What computer operating system are you using with Premiere Elements 11? Is your Premiere Elements 11 installed successful? Is the issue that once installed, you cannot launch the program from the desktop icon?
Have you attempted to contact Adobe about this matter.

when it opens, click on "I still need help" to bring up the Adobe Chat pop up.
I am assuming that you have gone through the typical drills of latest version of QuickTime installed and running program under Run As Administrator or from User Account with Administrative Privileges.

When I start PS Elements 11 editor, I get this message: "This program can't start because MSVCRT10.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling this program to fix this problem."
When I try to dismiss the error dialogue box, the message reappears immediately and the program does not load. After dismissing the dialogue 8 or 10 or 12 times, the editor finally loads and everything works okay.
How may I solve this frustrating problem? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the program and that hasn't solved the issue. If I need to add a .dll file to my machine, where do I locate it and where do I place it on my computer?

William DriverUsing Holmesian deductive skills and Spadian investigative techniques, I discovered that the problem lay in a third party filter application. I determined that since the program gave me the error message when PSE 11 began its scan for filter plugins, then the problem might lie there. I removed the filter plugins from the program's 'Plugins' directory to a another folder and added them back one by one until I got the error message. Sure enough, I eventually located the faulty plugins and removed them. Now PSE 11 loads without a problem.

- Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.

Every time I open a pdf file which includes a javascript, a dialogue box pops up. I have a question why 'Do not show this message again' is not working even I checked on the checkbox. It should block the dialogue next time when I open the same pdf file but not working. What is the matter and how can I deal with it?
I am trying it on Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.2.1. Tried to fix Hex code, and also tried 'edit-preference-trust manager'. I focusing on Adobe registries but still couldn't fix the problem.

When I start iTunes, how do I get rid of the message "To use this machine for downloads, enter you Apple ID and password" which I now see twice since I downloaded the latest version of iTunes. Once is enough and no checkbox exists to say "do not show this message....."

I have problem when updating the latest version of Pro-X, I tried for several times, so I uninstall and re-install it. How to get back box : "Don't show this message again".
At some point, I have clicked "yes" on a box that said "Don't show this message again". It was by deleting tracks from iTunes library.

Photoshop Elements crashed on my MAC and gave me the suggestion to go to Help, then Updates to correct the problem. When I do this the update starts and then tells me to close Elements to continue. I close Elements and continue then get this message - PLEASE CLOSE THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS TO CONTINUE - ElementsAutoAnalyzer AND ElementsOrganizerRevelAgent. I have no idea how to close these applications and therefore I am not able to get the updates.
Applications>Utilities>Activity Monitor and you can kill them there.

My time machine always stops at some point... It always shows this message: "Time Machine Error. Unable to complete backup. An error occurred while copying files to the backup volume.
