EhP4 - which XSS version and which dependencies?

Hello,
we are implementing EhP4 on the backend and also ESS/MSS (XSS).
Would anyone know what version of ESS to use (603 ?) and also - in the NWDI - the dependent components - which ones will it be - 700 or 701?

Are you working with Acrobat or Photosohp? (You mention both PDF files and photos, so it's not clear.)

So I have it on the down load thing, I have not told it to run, but it shows up in my add/remove folder and I am SO confused??? Do I need to run it? It said certain versions would not run with Firefox and I do not want to mess up my computer.

There is no need for anyone to use 32-bit version anymore.
Retail comes with both. Or you can save on just buying 64-bit System Builder disc.
Better support for today's hardware with larger video graphic memory and systems.
Better memory management.

Probably don't need citrix software. Is you computer in the office on LAN? Also, is the office computer setup for remote access? If it's windows then its going to be running Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) natively. If it is in fact RDP that your windows machine at work is using then you need to download RDC for mac. I use it to connect to my work computer using RDP (don't tell the "Info Tech" dude at my office) and if your not too tech savvy I would suggest trying GOTOMYPC. It's alot easier to setup. But if you have experience in setting up remote access and your Windows office machine is connected through LAN and your IT TECH has allowed port forwarding then you should be just fine with RDP and it's free!!! But are you logging onto your actual computer at work or logging into the "SERVER" through your work machine... believe me it's two completely different things.
Basically, you'll need:
1. Physichal IP address of work computer. (If office computer is on WIFI this won't work) use IPCONFIG commands in command prompt
2. Port forwarding needs to be enabled by your IT Tech
3. Remote Desktop settings will need to be enabled on the office computer
4. Download RDC for mac (search google)
5. Type the physical IP address into RDC and hit connect... type in credentials and your all done.
We need lots more details though... there are many ways to connect remotely and if your office already has a system in place for remote access then any details would be helpful in determining which method will suit you best. If it's citrix just have your IT dude set it up. If you think you need citrix then good luck....

Yes I remove everything. I also have purchased the program and because I had this problem with the purchased DVD
I downloaded the program thinking the purchased DVD was at fault but as I obtain the same result with both, there must be
something wrong with my computer set up or it might be OSX 10.6.1 that is the problem! I will have to wait till monday.

Try contacting the app support of the particular app your using.
Most apps have an app support button on their app page within itunes.
If they wont reply within a reasonable amount of time and you feel like the particular app developer has cheated you, bring the issue forward to apple care.
Note that app developer have their own customer support.

I have a decent-sized iTunes library that is not backed-up to the cloud. How can I either get back to the previous iTunes version that was functioning OR install a new version without losing the Library?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

I am trying to download the the 3.6 version and keep getting a message which says corrupted image and not downloaded because of that.

I am a user of firefox but have the 2.0 version and am trying to update to the newer version.

Do you have OS X 10.3.9 or earlier? Firefox 3.6 requires at least OS X 10.4 and you get that error if trying to install it on an earlier version of OS X.
The last version of Firefox that works on OS X 10.2 - 10.3.9 is Firefox 2.0.0.20 available from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.20/mac/en-US/
