Education Report Not Working in MSS

Hello experts, I am having an issue with one mss report for Education and training. The rest of the reports are working fine. Also when I go to LPD_Cust and click on MSS ITS_NAV1 I get a message reading "Please run report ABP_LPD_CORRECT_TEXTABLES in the system. I ran the report and got a number of messages. I am not really sure what is the significance of those messages. Your prompt help would be highly appreciated!!

Hello All,
I have a issue re the Family Member Dependents not working in MSS. I login portal thru Manager. There is one Tab - ESS which has Working time, Employee Search , Benefits and Payments, Personal Information. Under Personal Information there is Family Member Dependents. If I click on this there is an error -
"A critical error has occured. Processing of the service was terminated. Unsaved data has been lost.
Contact your system administrator.
The ASSERT condition was violated., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE"
I went thru the threads here & found we need to maintain table V_T591A & V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP to resolve this. I did maintain both the tables but still the error exist. Can u gurus pls help to resolve this.
In table V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP
country grouping : 10 (USA)
Infotype/Subtype : 0021 / 1, 2, 11, 12 (Spouse, Child, Father, Mother)
Usecase : A3
In table V_T591A
Time contraint for 1,11, 12 =2
Time contraint for 2 = 3
Can experts point where i am wrong & how do i rectify this error. Any help is very much appreciated

Please check if your use cases are properly configured.
When I say properly it should be like:
For
usecase = A1, A4, B1, B4 (table V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP)
you should have
zeitb = '1' OR zeitb = '2' (table V_T591A)
For
usecase = A2, A3, A5, B2, B3, B5
you should have
zeitb = '2'
For
usecase = A6, B3
you should have
zeitb = '3'

CDR report not working

Hi,
We have LYNC 2013 and Monitoring is enabled. the CDR report is not working. even User Activity summary for telconferencing and for audio, reports not working.
Kindly suggest troubleshooting steps.
Can we have any SQL query to fetch the report from database?

From Monitoring server , CDR report is not working. Even "User Activity Report" not working and giving below error for "Telephony Conference" and as well for "A/V Conference"
" No results match the report filters. Change the filter values and submit the query again."

Our next step is to make a service policy exception on the firewall itself. We are also considering reloading the IPS device or at least the analysis engine.

Reporting IAC not working in MSS/Time Administrator - Portal Runtime Error

Hi Experts,
I am having some problems viewing the Report Results after executing the Reporting IAC in the MSS and TA roles.
I select a report from the list, click on Define Selection Criteria, select an employee, then the Report Result pops up in a new window. However, this is where the error occurs as the new window displays a portal runtime error.
Can anyone help me with this?

What portal version and business package are you using? What is the backend system release?
What sort of report is it?
Is your WEBGUI service activated and tested in the internal ITS?

Discoverer report not working on R12 !

We have just migrated to R12 from 11i and some of the discoverer query is not working, but the same is working fine when we ran thru SQL Developer or TOAD.
Is there any context (mo_global.set_policy_context) needs to be set in Discoverer report to get the data?

There is no any specific error message, the strange thing is if I run the Discoverer report is not returning any data, but if I set the mo_global.set_policy_context ('S',111) in SQL Developer or TOAD and then run the discoverer report it return data...
Any pointers?

Crystal Report not works in JAR File

I'm using Eclipse All in one, which includes Crystal Reports.. I Connected my Java program with Crystal Reports and its working properly. Now my problem is that the Report is not working in JAR files.. It throws some exception as

queryengine..driverImplOther than that I don't think anybody here can help you with that. If your classpath includes all necessary JAR files and you are able to access all your resources from within your application JAR file, then I imagine there is a problem with the third-party crystal decisions JAR file or how you are attempting to use it.
My advice to you is to try and contact support with the vendor or provider of this API or possibly try posting on a support forum on their website to see if somebody can help you there.

Dynamic Selection on report not working

Dear all,
I have several reports on which the dynamic selection is not working. For instance, the report CN43N. The report is outputting all data in a year i.e it is disregarding the condition I specified in the dynamic selection fields.
Is there some configuration to make to this report so that the dynamic selection works?

I have just checked OSS notes and found below note helpful to you:
Note 1059465 - CN43N: Dynamic selections for scheduling data of WBS elemnts
Symptom
You cannot use transaction CN43N to create dynamic selections for scheduling data of WBS elements (table PRTE). You can use transaction CNS43 to do so.

Report not working in my system

Dear All,
I have Developed a ZHR report. But the problem is the it is working only on my ABAPers Terminal(PC) and not on mine.
Not working means the Action that it should trigger in PA40 is not happening.
The Client is same.
The User ID is same.
The User parameters are same.
The GUI Version is same.
The authorizations are the same.
Is there any other setting that i need to check.

Report Not working in the Web Browser

Hi ALL ,
Am working on a item SKU report . The report is running fine in the BIDS but once i try to view the report in the WEB Browser
tried both Mozilla and Internet Explorer no data is shows up .
The report has 2 report filter one is on the service and the other one is the item sku its a multi - parameter that contains
a list of more than 6000 different SKU . Can the filter be the reason for the report not displaying in the web browser.
If yes kindly advice me what the workaround for it .
I tried having the filter in the SQL main query but it was of no use no data it was showing after having the ssrs report filter
at least right information its showing but in the BIDS not in the main web browser.

According to the description, I understand that there are parameters (@SKU and @SKUlist) in the report, and SKUlist parameter is multi-value parameter. When selecting values of the SKU parameter, the parameter SKUlist will display corresponding values. In this
case, you should create cascading parameters, right? And you use parameters to filter the report.
Because the data of the report can be shown in the Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) environment, the issue only occurs after deploying the report to report server. Based on my research, I think it may occur because of web browser issue. I have
known you use Mozilla and Internet Explorer to view the report but there is still no data.
In Reporting Services, not all report functionality is supported by all browsers. In this scenario, I suggest you considering the aspects of the setting or third party add-ons of Internet Explorer (IE). You can refer to the steps below:
1. Click Tools -> Internet options.
2. Switch to the Security tab, click Local intranet, and then select Default level.
3. Switch to the Advanced tab, and click Restore advanced settings.
4. Temporarily disable third party add-ons. For detailed steps, please see the link:

On Demand Sub-Report not working

Hello,
I am using crystal reports xi-r2 I am having trouble getting an on-demand sub-report to work. After much trouble I am able to get the sub-report to work in the designer but as soon as I publish the report and access it from the CRS. It stops working. I can not get the sub-report to come up. Or it opens another window like it is going to show the sub-report but I get the original report again.
My second question is how do I open a trouble ticket now that this has all moved to SAP?

R12 Report customised report not working.

i have developed a report in R12 for purchasing module.
simple quey: select * from po_headers_v where po_number=45;
in Before report trigger.
mo_global.set_policy_context('S',101);
In PC report is working but didn't show any record when i attach it R12.

We have had a similar problem in R12 with getting data output from custom reports pulling data from purchasing tables such as PO_VENDORS.
You have to add this in the after parameter form trigger of the Oracle Report:
SRW.USER_EXIT( 'FND SRWINIT');
Do not call it from the before report trigger like I was used to doing under 11i. This user exit sets up various Oracle Report environment info, including initializing Oracle Reports to work with the new multi-org system used by R12.
Don't forget to call this in the after report trigger:
srw.user_exit( 'FND SRWEXIT' );
Also under R12, you need to set the Operating Unit Mode setting on the web based define concurrent program page. Go to (R) System Administration -> (N) Concurrent -> Programs, once you have queried up your concurrent program for your report, click the Request tab. You will find the Operating Unit Mode option there. This Operating Unit Mode option needs to be set to Single for most R12 instances. This mode setting is not available in the Oracle Forms concurrent program define form, so watch out!
