Electronic Lead letters not showing signatures

We're having a problem in Sales and Marketing. When the users create a generic letter using Master Documents, they are allowed to insert a signature (.jpg) at the end of the letter. The problem is, this letter is for some reason, saved as .zip (with html and jpeg files) and when the doc/letter is extracted and the html file is opened, it does not show the signature. I have seen some letters that were created more than a year ago, stored as html documents and they do show the signature. Seems like something definitely has changed, but I'm unable to pinpoint the cause of this problem. I would appreciate any help in solving this issue.

I guess this is not the correct forum and the correct one would be the product specific forum.
As per my view on this issue, I think it is purely because of the user handling. First thing to check is why it is getting saved as zip? Is system saving it as zip by default or the user is doing that? Then in the zip file, is the image file present? If yes, open the html file and check how was the image referenced in the page? It should have a relative reference for proper display, absolute reference won't work.

IPad mini keyboard letters not showing up

I'm using my moms iPad mini although not sure which version. After browsing a popular online store for a good while the keyboard bugged out on me. When the onscreen keyboard is docked or undocked, and in merged mode. The entire top row of letters are invisible. I see the keys, (the boxes) but no letters, making it impossible to see what I'm typing. Other than hoping I clicked the right letter. The keys that are invisible are (qwertyuiopasd) the function buttons like backspace and shift are visible. The problem persists device wide. Safari, messages, email. Now I have tried hard resets, regular on off cycles. Changing text size, clearing cookies and safari data. And even changing the keyboard. Also Bluetooth is off, cookies are set to delete upon closing and all that. I'm at a loss here and dislike the split keyboard. How can I fix this?

ALos have the same problem, but have iOS 8.0.2. iPad mini 1st generation 16 GB Keyboard appears in iMessage, but does not in safari, mail, contacts (that's all I checked). Shutting down doesn't work. Any thoughts or workarounds Siri?

Not showing Caller Name on E51

I have upgrade software but after that my phone not showing caller name on the screen.Before upgrading my phone was shwoing caller name when I received call. my all phone numbers are on SIM , can some body let me know how this will work or its setting.

The problem may be, that you have all your contacts on the SIM card and on the phone as well. Is that possible?

Digital Signatures will not show when combined in one PDF

I have multiple PDF's with digital signatures. I'm combining them into one large PDF for distribution. The problem I'm having is the digital signatures are not showing up when I combind into one PDF. I need the digital signatures to show up because they make the document (s) official. To sent all the document out indivdual make it unmanageable and is over 300 sperate PDF's

It is not true. Most documents have pages numbered (like "page 1 of 5"). I never sign documents that do not have this page numbering and each page initialized. This way you cannot add/remove pages in a printed document without forging initials. Electronic documents (PDF) enforce this rule automatically.

Visual Studio Projects Not Showing FileVesion Leading Zeroes in File Properties

I created a simple Visual Studio 2013 windows form application setting the AssemblyInfo.cs file as show below.

I built the application and went to the Windows File Explorer and brought up the file properties. What I see is that the product version showing the leading zeros, but the file version field does not show the leading zeros.
It appears to be a bug either with Visual Studio or with Windows. Which one is it and is there a fix?

We can't see the screenshot. Do you mean you use Windows Explorer to browse to the AssemblyInfo.cs file and check the property?
If you change the product version or the file version from the AssemblyInfo.cs file, you need to firstly rebuild the assembly, then if you go to the debug/release folder, check the property of the assembly file, the Details tab will show you the corresponding
changes of these properties. It's the assembly property but not the cs file property.

Issue in Lion re Graphics Not Showing in html Email Signature

After I upgraded to Lion, I created an html signature with the graphics portion residing on Dropbox, and it worked without a hitch until about 10 days ago. Then a question mark in a blue square started appearing sporadically in place of the graphic. Now, in place of the graphic, I'm getting that question mark in a blue square 100% of the time in place of the graphic on Dropbox. The .webarchive file in my -/Library . . . mail/signatures folder that no longer reveals the graphic in my emails, however, works fine when opened up in Safari. I've tried rewriting the code, but it's of no avail. The files open up beautifully in Safari with the graphic, but in the signature box in Preferences and in the emails themselves, it's that blue box that keeps showing up. Does anyone have any idea why I'm not able to access my graphic from mac mail and how I can fix the problem?

As of two days ago, I am having basically the same problem as described:
imap account on my University, it always synced just fine with my iphone. Two days ago it stopped pulling new messages from the server, and moreover, it also does not show the recent ones it showed already, but only shows me approx. 100 really old messages (6 month old).
Whenever I sync, it pretends to do it (sync date gets updates), but it does not fetch the messages.
On my desktop and on my ipad2 (EXACT SAME SETTINGS), everything is ok, messages are pulled from the server (just as it was ok on my iphone two days ago, and I did not change anything).
When I go to the desktop, and move a new message (one this is not showin up on my iphone) to a subfolder of inbox or to the trash folder, then I suddenly can see this message also in the subfolder or in the trash on my iphone.
I have deleted the account and set it up anew, same result: the same 6 month old messages get uploaded, and that's it. I can delete also these old messages, and then they are gone, but also this does not pull up any additional messages.
Any ideas?

Yesterday, the signatures were stacking instead of switching to the one I wanted to choose.

I had this and fixed it.
I had upgraded to Mountain Lion and my signatures in Mail were fine. But then about a week later, I got a new computer and used Migration Assistant to copy my stuff to the new machine. Upon opening Mail, I had all the correct Signature information in the Preferences>Signatures window, but nothing worked.
After lots of hunting, I found the Signature Folder. It's in:
Yourusername>Library>Mail>V2>MailData>Signatures
Looking at my previous setup (which works) I saw in that folder two types of files: .webarchive and .siganture
Looking in my new machine's Signature folder, I saw only the .webarchive folders, not the .signature folders
Since this was literally a clone of my previous setup to a new machine, here's what I did:
1. Quit Mail
2. In Problem machine, go to
Yourusername>Library>Mail>V2>MailData>Signatures
3. Move the Signatures folder someplace safe, but out of the MailData folder
4. Get the Signatures Folder from the working install (like a backup) and copy it to the MailData folder on the problematic machine
5. Start Mail on the problem machine
This worked for me. I don't know why Migration Assistant didn't copy the full signature folder, but this fixed it. It worked perfectly partly because I had just backed up with Carbon Copy Cloner and the very next day set up the new machine. I don't know where Lion or earlier versions of mail stored signatures, but the absence of the .signature filetype seems to be the problem.

Digital signature not showing in PDF when opened and printed with Preview

Not being able to find anything after searching high and low, I thought I would try my luck here: when I certify a PDF file using a visible signature in Adobe Acrobat Professional that signature does not show when I open the file in Preview or print it from Preview. Preview's Inspector information also claims that I can make changes, which I instructed Adobe not to allow.

Try re-uploading the PDF and then updating the course. Sometimes the conversion doesn't take and the tracking doesn't apply correctly to a PDF.

You've checked the spam folder on your account as well as the inbox, and you don't have any filters/rules on your email account that might be deleting the email ?

I just tested Firefox and Chrome on linux, i doesn't work either, but i get different weird chars: Ã©Ã¨Ã§a
However, on both mac and linux, if i copy the chars and paste them in the input field, it passes.

Not showing space before signature

Few problem mention below
1.   I'm using outlook 2010 standard . I'm facing problem that at the time reply in one particular mail it is not showing space
      above signature & not running spellcheck at the time of write mail. I need to press enter to create space for that
      particular mail. This particular mail recevied & replied more that 20 time.
      In other mail it is ok & showing space to write matter above signature.
2. In windows 8.1 pro sometimes the cpu & hardisk shows 100% usage without doing anything. Then i need to restart
     my system to use otherwise i'm not able to use my system.

For Question 1:
Both symptoms may be related.
If you have configured spellcheck in Outlook and it doesn't work in this email, please note :
Open a new message -> tab Home -> tab Proofing -> button Language -> Set Proofing Language… -> disable: Do not check spelling or grammar -> button Set As Default.
After disabling the option "Do not check spelling or grammar", to apply the changes at template level.
Or we can go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates, find NormalEmail.dotm, rename it to ".old". Outlook will create a new template, test if the issue persists with the new one.
For Question 2:
Go to Task Manager -> Details tab, you may find the applications which cause the high usage of cpu and harddisk.
Since this issue is actually related to Windows 8.1, I recommend you post the question in Windows 8.1 forum:

HTML Signature Problem - Images not showing

Hi all,
I've got some HTML signatures that I use in Mail (v4.3) on Snow Leopard (10.6.4). They were created quite a while ago and have been working fine. BUT... I need to update them to change some of the information. So, I went through the usual rigamarole:
- Edit the HTML file
- Open the HTML file in Safari (v5.0.2)
- Save the file as a webarchive from Safari
- Find the appropriate file in the ~/Library/Mail/Signatures folder
- Replace the file with the new webarchive (renamed)
When I do this, now, Mail will not show the image that I have in the signature (which is a background image placed in the file using CSS and referenced as a URL from my web server).
Does anyone know why the old signature (created the same way, but using an old version of Mail & Safari) works... but doing it all over again using the current version doesn't?

Anything you paste in the HTML is your responsibility. iWeb doesn't care about it. If it doesn't work, too bad.
Perhaps Posterous doesn't like to be displayed.
Ask them.
And instead of pasting garbage (not pretty stock standard) you may want to consider using proper code :

Accented letters/special character not showing up

I have a iphone 4 (4.1) and iphone 3g (4.0.1) and when i hold down a letter the other accented letters do not show up. I appreciate any help

i just tried this on an iphone 4 running 4.1 and it worked fine - maybe you need to hold the key down longer - if that doesnt work try resetting the phone - if that faisl you can always try a restore
