EFM Add on BPP file formats

Hi there,
I need to have a working BPP file format next week for my customer, I am almost there but can't see how to connect it into the Payment Wizard Bank File export. My file produces all the results or no results.
There are no samples supplied for my localisation & support are unable to assist.
Can anyone point me to a sample file I can have a look at to see where to put validation / mappings /parameters to make it work?
Thanks

Hi everyone,
this message is maybe out of date, but, finally, i was able to create such a BPP file, and i would like to share it with you (juste rename it with .bpp only).
The file is attached, and correspond to a french format for bank transfert, with header, lines and bottom with total.
It can be add to a payment method in sbo core to be used with the wizard payment.
Seems to be working good for my customer, i hope this can help you.
Additionnaly, there is now a "how to guide" for EFM and some samples attached (french format for BPP is not exactly the same than mine...).
Regards,
Paul

  • ACS 5.1 Import Template gives File Format Validation Failed

    Hi folks,
Network Resources - Network Devices and AAA Clients- File Operations - Add - gives me File Format Validation Faliled. I am carefull to leave the header as it is. The header in the Import Template looks faulty, see attached. When exporting devices I also get the same header as attached.
I also tried to change the header so its all in one column, but with same result.
    Please advise. Thanks.

I haven't had the time to drill on this completely but looks like your file is getting mangled as it got downloaded and edited
I extracted your file and put in a text editor. looks like this
    name:String(64):Required,description:String(1024),subnets:Subnets(a.b.c.d/m;"...):Required,""supportRADIUS:Boolean(true,false):Required"",radiusSecret:String(32),""supportTACACS:Boolean(true,false):Required"",tacacsSecret:String(32),""singleconnect:Boolean(true,false)"",""legacyTACACS:Boolean(true,false)"",Location:String(256),Device Type:String(256)"
The quote characters seem duplicated and there is an extra quote in Subnets header field that should be removed
Can't guaranetee anything but worth getting into a text editor and trying to clean it up

  • Please add support for JPEG Exchangeable Image File Format (EXIF)

It seems that now Adobe® Illustrator® can export only to the JPEG File Interchange Format (JFIF). We should have an option to produce the JPEG Exchangeable image file format (EXIF) as well (just like Photoshop does!). Why this is so important to me? I generally work under Illustrator and I often post my work on Behence. I work with 'sRGB IEC61966-2.1' color profile. When publishing I use *.jpg with embedded ICC Color Profile. But it looks like Behence doesn’t fully support the JPEG JFIF – for example it cannot read its icc data correctly. The effect is that my work looses its quality! The only option to produce the JPEG EXIF I have now is to: Export *.ai file to JPEG (under Adobe Illustrator) > go to Photoshop > Create new project > Paste the *.jpg > and Sava As JPEG with icc embedded. This guarantees my files are being processed correctly.
(JPEG) Formally, the EXIF and JFIF standards are incompatible. This is because both specify that their particular application segment (APP0 for JFIF, APP1 for Exif) must be the first in the image file. In practice, many programs and digital cameras produce files with both application segments included. This will not affect the image decoding for most decoders, but poorly designed JFIF or Exif parsers may not recognize the file properly. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JPEG_File_Interchange_Format#Exif_comparison )
I’ve analyzed my files using JPEGsnoop 1.6.1 (an app by Calvin Hass, http://www.impulseadventure.com/photo/) and here is the result:

  • Edit standard bank-file formats Payment Engine

    Hi Everyone,
Is it possible to edit the standard bank-file formats for payment engine?
In swedish format is not correct in 8.81 PL06
All the formats are in dll-format...
We do not want to recreate a standard format from scratch

    Hi Anders,
It seems the .dll formats used for the payment engine are superceded by the new formats created in the EFM Format Definition.
There appears to be no assistance available from anyone to convert the existing formats and I have found no documentation that aids the creation of new formats that will link to the Payment Engine.
If you have found any way around this, please share?
    Thanks
The note referred to by Jitin explains how to amend existing BPP formats, of which there are none unless you have created one, and the suggestion to obtain them from support will get you sent back to the forums for support....

  • Mixed file formats in timeline not always playing nice.

Im using the latest version of premiere pro cc, and one of the great things about PP CC is that you can drop any file format in the timeline without trancoding it right? BUT! sometimes it doesn't play well when you add effects or titles, or adjustment layers. Lets say I have a 1080 DSLR timeline and I have a mix of H.264,ProRes and MP4 footage. When the footage is in the timeline with no effects, the playback is fine, but when I add a transition, a title or a adjustment layer over the footage, when it plays over that section, the footage sometimes stutters, or plays choppy. The footage will pause for a few frames an then continues, BUT only does this when effects are applied. Its behaves as if there is not enough frames to accommodate the transition or effect, which is not the case. But if I delete the clip and drop it into the timeline again in the same spot or I adjust the length of the transition the clip will play with no issues. Why is this happening? And yes ALL footage is rendered and I have powerful enough system to handle the work. Such simple effects should not affect timeline playback.

Hey Jim, with all do respect the symtoms may suggest that, as you stated but I know I have a powerful enough system. Im running a 8 core mac pro, 22gig ram,SSD drives and Radeon 5770 card. I have edited RED footage and Canon C500 footage with dynamic linked After effects on my system with no issues. So im certian its not my system.

  • Can I Write Data to a *.xlxsx File Without Screwing Up the Excel File Formatting?

  • Save as file format CSV in Excel

Does anyone know the correct syntax on this one?
I have an excel file which should be saved as CSV.
This is what I came up with, but it doesn't run.
    tell application "Microsoft Excel"
    activate worksheet "worksheet1"
set fileSaveName to get save as file format CSV file format filename
    save as filename fileSaveName
if fileSaveName is not "" then
display dialog "Save as " & fileSaveName
    end if
    end tell

It's not surprising it doesn't run but that's not entirely your fault. Excel has pone of the funkiest dictionaries around - I think they forgot to read the AppleScript Implementor's guide and instead tried to bolt VB on instead.
    Anyway, I digress...
I'm not sure what you expect this line to do:
set fileSaveName to get save as file format CSV file format filename
but it's completely invalid. For one, save as is a command verb, not a function, so you cannot get save as.
If you read the dictionary for Excel's save as command you'll find:
    save as sheet ¬
    filename unicode text ¬
    file format as ¬
    password unicode text ¬
write reservation password unicode text ¬
    read only recommended boolean ¬
    create backup boolean ¬
add to most recently used list boolean ¬
    overwrite boolean ¬
    save as local language boolean
so the first, required, parameter is the sheet to save followed by any number of the optional parameters. Given the above, I'd expect your script to look more like:
    tell application "Microsoft Excel"
save as worksheet "worksheet1" file format CSV file format filename "whatever.csv"
    end tell
which is completely bass-ackwards, if you ask me, but that's how it goes.

  • Change default format in "save as" file format window

I month ago I asked the following question...
"How do I change the file format order that is listed in the "save as" file format window? Instead of having "Photoshop" listed as the default file, I'd like to have JPEG at the top, then TIFF, PSD, etc. I have to constantly scroll down the list to find JPEG."
Recently while selecting JPEG in the "save as" format window, I accidently selected "Large Document Format" while holding down either "control", "option", "apple key", or "shift", or a combination of keys. Now the default format in the format window is "Large Document Format" (ext.PSB). I've changed the default from "Photoshop" which is still listed at the top, to "Large Document Format". I'd like to change the default to "JPEG" but I cannot replicate the correct key(s) to change the default format in the window.

    Hello TomGroup...
I did not receive a satisfactory answer to the question. Yes, you can go
into the Scripts but that is for experts and it is too much work.

    Any updates on this issue?
I have a similar situation in that no matter what I'm working on, when I
click "Save As' then the default format option is always .tiff    If I save
as jpg and then go onto my next file, the default is still tiff again when I
try to save  No matter what I try, tiff is also my default selection.  It's
just one of those things that takes a mere 5 seconds to click the dropdown
and select .jpg, but 5 seconds times a couple hundred files per day...it
    adds up.

  • Premiere and Media Encoder will will no longer export my edit to any file format.

This is on a Windows 8.1 PC.
The edit exported fine until I made one big mistake.
I created a Nested Edit to make a quick alteration.
Since then the following is now the case and I cannot go back to an earlier edit to fix this.
Premiere and Media Encoder will will no longer export my edit to any file format. Using either the Export Option or Media Encoder.  Get a dialog that says "Unknown Error Compiling Movie"
There is nothing wrong with my footage.  This edit worked fine and I export through Media Encoder many times until I made a Nested Edit within the Premiere Project.
I have tried all sorts of searches on the net for a fix to this but nothing seems to be current or indeed works.
Any help would be appreciated as this is a show stopper.

Thanks for the reply Mark, appreciated.
I have found a work around but it still leaves a long term issue for Adobe to fix.
    As to your first solution:
1).  The nested edit is already in its own timeline panel.  It will not export or encode via media encoder.  This is the problem.
2).  I will try the KEM roll feature but I have a work around see following.
3).  No I do not have a nested edit within a nested edit.
I did a lot of research on the net on this issue as it happened to a colleague of mine on his machine about two weeks ago.  It took me six hours to get a fix and in his case there were six video clip that had read errors.  When I overwrote those clips from the original backup master it fixed the problem.  However I was never able to use Media Encoder again to export his project without it failing.  I could only use the Export feature.  Again he had used a nested edit in his project.
I my case I do not have any nested edits within a nested edit.  All I did was drag my main edit onto the New Sequence icon at the bottom of the Project Bin.  This of course created a nested edit in a new Timeline Panel which is what I wanted.  I then slid the entire nested edit to the right in the timeline by two seconds as all a wanted to do was add two seconds of black at the head of the edit.  That was it.  From that point of creating the nested edit Media Encoder and the Export option failed every time with the fore mentioned error.
The final work around was one of those I found previous mention of during my research.  I created a new clean Premiere Pro CC 2014 project, I then used the import option under the file menu.  I imported only the original main edit which brought in that edit along with all the required footage.  This would then export to disk using the Export feature.  However, Media Encoder will still not encode this new edit, it fails the same way every time, 'Unknown Error Compiling Movie'.
As a test I loaded the old corrupt edit project back up and deleted the nested edit sequence completely and re-saved it.  This had no effect and did not fix the problem.  This particular project file will no longer export directly or via media encoder at all no matter what I do.
This seems pretty serious to me.  I worked on this edit for a whole month without issue, encoding out roughs as a went without any issue, it was only yesterday after I made the nested edit that the project file is now useless as it will not encode out at all.  Yes I have a work around and was able to salvage my project and get it rendered in time for my deadline but the fact I have a partially working Project that Media Encoder will not touch does not instill me with confidence for long term use of Premiere Pro if this is going to happen again.
Is there some place I can send this project file to Adobe to see if they can find out what is wrong with it?  I am not the only person having this issue I have seen other post going all the way back through CS6 it seems.

  • File format to send appointments by email?

Nokia calendar, on the N8 and E71, cannot add calendar events sent by Outlook in ics format. At least, neither of those phones, which I have owned, appear to be able to pull off that stunt.
Is there a way for Outlook users to send calendar items, by email, which can be used to create calendar entries on Nokia phones? What file format needs to be used?

    petrib wrote:
    vCalendar: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VCalendar#vCalendar_1.0
Thank you for the speedy reply.
The vCalendar format does indeed work.
Outlook makes it a little clumsy, to send vCalendar. But, that file format is read just fine, by Nokia's calendar.
Unfortunately, Nokia seems to send all vCalendar appointments to the default calendar, giving the user no choice to have new appointments saved to a different calendar. You have to go to save the appointment, open the calendar, copy the appointment to the correct calendar, delete it from the one Nokia saved it to.
. . . it looks as though Nokia's committed another half-baked implementation of a good idea. Multiple calendars with poor support of calendar functions dependent upon proper identification of the desired calendar. Sigh.
