the leave related tables are as follows
VAC- Leave
VACPA-Leave current period
VACY*- Leave all years
VACYA-Leave current year
VACYP- LEave last year
and the fields ll be lyk
Leave accounted
LEave type
LEave Entitlement
LEave Applied for
So select the exact leave tables and field and save it ll reflect in the payslip
