EIM/WIM integration issue with UCCE

I have configured the ICM AW as per the document of deployment of CIM 9, all the MRD and application instances and skillgroups are created  for each MRD and also added the agents in the member of the skillgroups, now I am running the integration wizard on EIM server everything goes fine till the agent  addition window appears which appears to be blank now I don't know what am I missing in it, may be its something in the pg explorer MRD which I have tried with everything but the agent are not showing up, anybody have any idea, why the agents are not showing up,,????
One more thing we have a generic pg for agent and CVP and an MR pg for dialer and one pim for CIM..any issue with it??

When you run Integration wizard do you get Agent PG? and for selected Agent PG do you have any Agent Configured ?
Check Your Application Path list and Application Path, check correct Agent PG is configured.

i think Generic PG is supported, and that how it is done in Package CCE where Generic PG and MR PG installed on same Machine.

    For one of the xACF adobe form sometimes I'm not getting the data from adobe form to webdynpro context.

    thanks for your reply.
    I tried that part already by converting xACF form to ZCI but facing issues with the drop-downs.
    Actually some of the dropdowns have values more than 1000. The value help for these drop downs comes as pop up in case of ZCI forms and the mazer problem is that in offline scenario doesn't even shows values for such dropdowns as a pop up or normal drop down.
    As per the SAP Note 1013227 we are using the enumerated type of drop downs for such larger values but no help in offline  scenario. I tried by changing the parameter value in visual admin as suggested in sap note which prevents pop-up for lager values but it's not recommended by SAP. Only because of this issue we are not able to migrate from xACF to ZCI.
    Do you have any idea how to get values for such drop downs in offline scenario.

  • RSA SecureID ACE/Server 6.1.2 integration issue with IDM2005Q4M3

    I tried the SecureID adapter with the following steps:
    1.setup the idm gateway on SecureID Server
    2.copy SecureID's apidemon.exe to gateway.exe folder
    3.add the administrator on secureid server and use it on idm resource adapter
    4.run gateway.exe -d -fsso.log -l6
    5.configure the SecureID adapter resource and test configuration is ok
    6.add a rsa_test user on IDM, then assign the SecureID resource to the user
    before step 6 every thing is fine, but the step 6 cause the IDM hangup, nothing response from gateway.
    while I assign the user with SecureID resource in IDM, the gateway trace log print the trace log below and then hanged up:

    Any help on RSA SecureID ACE/Server 6.1.2 integration with IDM2005Q4M3 is greatly appreciated.
    Or anybody can send me some more docs on the integration process and the check point?

    Found the solution. Problem was the acecInt.dll in the System32 folder was mismatching with the one in the RSA install folder. I copied the dll from the RSA install folder to the System32 and it started to work fine.
    The error i was getting was "Get file operation with no or unknown handle aborted".

  • HR Renewal Self Services Integration Issue with SAP Portal

    We are  Implementing  HR Renewal 2.0 FP1 and the Self-Services Landing Page to be launched from within SAP Portal.
    I have imported the PFCG role ZSAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_XX_UI5_1  into portal and assigned to the user. The End User read permission is provided.
    We see the landing page with all lanes coming up fine when launched from portal. But subsequently when we click on the SAPUI5 delivered applications in the MY INFO Lane like Employee Profile, Salary Statement, Leave Application etc, they open from inside the portal in a new window via the below Standard Launchpad Start URL application

  • Reports Integration Issue with 1.0.2.1

    Hi All.
    I was able to get reports integration working in 1.0.2.0, but I get the following error in 1.0.2.1.
    : An unexpected error occurred: User-Defined Exception (WWC-43000)
    An unexpected error occurred: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error (WWC-43000)
    It occurs in the wwv_media package.
    Any ideas???

    I am receiving the above error running ias 1.0.2.1.0 and portal 3.0.8.9.8. I have checked out BUG #1651687, however it does not suggest a patch, solution, or work-around. I had no results when searching on BUG #1674251. Any other insight on this issue?

    I had integrated ACS 5.1  with AD successfully but after clicking select button in device group i am not able to see OU list from AD.Can someone help me.

    check if your dns is resolving ad domain name and giving GC IP. If DNS is not providing GC IP to ACS after DNS resolution or providing domain controller IP which is not a GC then you can not see users/groups listing after joining AD but your AD authentication will work from ACS.

  • Installing EIM/WIM 4.3(2) with UCCE 7.5

    I am looking to install EIM/WIM for a customer with an exisiting UCCE 7.5 installation. Would really like to installed EIM/WIM 4.3(2) as it has support for IE 8. But...
    According to Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Unified CCE) Software Compatibility Guide only version 4.3(1) is compatible with UCCE 7.5.
    It seems that UCCE 8.0 is the only version that is compatible with 4.3(2).
    Has anyone tried EIM/WIM 4.3(2) with UCCE 7.5?

    However given time and cost constraints for the project, unfortunately we might have to go with 4.3(1) and consider a upgrade later.
    In that case, you can apply ES4 (going from memory, so I hope this is the right ES) to 4.3(1) as this supports agents using IE8. That was its main purpose because there was a little delay in bringing out SR2 and customers wanted the IE8 support. That said, SR2 has a host of bug fixes. SR2 will complain if someone on IE6 tries to use the Agent Desktop, while ES4 will not,

    I have installed ODI 11g version in linux platform and I am doing POC on this
    The POC like this : Integration ODI with Siebel EIM(I am very new to the ODI)
    For this I have installed below softwares.
    --- Oracle Database 11.2.0.1.0
    --- RCU
    --- ODI 11g
    --- WebLogic 10.3.5.0
    --- OS - Red Hat Linux
    The above softwares are installed prefectly..
    I have configured the below components after installation was completed.
    Configure a WebLogic Domain
    Starting the Administation Server
    Starting the Managed server
    Manually configure the Standalone agent
    Question 1 Does we need the configure these components like Java EE Agent, Oracle Data Integrator Console and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
    2 Do we need to install Data quality and data profiling (as per my knowledge these are not required )
    3 There is file called topology.sh should be created in ODI installation directory, but it was not created.
    4. what is the purpose of this file.
    Please share me some docs or ppt on how to integrate the ODI with siebel EIM.
    Please clarify my doubts and get back me soon.

  • EIM / WIM 4.3.2 Agent Bulk Import UCCE

    When one runs the integration wizard all the agents in UCCE are also imported. The thing is that we can only run the wizard once. So every time I add agents to UCCE and want them to use EIM / WIM  I have to manually map them. It there a way to do this in bulk  or does this have to be manually done? Its ok to do this manually for few agents but the problem is when there are many agents.

    I dont believe there is any standard way of doing this other than mapping the agents manually.
    When doing an install though it is best to create a Non-Production/Test deparment first. You can run the integration wizard against this department and bring in a couple of test agents. Once happy you can then create more departments and then run the integration wizard again against the new departments. Remember you cannot delete a department once you have created it.

    But it doesn't list the server while deploying the application.
    I don't see the issue in my office network. But I encounter this problem when I work at my home.
    Ideally it should show the following lines after server is started:
    DefaultServer startup time: 195467 ms.
    DefaultServer started.
    This is not happening if i run the server without network.
    How can I fix this problem?

    I see some message about a proxy. Have you checked that you can use the proxy from you network?
    If not you should turn the proxy off.

  • Authentication issue with Xcelsius/Portal integration

    I am facing an issue with the way we have integrated our Xcelsius dashboard with our corporate portal. I know this probably is more of a SDK question than Administration, but I figured I will ask it here anyway since Tim and some others are diverse enough in their knowledge base. This might be LONG post but please advise if anyone has any good pointers.
    We have an Xcelsius dashboard that needs to be served up via our corporate intranet (based on MS Sharepoint 2007). Now we are NOT using the MS Sharepoint Portal Integration Kit, but just doing a basic integration of the SWF call within a web part on Sharepoint. All this means is that within a portlet (web-part) on Sharepoint, I am making a HTTP call to the openDocument URL to invoke the SWF file. So the SWF is actually served up from our Tomcat App Server, and displayed onto this frame within the portal. That is the basic idea.
    To achieve this, what I did was write some custom code using the Java SDK to modify the openDocument a little bit. By doing so, I was able to insert some behind-the-scenes-login code wherein no matter who the portal user (Win AD-based) is, he is logged in to BOE as a generic "dashboard-user" and the dashboard is served up. This worked fine for the first dashboard where all we had was SWF and some WebI linking using openDocument (no full-InfoView access).
    But in this second dashboard now, what we also have is a hyperlink for users to get to InfoView to do Ad-hoc reporting. What this does is open a child browser window from within the portal (dashboard) --- and it remembers the BOE session for the generic user id "dashboard-user" and logs the end-user in to InfoView using that. But what I actually want is that the end-users, on this new window, should only be prompted at the traditional InfoView logon screen where they can manually enter their Windows AD password and get in. Thus, I would like to keep the dashboard SWF page session separate from the InfoView ad-hoc session, which I cannot seem to do because of the browser relationship and session maintenance.
    I am trying to find a way where I can simulate a single sign-on for dashboard viewers on the portal, but at the same time let them jump off to InfoView as themselves.
    Any thoughts on how I can do this?
    Notes:
    We DO NOT have Single Sign-On enabled for InfoView
    We are using Windows AD authentication (manual, no SSO)
    We are on Tomcat

    There is no best practice per se but the less service account the lower your chances to duplicate an SPN, functionally everything seems to work just as well with multiple as it does with 1 (of course with 1 there is less management work) If you click the SSO link in my forum sticky post I have a section explaining this with some suggested methods of deploying a service account(s)

    Using the default config nothing should be required on the client machine (unless SSO has been disabled in the browser or you intend to use a url that contains a period ..... (i.e. FQDN or IP) with hostname URL (the default) it should just work.
    To note if you have XP SP2 or older there is a microsoft spnego bug you may need to apply a fix if you aren't patched to SP3 (about 5% of our customers run into this).

  • Issue with Office 365 integration module

    I have an issue with the Office 365 integration module on one of my customer's Windows Server 2012 Essentials servers.
    Recently they switched to a new Office 365 plan, but the integration module still thinks the customer is on the old plan. This doesn't seem to affect functionality at all, so I think it's just cosmetic. On the Office 365 tab of the Windows Server Essentials
    dashboard, under Subscription it lists the old plan and says the subscription has expired. Under Licenses it says "your subscription includes 0 licenses" and "0 licenses are assigned to user accounts."
    Steps I've tried to resolve this issue:
    Created a new Office 365 test user account (after switching plans) and then on the Windows Server 2012 Essentials dashboard clicked 'Change the Office 365 administrator account.' This made no difference.
    Uninstalled and then reinstalled the Office 365 integration module. Again, this made no difference.
    I suspected there might be an issue in the Office 365 back-end, where the customer's Office 365 account was somehow still associated with the old plan, but they said that wasn't the case.
    I opened a service request with Office 365 support about the issue with the server dashboard, but this was their response: "As we are online service support team, we provide limited support on local application extension...you may need to contact the
    Windows Server support team for further help."
    As it seems to be just a cosmetic issue, I'm not going to open a paid service request with the Windows Server support team, but I'm interested to know if anyone on the forum has struck this issue before or has any suggestions.

    Not seen this issue myself, you may be right in that it Is just a cosmetic issue, and I would be surprised if a fix was forthcoming even if you opened a case (or we opened a case for you) due to resources having shifted to the Windows 10.
    You could grab the OIM logs from programdata\windowsserver\logs and we can see if there is anything obvious in there.

  • Issue with SIEBEL - XI Integration with SOAP

    I have an issue with the integration of SIEBEL and XI via SOAP.
    In the scenario Siebel calls a synch Web Service on XI. The provided WSDL was implemented on Siebel and when Siebel calls the Web Service the message is received correctly by the XI SOAP Sender Adapter and I can see the message in the Message Monitoring (SXMB_MONI).
    The issue is during the mapping as the payload does not seem to comply with the structure XI expects in the message interface. When I load the payload of the SOAP Request send by Siebel into the Message Mapping Test Tool, all fields below the Message Type are in red. I found out that the problem lies in the way the namespace is addressed.
    The payload I receive from Siebel that is not working in the mapping looks like this:

    The ony difference between the two is that the second messages uses a prefix (kun) for the namespace while the first does not use it, although it is correct from an XML syntax perspective.

    Why don't you try and create a schema (XSD) which will prefix kun to the input, instead of using the message type created by XI.

    In my earlier post,  I raised the same question but let me rephrased it again. I have configured TACACS+ in cisco ASA firewall and able to access . But when I integrated it with RSA secure ID , I am not able to enter in enable mode. It is not accepting enable password nor RSA passcode. I have created enable_15 in ASA , ACS and RSA server but no luck.
    Did any one face similar issue with ASA access ?

    In order to help you here, I need to know few things:
    1.] Show run | in aaa
    2.] When you enter enable password on ASA CLI, what error do you see on ACS > Monitoring and reports > AAA protocols > tacacs authentication > "look for the error message"
    3.] Turn on the debugs on ASA "debug tacacs" and "debug aaa authentication" before you duplicate the problem.
