Elements 11 not letting me click share online button

I made an 8 minute video, and i want to upload it to youtube, but the share online button does not seem to work for some reason, I searched online and in support, but i am not able to find a solution for this. Any suggestions?

What is the computer operating system on which your Premiere Elements 11 is running?
When you hit Publish+Share/Online/ , do you ever get beyond that to see the choices of YouTube, Facebook, and Vimeo, each with its presets? Do you get any error message at that point or a message that the presets are being downloaded to Publish+Share/Online/?
Do you have an Internet connection and is it working? Have you looked at antivirus and firewalls settings as part of this issue?
As a workaround (in line with what nealeh has suggested), there is always exporting your Timeline content to a file saved to the computer hard drive and from there uploading that file to YouTube at the YouTube web site. For generating such a file, please check Publish+Share/Computer/AVCHD and the Presets: choices there for YouTube. Settings can be changed under the Advanced Button/Video and Audio Tabs of the preset selected.

My computer will not let me click on certain things, like toolbars in different programs.

Recently my computer started acting up. It will not let me click on certain buttons as well as my URL bar in Chrome, nor things like my toolbars in some Adobe Products, but not all of them. I don't know of any changes that have been made on the computer,
so it seems to just have started from no where. If I click around enough, it will fix itself, but it takes a while. I've rebooted numerous times and reinstalled my browser - even though the issue stems across multiple programs - to no success.
Also, upon restarting my computer, my menu bar at the bottom stays hidden until I ctrl+alt+del and bring up the task manager.
Any ideas on what the problem could be?

This issue doesn’t seem like a system problem.
Please change another mouse and PS2/USB port for good measure.
It’s also could be caused by the information in the CMOS getting corrupted, Check your motherboard manually for the position of the CMOS reset jumpers. Or you can unplug the power to your system and remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes.
Note: Remember to go into your bios afterwards and recheck all your settings. Don't forget to set the proper date and time there too. Otherwise you could run into some problems with windows when the date and time are behind that of the time
stamp on many of your files.

These are your options:
1. Restore the iPhoto library from the most recent backup that predates the issue.
          Advantages: Always works, if library damage is causing the problem and the backup is intact.
          Disadvantages: Impossible if you don't have a backup. All changes made since the backup are lost.
2. Repair or rebuild the library. Be sure to back it up first.
          Advantages: May solve the problem with no loss of data.
          Disadvantages: May fail. May take a long time if the library is large.
3. Scavenge the library with a third-party application called "iPhoto Library Manager," which you can find in a web search. From the application's menu bar (not the iPhoto menu bar), select Library ▹ Rebuild.
          Advantages: All images should be preserved.
          Disadvantages: All books, calendars, and slideshows will be lost.

There is a 3 inch section of the window that will not recognize the mouse. It will not let you click on the icons or screen in any way in this section under the address bar. It is only in firefox where this is a problem

In iPad’s Calendar application when I select “Calendars” it shows a list of all my email accounts and allows me to assign any event to any email account not just iCloud. How do I get the MacOS X Calendar to do the same?

Thank you for your advice. I followed your directions, but came up with the same results. However, I did discover that whenever I open up the iPhoto Library that is already existing on my MacBook a certain set of pictures shows up. But then when I open up the iPhoto Library from the Hard drive another set of pictures shows up. BUT not ALL of my pictures are showing up on the iPhoto Library from the hard drive. At least the last two years of pictures are not showing up?! Actually, it appears that all the pictures are there from when I started using iPhoto about 5 years ago up until around the time that I got my iMac desktop computer and started using that (2 years ago). I have noticed that more recent videos I have made are showing up in a folder on the hard drive, but will not appear when I open up iMovie?! Any ideas on how to access my pictures from the last 2 years off of the hard drive???

all of the sudden tonight firefox will not let me "click" to open tabs. also will not let me scroll the screen up on right side of screen. can scroll down, but not up.

My Apologies. The simplest way- write the following code in the action of the Submit button-

The exception message will be shown on top of the view.
You may like to use Message Area UI element and place it at the bottom of the WD4J view to show our exception message at the bottom of the view.
