i have a iphone4s, which i downloaded the Adobe app., I'm trying to edit the text and email it to a client. But none of the choices use the keyboard???

If the PDF supports it then you can try opening the PDF in iBooks on your phone and use the 'share' icon (the square with the upward pointing arrow) to email it to yourself (some PDFs a protected and don't support emailing) and use 'open in' in the Mail app on your iPad to copy it to its Mail app.
Or you can connect the phone to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy it over to your iTunes (that should copy PDFs and/or epubs that are in the iBooks app, not just ibooks) and if using a Mac with Mavericks or Yosemite on it then do File > Move Books From iTunes in its iBooks app, and you can then sync it to your iPad.

If we upgrade to a Professional Edition DPS license can we create an unlimited number of Single edition apps for iPad, iPhone and Android devices?

I work for a organisation based in Sydney and we have a team license for creative cloud (single edition).
We have been producing single folio apps for the iPad and want to continue this through 2015.
At the moment we can only create apps for the iPad platform. If we upgrade to a Professional Edition DPS license can we create an unlimited number of Single edition apps for iPad, iPhone and Android devices?
We do not need multi-folio apps as we are not a publishing company.

Viewing PDF documents on iphone and ipad

Hey, I just ran across something that makes no since to me so maybe some of you have ran across it before.
My son-in-law just sent me a PDF document that opens and is filled out completely but on his iphone and ipad it shows up as a blank document
I resent him the form that I can read but when he opens it the form is blank. If he selects quick look the form fills out and can be view. I would believe it has to be a setting because the form can be viewed on both my iphone and my daughter's iphone, but not on his.
The form was emailed.
He and I are using a iphone 5 and my daughter is using an iphone 6,
When the same email is viewed on the ipads it shows up as a blank document until you select Quickview then the form fills in and can be viewed.
I would believe it to be some setting but I can find nothing that is different on his phone than mine.
Any suggestions.

If he can read the form when he selects Quicklook, that's a new one on me. That has never, ever worked for me. Form fields have never been visible as attachments in the built in Mail app on any iOS device that I have ever owned. he needs to download a real PDF reader app in order to view, edit, sign, etc. form fields. Tell him to download Adobe Reader which is free and it gives him all of that functionality. Other pdf apps will do the same things, but Adobe Reader is free.

When I fill out a PDF in Adobe Reader and "Save As" to desktop the filled out information goes blank when I attach it to an email. Additionally, I can't save to word or excel except for online. What can I do to fix this?

Try using Adobe Reader XI (fully updated).

I imported edited pics from my iPhone and iPhoto ignored all modifications.

Yesterday I took photographs of images that I found at home. I simply edited them on my iPhone to remove the borders and it looked brilliant! However, when I imported the edited pics into iPhoto, all the changes were ignored. iPhoto showed the raw originals, not the edited ones. There was no way to change that. Why?? That was 2 hrs of wasted time on my weekend. Not very Apple-like...

I am sure I have all the latest software updates installed... Probably really gonna have to wait for "Photos.app"
If you enable iCloud Photo Library (Beta) on your iPhone in the Photos&Camera Settings, you can download the edited photos using the Photos (Beta) app on the iCloud web interface, at https://www.icloud.com/
The mobile devices with iOS 8 already support iCloud Photo Library. The only drawback will be, that you can no longer sync photos from your Mac to the iPhone using iTunes. You will have to upload using the web interface as well.

I have some photos from my holiday on each device. I want to put all the photos into a folder on the PC and then have only a small selection in a 'holiday" album on each device, it can be the same selection on each device
I've tried syncing the iPad with iTunes but have ended up with 2 of everything on the iPad. Some photos are labelled "123" whilst the other copy is a. .jpg
The instructions were obviously written by someone who knows what they're doing with no ability to explain it to someone who doesn't.
Hence I'm here trying not to lose anymore of my photos.

Email doesn't sync on iphone and email provider server

Hi Guys,
My Iphone 3gs with OS 5 does not sync with my email on my service providers (Gmsil & Optonline)
If I delete an email on either the Iphone or on a computer (IBM) I have to do the same on the other device (visa-versa)
its a real pain-
I had no problem with this when I had a Blackberry device.
What gives. I have tried a number of different ways of doing this but nothing works.
Is this possible with the Iphone?

I called the Service Provider (Optonline) He couldn't help me with POP & IMAP on there end?
But he did give me insight into FORWARDING email messages and automatically deleting it off of their servers.
So I just forwarded from their servers to ICLOUD and then I am able to delete it from there if I want after reading it.
Works great and solves my issue.

Editing Pdfs using the Annotations and Drawing Markups

I regularly use the Annotations and Drawing markups on Pdfs on Mac to edit, but since updating to Adobe Reader 11 everything has gone haywire. The Pdf freezes constantly. Although I can still edit on screen, none of the Markup shows in the toolbar so I can't use it to review or navigate around the Pdf. I can't delete the Pop-ups or markup by right clicking as usual. The Save button in the top toolbar doesn't work - I have to go to the Drop down menu, which takes longer. It's impossible to close any Pdfs by clicking the red top left button - I have to go to the Drop down menu to close. It's hopeless! Any suggestions?

I have Adobe Reader XI version 11.0.9 and Mac OS X version 10.6.8. I wonder now if I have the right version ...

Stolen Iphone and email profile showing up on my new Iphone

I had my iphone 4 stolen about a year ago. I then bought myself an iphone 5 and now an email profile keeps showing up that is not mine keeps saying "Cannot Verify Server Identity". How can I ensure the stolen phone is not using my apple profile? How can I unlink them to mine details on my iphone 5? Thanks

Your photos are still on your phone. With iOS 8 there is no My Photo Stream or Camera Roll any more. The MPS has been replaced with the Recent Activity album.
The CR is replaced by the Collections mode. The closest we can get to the Camera Roll is to turn off the Summarize Photos feature in the Settings/Photos & Camera pane and view the photos in the Collections/Moments window.
The photos will be in chronological order when scrolled up from the bottom of the window.
The Recent Activity album is showing the photos added in the last 30 days going back to 8/20 (today being 9/18). In iPhoto on a Mac the My Photo Stream is showing more like 31 days, 8/19 to today, 8/20. It must be how the two devices calculate the last 30 days.
WARNING: If you use iTunes to sync photos between your iPhone or iPad and your Mac do not activate the iCloud Drive. Doing so will kill the capability of using iTunes to sync with your mobile device and disable Documents & Data syncing for your iCloud account on OS X Mavericks and earlier Macs, as well as iOS 7 and earlier devices.

Matching folders between iPhone and Email on desktop

I have a mobile me account on my iPhone, as well as of course email at home on my MacBook via the 'mail' app.
1) is it possible to see the same folders (and content) on my iPhone as I can see on my MacBook, and
2) If my MacBook has a sam filter and it's syncing to my iPhone why do I still see spam on my iPhone ?

If you are accessing your MobileMe account as an IMAP account with the Mail.app on your MacBook, and you are storing the account's Drafts, Sent, Trash, and Junk mailboxes on the server with the Mail.app on your MacBook and with the iPhone's mail client, all server stored mailboxes with an IMAP account are kept synchronized with the server automatically. You can also created additional user stored mailboxes for your MM account with the Mail.app on your Mac. All server stored mailboxes with the account will be available when accessing the account with the iPhone's mail client and all server stored mailboxes will be kept synchronized with the server automatically with the Mail.app on your Mac and with the iPhone's mail client.
If you leave the Mail.app launched and running, any messages received that are marked as junk with the Mail.app's junk mail filter and moved to the account's Junk mailbox will be reflected automatically with the iPhone's mail client.

Having already established 2 apple ID's. I want to change the ID listed on my iphone. Placing the new, ID on my phone it will not accept it.

Where/how are you trying to replace it and what happens ? You should be able to log out of the currently logged in account for the stores by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you should then be able to log in with a different account, and for icloud email via Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars to delete and then add an account.

IPhone and email address problem!

Hi, Can someone tell me why when I have changed my email address and password on my iTunes account my iPhone is still using my old email address and I can't cange it on the phone??

Go to Manage your Apple ID and change the current Apple ID back to the old email address (do not verify it - this is only temporary. Do not change your password)
Once you have changed it to the old ID, use your current password to proceed
Once you have completed what you are trying to do, change your Apple ID back to the new ID
