Elements 11 Organiser no online services

Installed both Photoshop and Premiere Elements 11. On starting organiser I get message saying 'Online services not initiated. Re install...' i've done this twice (uninstalled and then reinstalled) but same message. Using Windows 7.

Please uninstall PSE from your machine. After uninstalling make sure to delete following folders (last folder mentioned in hierarchy) if present:
-C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Online Services
-C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Elements Organizer\10.0
While installing PSE10, right click on 'setup.exe' (located inside folder: PhotoshopElements) and select 'Run as Admin' and install PSE.

What computer operating system are you using? If Windows go to:
C:\Users\99jon\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Online Services
Inside the Online Services folder delete the Photoshop Elements 12.0.0 folder.
Re-launch Organizer and OLS should get recreated.
N.B substitute your user name for 99jon. If you can’t find AppData you may first need to enable the showing of hidden system files.
Follow these steps to display hidden files and folders.
Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.

Elements 8 will not initialize online services

I have just upgraded and installed Elements 8 I am running Windows 7. When I start the organizer it will not initialize online services preventing me from using Photomail. I have attempted using Adobe Email Client and also sending as an attachment, neither has been successful.

Can you describe more about what you mean by it not initializing online services?

I've been using Adobe products for very, very close to 30 years, and I have never hear of an "Adobe photo book service".

Why my photobook in elements 10 does not give me the online services sizes options?

I am using element 10 and my photobook does not give me the online service size options.It only give me the 8.5 x 11 local printing option. Does anyone know what can i do to get other size options?

Not able to see it for PSE 12 too.I think online service sizes are off from Adobe side as Adobe controls these. Let`s wait for some time and check again.

Elements 11 Online Services Unavailable

I have installed and reinstalled Elements 12 but keep getting the message, " Online services are unaivalable." DO I need them?

Are you doing one at a time and getting failure or are you hitting the All choice for the Content with the blue ban at its upper right corner?
Have you checked the following areas to determine if the problem is targeted at one type of Content?
Graphics Tab for Clip Arts
Tools Menu or Tools Tab for DVD Templates
Instant Movies Tab for Movie Themes
Title & Text Tab for Title Templates
Just trying to determine the specificity of the problem - All versus selected areas.
I have found that, at best, the Content download from within the project is a labored and slow process, depending on your Internet connection and Internet speed. Unfortunately there is no alternative since there is no more Content disc when you purchase the box product. But you can save the Online Folder (after download - completed version) to a USB Flash Drive (8 GB capacity) after the first program install so that you can use that for Content for the second install of Premiere Elements 11 on another computer or in the case where you need to uninstall reinstall Premiere Elements and its Content on one computer. The file size of the completed Online Folder is expected to be about 6 GB.

Elements 12 Online Services Unavailable

jetzt hat es geklappt!!
Also das Ändern des Landes in meinem Profil hat nix gebracht. Ich hab auf Deutschland geändert, die Bestellung eingegeben und am Ende kommt die Fehlermeldung, Land stimmt nicht. Genauso wenn ich auf Africa wechsel und die englische bestelle. Hat alles nicht geklappt.
Dann habe ich folgendes gemacht: ich habe mich von einem fremden Computer (von einem Deutschen, der zu besucht ist und mir seinen Laptop zur Verfügung gestellt hat) neu angemeldet, eine neue email adresse erstellt, eine neue AdobeID angelegt und siehe da, jetzt konnte ich über die deutsche AdobeSeite das deutsche Elements kaufen. Ich hab jetzt eine Seriennummer, mit der hab ich meine Testversion lizensiert. Alles Paletti!!

Photoshop Elements 8 Organiser crashes on startup

Hi,
I have had a stable installation of PE8 for over a year but today when I came to run the organiser it crashed immediately on startup and has resolutely continued to do so whatever I've tried.
I de-installed it (and Premiere Elements 8) and have reinstalled Photoshop E8 on its own but this has not fixed the poblem. I cannot append my email address to the crash report because, laughably, it believes the email address "[email protected]" is malformed. The crash reports your system is receiving will therefore have the email address "[email protected]" instead (assuming you have access to these reports).

Try renaming the folder "Elements Organizer" and "Online Services". These folder are present at C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe for Win 7.
After renaming these folders, application should launch without crashing. For Win XP they are present at correponding location for current user.

You should be able to launch without ols. Can you try directly from the application in the following location:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11
Double click on:
PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
Let us know if that works.
If not, try downloading the missing file from the following link (it says PSE10 but should work) and unzip the folder to extract the file and drag it into the assets folder.

If that doesn’t work I would suggest uninstalling via the control panel and installing from a fresh download. You can download the free trial from this link and then validate with your serial number.

I am getting an error when opening the organizer saying online services could not be initialized?

I just installed photoshop elements 11 on my Mac and am receiving an error when opening the organizer. It is stating that online services could not be initialized and that I need to reinstall. I tried that and it is still coming up. What do I do?

I have installed Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11 on my MAC and while the installation appears to have been successful I get the following error message every time I open the Organizer:
Online Services could not be initialized. Please reinstall. Or press OK to continue without online services.
Does anyone have suggestions for me?

A good Internet connection is essential, but, if you have that, have your tried to refresh the Online Services via Edit Menu/Preferences/Web Sharing (that is the Windows route).
I am not sure what the Premiere Elements Mac counterpart would be, but I would assume that it would be wherever the Premiere Elements Mac preferences are available.

Online services problem

I have already for some days problems with sharing video via Youtube. After a while message. On line services encountered a problem. I dont have this problem when I share via Vimeo.
How do I fix this problem with Adobe Premiere Elements 12? I have notified that others had same problem with previous versions. But I did not find a solution.

It is 5:29 pm Sunday March 23, 2014 where I am. At this moment the upload to YouTube failures to YouTube from within at least versions 10,11, and 12 remain the same...same Online Services error end result. The Vimeo upload from within Premiere Elements remains OK.
But, I do not know if I am detecting "work in progress" by the party or parties responsible for this situation/a ray of hope.
Prior to this moment, when I tried to start the YouTube feature by clicking on the Next button in the following screenshot, I would be left staring at the Next button
until the following Online Services error message appeared several seconds to a minute later.
But now, I can get beyond the Next button to get to the following before the Online Services error message appears.
Progress?
More news as it develops.

Where are you getting this message? In the organizer, the editor, or the welcome screen? If in the organizer, try going to the preferences>partner services and clicking the Refresh button.
If from the welcome screen, launch the editor from the applications folder and make a dock icon for that, and skip the welcome entirely. The visible file in applications>Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 is not the editor. You want this one:
The one at the top level is an alias for the welcome screen, which is best avoided.

Online Services Encounters and Error

Hello,
I'm running PE 12 and have successfully uploaded multiple videos to Vimeo this month, but the past two days I receive an error message "online services encountered and error. the service will now be terminated or paused if possible".
Is there an update or something I'm missing?

When you use Publish+Share/Social Websites/Vimeo, you bypass the steps of having to save your Timeline to a file and then upload that file to Vimeo at the Vimeo web site and your Vimeo account. Instead, the Timeline content is processed and uploaded to Vimeo from the program, using your Vimeo account.
With these longer times, check out the computer settings to assure that the computer does not go to sleep.
At this point, I can only speculate why the longer upload times
a. Vimeo problems - traffic or otherwise
b. Any chance that latest upload has some differences than earlier ones, effects applied such as Video Stablilizer
c. Generalized Internet Connection Problem
d. Any multitasking
e. Any pile up of Premiere Elements preview files, conformed audio, conformed video that might impact performance of Premiere Elements and computer
Do you still have any of the project.prels whose Timeline uploads were characterized by shorter upload times to Vimeo from Publish+Share/Social Websites/Vimeo. You could try the upload again for one of these projects.
If you exported this current Timeline to file and uploaded it at the Vimeo web site, is the expected upload time still 5 hours?
Please review the above and then we can decide what next.
