EEO Questionaire Information in eRecruiting

I am trying to find the responses to the EEO questionaires in eRecruiting. Some have answered this question by simply directingl me to HRP5141. This is not correct. The questionaire objects are stored her but the actual "responses" are what are of interst to any business. We need to compile a report on the EEO data itself. Does anyone know how to find out where these data reside?

Request Questionnaire and Request EEO Questionnaire are standard activity types, but if you dont want to create seperate activity types, you can create a questionnnaire and addign it to directly to the requisition or add it to the process template which will then be available for any applicant in the application wizard when trying to apply against the job posting.

Changing values for EEO Questionnaire Information Fields in E-Recruiting

We are implementing E-Recruiting 6.0. I have changed entries for EEO values for Race Category via the IMG SAP E-Recruiting>Recruitment>Applicant Tracking>Questionnaires>Equal Employment Opportunities-->Assign Values to Information Fields. When I attempt to create an EEO questionnaire using the new values, the old values are retained. I have been able to determine that when an EEO questionnaire is created entries are created in the T77RCF_MBO_ATTR table linking the values with a VC object, but I haven't been able to figure out if there is a way to clear out/fix the entries in that table.
Any assistance with this problem would be appreciated.

first of all: thank you for your very fast reply. I tried to delete the cache as mentioned above and invested some hours in investigation. Your answers gave me some new searchwords and it looks like I found the solution.
I found note 830251 where SAP said, that there is a difference between old and new way of implementing Corporate Desing to BSP-Applications.
The old method is the one I mentioned above, but this works only as long as SAP_BW 3.5 SP04 is not in the system. After SAP_BW 3.5 SP04 is used, there is a new way to change the design of BSP-Applications.

ERecruitment external candidate registration pages goes Blank after SPS7

HI All ,
We have recently upgraded our system from NW 701 SPS3 to SPS7 .
Information :
Our eRecruitment setup is , External candidates will login through a
different server and we have eRecruiting integrated with the ERP but with
the frontend for the External Candidate on a different
server.
We have checked the SICF nodes (active)and Trex working fine , however when a
candidate registration page or job search is opened the page remains
blank .
The logs in SM21 are as below when we tried to reproduce the same .
RCF_UNREGSER R2 G HTTP/RFC session has been deleted following timeout
Can you please guide us on this .

Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) information in Self Service?

Hello,
I was wondering if Self Service is setup out of the box for current employees to view and update their EEO information. The only area I have found it available is on external irecruitment when an applicant is registering with a new account.
Does anyone know if EEO information is available somewhere in Employee Self Service? I've looked, but could not find anything....
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I guess it could be part of personal information but if you didnt find it in people form then you wont see it in self service personal information page.
Although this information could be maintained in EIT?

EEO information in Create External Application -- E-Recuitment

My customer want to include EEO questionnaire in the Create External Application service. How is the EEO data saved, in which infotype or table. WIll the EEO information that is entered , can it be tracked in EEO reporting?
I would also like to know, how other customers use this service to collect EEO information. My customer are not willing for an activity.

Creating New EEO Information Fields

Hi,
I am using E-Recruiting 3.0 and I want to create a couple of new Information Fields to hold other Equal Opportunites Information that is required, but I am not sure how I go about this.
I have looked in the IMG -> E-Recruiting -> Applicant Tracking -> Questionnaires -> Equal Employment Opportunites, but these IMG nodes only let me updated previously created ones.
Does anyone know how to add new fields to this?

Have you tried going into administration personal pages and click on questionnaire maintenance if you have already configured I MG you should find

ERecruitment - Salary and Vacation information in Offer Letter

We are on ERecruitment 6.0/EHP4/seperate landscape( ALE from ECC to EREC) install with Manager starting the Requisition process.
The Manager specifies only a salary range that is valid for the position he is interested in filling.
As part of the sourcing process, the Recruiter has finally selected a candidate and want to send the offer letter.
Is there a way to capture "AUTOMATICALLY", the vacation and salary offered for the particualr position and print it out as a correspondence activity within ERecruitment itself? If there is no standard functionality provided, is the only other option to customize the requistion form to hold the vacation and the actual salary amount and automatically populate the Activity - Send Offer letter?

E-Recruiting problem with EEO Questionnaire

Hello,
I am having a problem getting a new EEO questionnaire to attach to a Process Template. When I create a Process Template and add an Application Entry process, I then select Activity "Questionnaire in Application Form". When I search for the questionnaire, only the job related questionnaires that I created show up. I've read a few other posts relating to this, and can confirm that the Application Wizard container does include the "Application Wizard: Questionnaire" element, and the questions and questionnaire have a status of "released". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are running 3.0 SP 12 in a stand-alone environment.

Data Communication between ERecruiting 3.0 standalone and R/3 4.7

Dear All,
We have the ERecruiting setup comprising of ERec 3.0 standalone with the backend HR system 4.7. We are using ALE to communicate between the two systems.
In ERec 3.0 we have the message type HRMD_ABA with basic type HRMD_ABA04 while on the R/3 side we have HRMD_A06 available. Our data transfer requirements are satisfied by HRMD_A06 but it is not available on the ERec server. Due to this we are not able to transfer certain infotype data required like IT1007,0023,0024 etc.
We managed to transport the basic type HRMD_A06 to the ERec server and tried sending the data across for Vacancy infotype 1007. It worked but the idoc went into error. On further investigation we found the table for IT1007 does not exist on ERec neither do the required functions to push the data into HRP1007. Is this becoz the PA component does not exist on the ERec 3.0? Is the PA component mandatory to be installed under such a landscape. We have only installed following components SAP_ABA-640,SAP_BASIS-640,SAP_BW-350 and ERECRUIT-300.
We are able to transfer the OM data and see the same on Requisition tabs but not the Vacancy information due to missing table for 1007.
How do we resolve this? Do we need to get the PA component installed or is there any other solution to transfer the data for IT1007,0022,0023.
Any suggestions and help will be appreciated.

Survey questionaire not saved

Hi,
We are using SAP CRM 5.0 Interaction Centre. While creating a customer feedback transaction with survey in Interaction Centre, following is the observation:
1. We open the customer feedback transaction, enter the mandate information in the details tab and save the transaction.
2. Then navigate to questionaire tab and fill-in the survey questions and save the survey.
3. Navigate back to details tab and save the transaction. The survey and the transaction are saved correctly. Instead, without navigating back to details tab, when we try to save the transaction from the questionaire tab, neither the survey nor the transaction is saved.
Recently the application was upgraded from SP15 to SP16.
Please provide your inputs in solving this issue.

Difference between EEO-1 , EEO-4 and EEO-5 reports in R12 HRMS

hi Friends,
Currently i am working on setup of EEO reports. i have done the setup successfully but i am not able to get the exact differece betweein EEO-1 , EEO-4 and EEO-5 reports.
and the same time, i am facing one problem that when i am setting the Business group EEO REPORT = EEO-1 then in Job further information i am not able to select EEO function
but when in business group I am taking EEO report= EEO-4 i am able to select values from Job further information for EEO function.
Kindly help me to sort out this problem.

Currently I have a requirement to work on setting up EEO reports in Oracle HRMS. Actually the set up was previously done by some other consultants which was incomplete. Hence the report is not pulling all employees. This is what our client reported to us.
So if you can share some setup documents on it as you have mentioned that you have already configured it; it would be of great help.

Reporting Unit Error in EEO report OUTPUT

For EEO report , I've created Address sequence in Table T5UAD and have created Reporting units Type - I in V_T5URU table.
Have also maintained the Reporting Unit and all other required entries in Table V_T5U0P against all US Pers. Areas and Subareas , but when I run the report , I am getting this error
*No reporting unit found in T5URU FOR UNIT NUMBER T548198*
STARNGE part is that this reporting Unit is available in V_T5URU when I go and check the table.
I've deleted it and maintained it again also , but still getting this error.
CAN ANYONE SUGGEST WHAT IS WRONG?
How can I fix this issue?
Any inputs are very highly appreciated as I could not find on Google .....

Thanks for your reply , but as per information provided by my client , same reporting units say T58591 is being used for both VETS as well as EEO , so I used I option insead of E or V as I cannot define the same reporting unit twice in the table with same name .
Its working fine for almost all other reporting units except for 2 of them ... for which reports giving the error that reporting unit is missing in T5URU but I can see the entry available in this table.
Any Idea why is this happening?

How to retrieve ROS Questionaire data

Hi all,
In the Supplier registration process (ROS),After the supplier completes the self registration (BSP ROS_SELF_REG), receives a questionnaire in his mail box. Then he fills out this questionnaire and sends back his response to SRM.
In SRM the professional purchaser can view that answer in BSP ROS_PRESCREEN in tab "Categories and questionnaires".
My question is where does sap save this data? I have to retrieve information from this questionaire in order to use in workflow?

i tried to execute this report by giving application name,guid,version no but it always throws an error 'not able to import guid
and version(0000001).this Guid and version i am taking from the table TUWS_DATA
Is there any other way to read this questionnaire data as you said that this process will be combersome.
