Elements 10 sign in

After chatting with your help online they sent me to you because they determined my issue was a technical issue. When trying to sign into my account through Elements 10 the window continuously spins saying it's signing in. It has now shown signing in for a good 5 minutes.

You can't sign in because there is nothing to sign in to anymore. PSE is trying to connect with the long-dead servers at photoshop.com and will go on trying forever, so just skip that step.

  • Premiere and Photoshop Elements 10 Sign-in issue.

    Hi.
Can anyone tell me why when i am running Elements 10 or Premiere 10 i am not able too sign in to my Adobe ID account?.No information comes up in the organiser or editer screens as i believe it should give my name at top of page aswell as log-on details at bottom of page.
Would appreciate any help in this matter regards Mark.

Yes, for one of those mysterious adobe reasons photoshop.com is only available in the US/Canada, so that's why you don't see the sign in. You can use photoshopshowcase.com for many of the functions of photoshop.com, but not for syncing/online backup.

  • Photo Elements 12 Sign-in Loop

I have recently purchased a update to Photo Elements 12.  It has operated well but has never really allowed me to register properly.  Each time I try to enter Photo Editor it requests a sign-in.  I go through the sign-in procedure but it does accept tghis so I change my password which is successfully completed but it still doesn't accept me.  So I cancel and enter Photo Editor.  Today it has stopped allowinh me access to Photo Editor just looping me through the sign-in.  Again I tried changing my password - successfully - but still didn't work. Still no access at all to Pjoto Editor.  Most frustrating.  Can get into Organiser however, but I need Photo Editor.
    Can you help please?

This is the new activation method. You need to contact support directly for activation/deactivation and other installation issues. It’s usually possible to start a live chat, if an Adobe agent is free, and often to get the problem fixed right away.

  • Photoshop Elements 13 Sign In Freezes during installation start up

    Hi,
I'm having issues with the installation on PC - during the setup you are asked to sign in using an adobe ID, which I have done (and obviously by posting to this forum, have confirmed the profile is active and without issue!) However once done, the login box 'greys out' and the 'in progress' boxes show up in the middle of the screen (the 4 boxes, one blue and 3 grey, which go round and round and round...................). It seems to me like an issue with the account or something software related on my PC, however I have confirmed I have the necessary hardware/software requirements as per the manual, so i'm officially stumped.............
    Any help gratefully received.
    Cheers

  • Elements 8 sign in difficulty

i am having difficulty signing into the site.  when i try the following comes up....".photoshop.com services are currently unavailable.  Please try again later or check you network connections."
The tech I was dealing with was no help.  She tried to get me to sign in to revel>  I do not know what that is and could not get in using the cover page she sent to me.

You can't sign in because there is nothing to sign in to. Photoshop.com is dead and gone. If you had photos there you should have received a bunch of emails about their getting moved to adobe revel, but you can't use revel from within PSE 8:

  • Problems installing Photoshop Elements 12

This particular user has had quite enough.  After several years of using Elements7 (essentially without any real problems), I foolishly bought Elements 12, mostly because I now have a Nikon DSLR and required the functionality of 12 to process the Nikon RAW files - oh silly me.  I installed E12, completed the registration process (entering a VALID merchandise number - please note adobe - A VALID MERCHANDISE NUMBER).  I foolishly expected that E12 would now function - stupid boy that I am!
To start E12 I had to login to adobe with my user id - what the hell is that all about?  Upon searching the adobe forum I was advised to carry out a series pf steps on my system  - excuse me?
Let's lay this out (using small words for the benefit of adobe) - I legally purchased E12 - thereafter I installed E12 on my computer - it then works (NOT BLOODY LIKELY!).  I was in a loop where I was required to login using my adobe id - then RE-input my E12 serial number - well...NO MORE.
I have now deleted both E7 and E12 from both my computers.  I regret ever purchasing them, stuff the money,I now couldn't care less about it!.  I have also deleted adobe reader (and ANY other files on the computers relating to adobe, or adobe software,
Please now, as a final act DELETE my account, my adobe id and make sure you retain NO information relating to myself.
    Thank you
    John Keddilty

You are NOT talking to Adobe here - we are users who try to provide help to others.
So, we can't do anything with your account.
Just for your information, from version 12, it is necessary to sign in with your Adobe ID (and remain signed in) in order to activate that copy of elements. Signing out will deactivate that copy.

  • I can not register premiere elements 12

i have installed premiere elements 12 on my computer and it appears to have installed correctly. When I go to execute the file, it asks me to register the program and when I put in my adobe username and password, I get a continous hourglass circle and it is basically frozen. What can I do? I am running windows vista 64 and have been told this software is compatible with this operating system. Please help me!

Thanks for the replies. Sorry that the news is not better.
Yes, in a current thread, a user is having Premiere Elements 12 Sign In problems.
Unable to sign in to Premier 12 with valid adobe ID
Interestingly, you and Unable/lowengr have the program on Vista, you 64 bit, Unable/lowengr 32 bit.
On might be quick to think Premiere Elements 12 - Vista problem.
    However....
I have Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7 64 bit and Windows 8.1 64 bit. And, I dread the thought of having to uninstall
it since every time I have had to do that it was a major hassle at Sign In time. Success was found each time, but not without
a lot of troubleshooting as reflected in the blog posts cited.
If it would not jeopardize the timing for a product refund, you might consider trying to download and install the free tryout
of Premiere Elements 13 from Adobe to see how it fares with your Windows Vista 64 bit computer environment.
You realize that you are not using either 12 or 13 to its full potential in the Windows Vista 64 bit computer. In that operating system
it is only a 32 bit application and running in the 32 bit compatibility mode of the 64 bit system. Significant resource issues related to
getter a larger project done with resource demanding formats. Premiere Elements 12 and 13 Windows are 64 bit applications only when
    on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
    Please review and consider.
    Thank you.

The adobe website shows that I have a Premier Elements serial number. I sat for 2 hours on hold with adobe chat with no results.
I uninstalled the faulty program and swep the drive with a registry cleaner and reinstalled the program with the same problem.
    Running windows Vista
I installed the program on the C:drive adobe folder with all the other adobe programs and its there, but also there is a adobe Premier Elements 12  folder in "Customers" "Documents" is this normal.
The last time I had a instll problem was with Windows 3.0
    Tech support was better then.

Your new thread constitutes a duplicate of a very recent thread
    http://forums.adobe.com/message/5965135#5965135
Duplicate threads tend to be confusing for the person asking the question as well as the persons trying to help. I suspect a moderator should be along shortly to close this thread that we are in now and direct further replies to your issue to the original thread (link cited above).
For now I will continue here briefly.
    1. What happened with the idea to explore the Event Viewer for Error relating to what appears to me to be an product activation issue?
    2. Have you contacted Adobe via its Adobe Chat to resolve this issue? Adobe is the only one who can resolve an activation issue.
The link to use is the following:
    http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?product=premiere-elements&topic=signing-in-to-my-accou nt-or-registering-my-product
When the link opens, click on "I still need help." to bring up the Adobe Chat.
I have pre-set the topic for Serial Number Issues and Activating My Product.
In Premiere Elements 12 Help Menu/Sign In Sign Out constitutes Activation and Deactivation respectively. I cannot see that Adobe can interpret that any other way.
We will be watching for further developments.
    Thank you.

  • Premiere elements 12 log in problem

I have never heard of renaming the hosts file in a situation related to Premiere Elements 12 sign in problems.
Rather what is done is "resetting the host file" which is not the same as renaming it. In fact, you delete certain entries in it if they have been added to the default hosts file.
Please refer to the following Adobe document.
    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
Although the document does not mention Premiere Elements, it is often referred to by Adobe for Premiere Elements as well as other Adobe products in matters such as this..
What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? I will assume Window 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit for now.
The default host file looks like
Do you see anything listed under the last line #  ::1   localhost in the default host file in the screenshot?
You get to the host file via
    Local Disk C
    Windows
    System32
    Drivers
    etc
and in the etc Folder is the hosts file that you right click, select Open, select Notepad to bring up the hosts file Notepad document.
If you need to edit that hosts file, make a backup of it first.
Also, depending on how things go, you might want to check out my Premiere Elements sign in problem that I reported in my blog post

  • Signing a soap message seems to not work in jwsdp14

I'm trying to sign a soap message according to the latest oasis specifications (http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-soap-message-security-1.0.pdf) using the libraries provided with jwsdp14 (mainly xmlsec.jar).
As far as I know, there is not yet documention/example about this specific issue.
The following is the code I have to sign a soap message: it seems to work fine because the signed soap message respects the above specifications... but what I notice is that the digest and the signature values it contains are always the same, I mean: if i change the source soap message, the signed soap message in output is always the same!
    Any clue??

Quoting Farrukh's reply to this question on java.net -
I can share some examples of how I have used JWSDP 1.4 and XML DSIG API to sign and verify a "standalone" soap message with and without mime attachments.
Please see the following Utility class written for the freebXML Registry project [1] for an example of how to do what you seek:
    http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ebxmlrr/omar/src/java/org/freebxml/omar/common/security/SecurityUtil.java?view=markup
See methods signSOAPMessage(...), signPayload(...), verifySOAPMessage(...) and verifyPayloadSignature(...)
What you are trying to do is definitely doable and has been done with JWSDP 1.4. In my experience XML DSIG API met my needs very well.
    Best of luck.
