I lost my software, Photoshop Elements and Photosh. Premiere Elem. 10 for my PC windows 8,please?

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

I have Elements 12 for Windows and have changed to Mac. How do I get the download code for the Mac? I don't want to have to repurchase it again.
You can try downloading the mac trial version and entering your serial number, but it probably won't work since download serial numbers are single-platform. If it fails, you will need to contact adobe and ask about a crossgrade (assuming you are willing to give up the windows version.)

I continue to receive the error message "Could not create key: Verify that you have sufficient access to that key" when I am try to down Akamai NetSession Interface that's needed to download the adobe Photoshop elements 13 software that I purchased.
cancel the akamai download and download files 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 directly. put both in the same directory and double click the exe to start installation.

I have the Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 software but need to download from the internet since my new laptop does not have a CD driver. The older versions downloads available on the website stop at Elements 7, I could not find the download for Elements 5.0. I have the ID/Key for the software.
Sorry, but a download won't help you. Back then downloads and disc versions had mutually incompatible serial numbers. Your best bet is to find someone who can copy the files from the disc to a thumb drive or something like that, then use that to reinstall.

Having had some photos done at a photographers, they have passed me the disc of the slideshow, which is in avi format, however I cannot view it on my imac, I would be really grateful if someone could advise me what software I need to download that is compatible with the imac whereby I can view the slideshow and also whether I can then save the slideshow to iphoto. Hope you can help, I am not great with technology as you can probably guess.
I use Smart Converter which is free on the App Store. It is easy to use , just drag and drop the files to convert to Quicktime , takes no time and great results.

I am running OSX 10.6.8 Snow lepard I am trying to install windows on my intel imac 20in late 2006 via bootcamp, and it says I need to download Windows Support Software. I tried, but it says "Download can not continue. The Windows Support Software is not available. I bought the Imac secend hand and did not get the install dvd's with it What can I do?
You don't need to download the Windows support software, because in Snow Leopard, they are only available as a download for the Late 2010 MacBook Air.
Instead, you have to buy Mac OS X Snow Leopard. The Snow Leopard disc contains the Windows drivers for your Mac, so you have to install them after finishing the Windows installation -
I have gotten about 4 emails (Frontier) with quick time attatchments, but it won't play them. I just get a mesage saying it can't read it in the current format. Do I need to download additional software and if so what?
You might try adding Perian. It can help QT play a with a wide variety of formats.

Hi- I am trying to download music from my computer to my ipod. I have an itunes account and the music is on the computer but it won't go to ipod, it keeps telling me I need to download an upgrade but the upgrade does not complete itself and after like 2 hours displays an error sign. How do I fix this so I can get the music to my ipod. Both ipod and computer(toshiba, windows 7) are brand new. Help!! I am not technologically smart!
I suspect that you are saying that you can't download/install the latest version of iTunes.
All I can say is try removing and reinstalling the Apple software using the following:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
If you have further problems with installing Itunes I suggest you post in the iTunes forum since you have an iTunes problem, not an iPod problem. Also report the wording of any error messages. What they say is importent on resolving them. -
In trying to download both photoshop Elements 12 and elements Premier which I just purchased it only gives prompts for Windows I am on a mac with a Maverick system. Do I need to download something else first and how, and do I download it only once or for each program? Thanks for any advice.. really techno-nerd

I have found a person who has a driver software to connect Labview with a general PCI card. But he says that i need to download a freeware software from NI website to configure the PCI card. But you have mentioned that freeware is for GPIB boards. Is it correct ?? Is there any other way out ??
I would ask the person who told you about the freeware software to help you find exactly where it is. I am not aware of any freeware software for configuring motion PCI cards but maybe the person you know might be able to help you locate it.

the ".rm" extension is created by 'Real Media' application.
The easiest way to use it is to install the 'Real Media' player:
1. RealPlayer BBC.app
2. RealPlayer 12.app
I have both installed & use them sometimes.
(The 'BBC' wersion doesn't have any adverts with-in the app.) -

Left speaker drops out randomly in iTunes 7
