El video queda cortado

Tengo Encore 1.0 y después que el software transcode el video todo parece perfecto pero cuando se vé el preview aparece la imagen movida hacia arriba y con una franja negra en la parte de abajo.
Yo importo el archivo desde premier 6.0 como un MPG2 IBP a tra´ves de una tarjeta Matrox RT2500.
Hago algo diferente cuando importo el archivo como un DV/DVCAM.AVI sin compresión pero me sigue dando el problema... ustedes saben algo?

Con el error en conectar en el Marketplace, puedes conectar através del navegador/browser Firefox? Puedes conectar através de la red celular 2G, Edge, 3G, o H?
Por favor, también verificar que la data del dispositivo estea correcta, una vez que esto puede causar problemas de autenticidad.

Firefox 29 con un terrible uso de CPU al reproducir un video (plugin-container)

Para probar lo mal que este navegador se despempeña al reproducir un video: usar una computadora con Intel Celeron D, 2 Gigabytes de RAM y una nivida GeForce 7200 GS/7300 SE, si no se cuenta con una computadora similar... entonces probar la ineficiencia TOTAL de este navegador seria imposible.
En fin, ya que se tenga un precesaor de un solo nucleo y pocos gigabytes de RAM, se comienza la prueba.

bueno, en fin el problema que tengo es que Firefox usa DEMASIADO CPU, para reproducir un solo video de flash... mientras resproduzco un video ese proceso desagradable y maldito llamado "plugin container" usa el 100 % de la CPU y he tenido temperaturas barbaras tanto en Windows 7 32 bit como Ubuntu 64 bits que llegan a los 71 grados celsius, todo por ese MALDITO e INEFICIENTE proceso que se llama plugin-container y como no! el INEFICIENTE api que ellos llaman NPAPI...
Si ustedes, Mozilla reciben dinero... en lugar de usarlo en cosas inutiles como Australis, deberian usarlo para mejorar la eficiencia de ese maldito plugin-container.
¿En que momento decidieron que su navegador tenga que funcionar solo en computadores con 12 nucleos?
En fin he tratado inutilmente lo que aqui se sugiere, desactivar la aceleracion por hardware tando de firefox como de flash... e incluso empeora, teniendo desactivado la aceleracion por hardware, hay videos que simplemente no puedo ver, el video es entrecortado y los controles del reproductor embebido son irresponsivos.
En fin... mi computadora puede parecer muy pobre para ustedes señores de Mozilla, pero a me srive todavia y creo que puede durar mucho mas, al menos hay otros programas con lo cuales no tengo este problema y me son utiles... y la verdad no necesito gastar dinero para comprar una computadora con la caracteristica que he descrito anteriormente, pero ¿en verdad necesito tirar mi dinero a la basura para poder ver videos decentemente?

Hola! Yo me di cuenta de este problema al segundo día de tenerlo. Llame al soporte y me dijeron que fuera a Xanadu (donde lo compre) para que me hicieran el cambio, pues bien, me presente allí y les comenté el problema, per la sorpresa fue que me dijeron que pasaba en todos, que era por la holgura del botón de on/off, que podía ir uno por uno y vería como a todos les pasaba lo mismo con el ruidito. El caso es que no me quedo otra que salir de la tienda igual que estaba.
Como no me quede a gusto, fui a la tienda de Parquesur, allí el primer chico que me atendió puso cara de sorpresa y me dijo que en el suyo no sonaba nada que me llevaba con un técnico para que me dijera que podía ser. Total, se lo comento al técnico y me dice que no es el botón, que es la bolita de vibración, y que suena en todos. Ahora la cara de tonta se me queda a mi, porque ya ni ellos se ponen de acuerdo. También tengo que decir, que había un chico a mi lado mirando unas cosas y cuando me escucho dijo que a el también le pasaba y que le parecía raro.
Me estoy dando cuenta que el sonido cada vez va a más, pero en las tiendas sólo dicen que es normal....me parece un gran fallo por parte de Apple que esto suene así, y más en un teléfono de 700€, porque es muy molesto, que suene sólo con apoyarlo en la mesa.
Si tenéis alguna noticia nueva, avisad por favor!

También puedes recurrir a la Biblioteca común,
donde encontrarás
ejemplos de botones tipo Play, Pause, etc., o creártelos

Java Cortado blocked by Safari?

I am using a macbook pro, OS X 10.9.4, with Safari 7.0.6. I was trying to view a video from Wikipedia, but got a message saying "Application Blocked by Security Setting...Your security settings have blocked an untrusted application from running." I believe this was an OGG file, and was supposed to be played by Java Cortado. Is there a way to get this to play in Safari? (It will play in Firefox.)

I first saw this problem with the video (which has the OGV extension) on the page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/REM_behavior_disorder . However, the "Media of the Day" at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page also shows this problem. I just discovered that, on the wikimedia page, it suggests help for Safari:
"For the Safari browser, you will need to install XiphQT to play Ogg files and Perian to play WebM files.
Alternatively, you can download Xiph QuickTime Components to play directly sound files in Ogg Vorbis with Quicktime Player or with your browser. Install the XiphQT component into /Library/Quicktime folder, then restart your browser so it can play Ogg Vorbis files."
I have tried that and still have no luck. (I downloaded the first video I mentioned, and it won't open in Quicktime 7 either.)
The videos show just fine in Firefox, but I prefer Safari.

Iphoto crashing after using mini-dvi to video adapter

Hi, IPhoto on my Macbook is crashing. I can open it, then as soon as I scroll down it locks up and I have to force quit.
This started happening right after I used a Mini-DVI to Video Adapter cable to hook my macbook up to my TV. The adapter/s-video connection worked and I was able to see the video on the tv. But iphoto immediately locked up the computer when I went to slide show and now it locks every time I open it.
Any ideas?

It means that the issue resides in your existing Library.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Wrong 'mini dvi to video' adapter for my 12" Powerbook 1.33

I recently bought the M9319 mini dvi - video adapter for my 12" Powerbook 1.33 to find that the mini dvi on the adapter is a different size to the one on the computer and the adapters supplied with the computer.
I've been doing a bit of research into this and it seems a bit of a grey area. Apple have not made it clear in advertising this product that it is only suitable for the newest 12" Powerbooks and even state that it will work with a 1.33 machine in their following article:

Has anyone had a similar experience, or suggest an alternative product that will work? Did Apple make an older version that works with the 1.33?

Just took the adapter to my local Apple store and they identified it as a mini VGA to video adapter - not what it said on the packaging!
I've noticed a few posts with this problem, so just double check before you leave the store that the packaging matches the product.

DVI is video only so you only need one port... if you were hooking up audio and video you'd need three (1 for video - 2 for the left/right audio channels)

Macbook + mini-DVI to video adapter problems!

My roommate and I both have Macbooks - I got mine in June '06, it's one of the older black 80 gb models and hers is a white 120 gb that she got in August '07. We bought a mini-DVI to video adapter so we could watch DVDs and video files on our TV, but have been having some trouble with it lately. At first, it worked perfectly with her computer, but in the past few weeks has been malfunctioning - when she plugs it in, the default background shows up on the TV screen but nothing else, any windows she has open only show up on the TV if she drags them to the right on her screen until she can't see them on her computer anymore, so we're unable to watch anything fullscreen. Any tips on how to fix this?
Also, the adapter has never worked with my computer - any time I plug mine in, my computer display becomes enlarged and slightly distorted, and on the TV screen is distorted by horizontal lines that move up and down the screen. Any ideas here?

welcome to macbook forum.
For your friend macbook, try to press F7 back and forth to switch between mirror and expanded mode.
Try to update your macbook hardware firmware and software using software updater and repair permission after that...application/utilities/disk utility/repair permission.
Also reset your PRAM and PMU.
Open your friend system preference / display and try to compare and set yours similar to hers, including resolution, color depth, refresh rate.
