Error in MAIN_NEWBAS/STARTSAP_NBAS Upgrade EHP1

Hi
We have errors in this downtime phase of our BI upgrade. It looks like the KERNEL hasn't updated correctly ?
When I run R3INLPGM the environment variables do not show.
The SCS 00 instance started o.k. and Instance 01 is partially up with DISPATCHER JCONTROL SDM SERVER0
WATCHDOG only running.
I've followed all recommendations of note 1165462.
The error I see on the SDT tool is below together with the errors I see when I try to STOPSAP for manual intervention on 00 or 01
I forced an end of the subsystem to do a manual APYSAP of kernel 69 but this has the same results.

Hi Miguel,
her wanted to say, that either the shadow during uptime or later the real instance during downtime restarts SAP several times and ALWAYS start saposcol as well. If this fails - which is a really crazy behviour - SAP shuts down again !
=> The easiest - especially during an upgrade - is to just comment the saposcol start in the start profile
Then you have repeat the upgrade after shutting down the instance completey with killing all proceeses and it should work fine ...

Hello Scott,
Please take a look at dispatcher and latest work processes trace files for the reason of this problem. Try to start the instance manually and see.
This problem might occur when your system does not have latest kernel installed. Do you have the latest target kernel?
If not, please update kernel and resume the upgrade. It should be working fine.

I checked the system instance and it was down. When I try to start up it manually with startsap, I do not get any error:

No object was removed with the cleanipc command, anyway I've rebooted the server and then started db and sap again. Now the dev traces are written.

Upgrade - SAP will not restart during MAIN_NEWBAS/STARTSAP_NBAS phase

We are upgrading from 4.7 to NW 7.0 (SP#5)
SAP will not restart during the phase MAIN_NEWBAS/STARTSAP_NBAS
We had to manually apply the kernel (NW 7.2 -#63 - NON UC). This looks OK when we calll DW -version. The T03 system will not start either through the upgrade tool or manually. There is no useful log in
\usr\sap\T03\DVEBMGS15\work
The upgrade tool reports this error.

Thanks Rene, I have updated the ticket with the required information. In the mean time I am interested if anyone else had had a similar problem during an upgrade. We did have an initial error with the crtsidusr command ( setting CLASSICUSERCONCEPT + removing some of the SPCAUT) seemed to fix that. At this point the upgrade failed and we had to manually APYSAPKRN, the log shoewed it wanted the NON UC which was odd as we are including the UC in the upgrade.

So i just run with -i,-u and -o option, that now i am getting this error->
The file 'DBFeatures.INI' is required for RPD migration and could not be located. Please ensure that ORACLE_INSTANCE is pointing to a valid instance directory.

Firstly you need to upgrade from 10g to 11g,you need to run a .bat file from the path and follow some steps like collecting the artifact files like NQSconfig.ini,instanceconfig.xml,DBfeatures.ini with RPD and catalog to upgrade to 11g.

"Error 42023" through "Error 42408"
These alerts might occur when trying to authorize iTunes or during launch when iTunes checks for authorization information.
Install the latest iTunes from apple.com/itunes/download/
Remove the SC Info folder.
If that does not resolve the issue, see iTunes: "Error 42408" or "Error 42404" after upgrading to iTunes 9.0.3.

Also, you mentioned that you have been successful burning a CD with the Windows OS. Make sure that you have closed all software programs that can access the CD burner so that there isn't a conflict for the drive. Sometimes chaning the burn speed from "maximum" to 8x can also help in this situation.

Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.

I am getting error 1001 on my ipad 2 while upgrading updates

When click to upgrade updates on my ipad 2 i get error 1001 and says please try again later.

What iOS version is currently on your iPad?
