Hello my name is William I have, well HAD Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Elements 11 Now it is gone and i can not re-install the program because i do not have a vailed code any help would be great?

Photoshop Elements lost after a system crash

I purchased Elements in late 2011 and was using it until recently when my system crashed and I had to reinstall Windows. Do I need to purchase Elements again or is my serial number from the original purchase still valid if I want to download Elements again and re-install it?

What version of Photoshop Elements software are you using?

Yea, I did a backup via Photoshop as well as ZipCloud.
I cannot seem to be able to retrieve them on Photoshop for some strange reason.
Am now checking ZipCloud to try to retrieve.

Trying to import mini dv clip from Sony camcorder - how???

Trying to import mini dv clip from Sony camcorder (which I could do on my v.old copy of Premiere Elements - lost somewhere in the loft!) just discovered that this is no longer supported on v.13!!! Trying to find a work-around but the one explained isn't clear - please could you email an 'idiots guide' step-by-step how to import DV into v.13

Importing XML. Not working for me.

I've watched the InDesign/XML video now three or four times and I've tried to follow its steps diligently. But, I'm not having success. I created an InDesign template with all of the xml placeholder items in place. The structure at the left side of the screen looked proper. I opened the template, then, imported the xml. All of the imported elements lost any line endings and are crowded together at the top left of each business card. Can someone please help me with this?

OK, the screenshot doesn't really demonstrate the problem, but it gives some context.
It would help to both see the problem and to have Hidden Characters turned on (Cmd-Opt-I or Ctrl-Alt-I).
Are you actually using InData right now for this problem? Because if you're using straight-up InDesign, I'm not sure how you're going to get more than 1 business card on each layout without either custom scripting or Data Merge that doesn't do XML.
Do you have line breaks in your layout right now? I can't tell. I assume the problem is the first line becomes
{FullName}{Title}
instead of
{Fullname}
{Title}
If so, you just need a paragraph boundary between them -- either hit Return or shift-Return, depending on exactly what's supposed to happen.

Transforming XML source to (X)HTML StreamResult outputs long comment

Hi,
I'm using javax.xml.transform.* to transform XML data into an XHTML page. The XML data represents a document (contains information about headers, paragraphs, related pages, etc.) and an XSL file is used to properly transform that data into an XHTML compatible file. All transformations go just as they should, however, the XHTML output contains a very lenthy comment about elements and attributes concerning HTML. Obviously, I do not want this comment in my final output. As a side note: I'm using a StreamSource(File) for the XML data source, a StreamSource(File) for the XSL file and a StreamResult(HttpServletResponse.getOutputStream()) for the HTML output. I'm not sure wether the problem is with using a StreamResult directly (rather than a SAXResult), or because I'm outputting directly to the servlet output stream. All input and output is in UTF-8, and the HttpServletResponse has been configured using setCharacterEncoding("UTF-8") and setContentType("text/html").
Everything works fine, except I get this stinkin' long comment, which I want gone.

I have few textfields in the same form, one of the textfield

"position" and is not validated and i want to validate it
I want to know how can i write the validation in javascript
or VB script if
someone selects from the dropdown JOBS only the the position
textfield shud
be validated saying that
" you have selected the jobs from the drop down so pls fill

think, not
offFocus.
a.. blur - The input focus was lost.
b.. change - An element lost the focus since it was changed.
c.. focus - The input focus was obtained.
d.. reset - The user reset the object, usually a form.
e.. select - Some text is selected
f.. submit - The user submitted an object, usually a form.

Bonjour,
I wwrote a VI for time lapse using NI IMAQ 1394.
In some circumstances I get an error message :
(Hex OxBFF68002) Timeout
Error: -1074364414
This happens when I am recording an AVI at a rate of 1 image per 10 seconds for a period of an hour.
Can somebody explain me this error?

I have test your application, and they work fine, without problem, i have no error message.
I have test it in the same condition as you : record an AVI at a rate of 1 image per 10 seconds for a period of an hour.
After this, i have make another test, i have start the IMAQ acquisition and disconnect the IEE-1394 cable, with this i have the same error message : error -1074364414.
I think you have a problem with you cable, or the board, or the camera, one of this element lost the connection during the acquisition.

If you never bought the product then you cannot get the serial number.

IDVD 704 issues: chapters, save-as crashes, theme elements getting "lost"

I'm using iDVD 7.0.4 on a mid-2010 13" MBP with 6Gb of RAM, running OSX 10.6.5 . I created a new project, and applied an old theme I created in iDVD 5 or 6. The theme is basically empty, apart from a single backdrop image and a few font specifications. (I like things simple...)
I then imported a QT movie created with Final Cut Express HD 3.5.1 from 16:9 (anamorphic) PAL DV material. The movie contains about 9 chapter markers and was corrected back from 720x576 to 1024x576 in QuickTime Player 7.
The movie imported correctly, but chapter titles with accented characters were lost (issue 1)
Issue 2: Doing a Save-As of an open project provokes a crash - immediately if I use the keyboard shortcut, delayed if I use the menu. Yet it has worked a single time.
Issue 3: After finalising the project, I decided to do a final edit on the chapter title text colour. Impossible to consolidate that to disk: if I save a project changed in this manner, it will no longer open correctly. iDVD will complain about missing theme elements, and force the default theme on me.
I tried rebooting, but that didn't resolve issues 2 & 3 (didn't check issue 1 but that one seems a true bug or omission).
Any ideas? A quick peek on here didn't serve any similar stories, so am I the only one experiencing this?

I had read that downloaded purchases would be available for 3 years but, when I click onto the serial number of that order it isn't active. By clicking onto the link it should take me to the site where I can re download the elements 9 but, it doesn't do anything. Unfortunately calling Adobe did not help, they will not address any elements questions over the phone, there's a recording directing all elements questions to this forum. Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 LOST DISK

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 in March of last year.
I've purchased a new computer this week and need to reload the software but I've lost the disk.
Is there a way to get the license key out of the software installed on my old PC and download or purchase a second disk?
I think I may have to purchase the software again, but I live in hope!

It may be a long shot but if you copied the installer folder from the disk to some drive or external drive, then you can install the same build from there and the serial number will work.
But, for PSE 7, if you download the build from internet and enter the serial number which has been provided on the disk then it will NOT work.
A serial number which is present on disk will work only with the DVD build. The downloaded build needs different kind of serial number.

I would first go to your Adobe Account and make sure that all info in it was correct and then match up all S/N's with your records. If you find any problems, then make corrections.
If all matches, but does not work, contact Adobe and see if they still sell replacement DVD's for CS2. Adobe usually does, for a small price. Still, you will need your correct S/N, so you will probably be back on the phone to Adobe. When I once used them for a S/N problem, they were quick and did a perfect job.
