Elements 12 Albums not syncing to revel

I had been previously using elements with ps. Everything was syncing perfectly back then. Was then forced to leave ps for revel. Since in elements 11 you can't link albums to revel I have stopped using revel. My album structure in revel matches my elements 11 structure though because of the previous ps app. Now that I saw that elements 12 syncs albums to revel I bought it and renewed my revel subscription. But now albums don't sync. Album photos don't upload to revel. The only way to upload is by checking to sync the entire catalogue. Then my pictures which are not in an album are uploaded. So clearly there is no link between my elements 12 albums and my revel account. So do I need to delete all my photos from revel and start from scratch???

Hi Simon,
I would like to understand what happens when you are logged into your Revel account through Organizer and drag/drop any album from local album to mobile album section. This is the way to mark a album to be uploaded to Revel.

Some albums not syncing

Hi everyone, have just got a macbook pro after my pc brokedown, i have transfered my itunes libary from my ipod using senuti but after re syncing my ipod to my itunes on my mac it wont sync some albums, i am not 100% sure because cant remember all the albums i bought from itunes but do think it is those albums not syncing, can anyone help please.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cant remember all the albums." Do the albums appear in iTunes?
If they do not appear in iTunes, they are not in your iTunes library. If they do not appear in your iTunes library, they will not get synced to you iPod, because the iPod is syncing to your iTunes library.
If they do appear in iTunes, but do not appear on the iPod after a sync, make sure you have the iPod set to +Sync music+ and +All songs and playlists+ (on the iPod's Music tab in iTunes).

ICloud photos in albums not syncing to iPad, iPhone. How to fix?

I have iPhoto '11, an iMac running Lion, an iPhone 4 and an iPad 1. The iPad and iPhone are both running iOS v5.0.1 .
My problem is that when I take photos on either device, and they go to Photo Stream, I can copy them to albums, but they will *not* sync into that album on iOS. There's 100 photos in one of my albums, 40 of those are iPhone photos or screencaps from my iPad. Only 60 photos make it onto my iOS devices. iTunes shows only that 60 photos - i.e, the photos that I imported into iPhoto, not the ones from Photo Stream.
Is there something I need to do to make this work, or is this a bug?

GarageBand can only sync from iPad to OS X, not the other way around.
You can, however, sync back to an iPad if the project was originally created on an iPad.
Some edits you did in OSX may not be seen on your iPad.
Opening an iPad-version in OS X is a bit awkward.
First, on your iPad tap and hold the file you want to send to iCloud.
As soon as the icon of your song starts to wiggle, tap Upload to iCloud.
In OS X go to File / iCloud / Import GarageBand for iOS
It can take some minutes before you can see your project.

Smrt album not syncing all photos to iPhone

I made a smart album today, and then chose to sync that smart album to my iPhone from iTunes. However, iTunes syncs only 5 photos. Aperture tells me there are 86 photos.
I figured the problem was that only 5 photos had previews generated. However, I have used the Update Preview function on 6 photos, as well as the Generate Preview function on 6 photos. However, iTunes still says there are only 5 photos in the smart album. (I chose 6 photos because in the best case for my test, I would get 6 new previews, while in the worst case I would get 1 new preview. In any case, I would get some new previews.)
When I use iPhoto to "Show Aperture Library", I see only 5 photos as well.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this smart album to sync? Am I on the right track with the previews?

Yes, other albums sync, although I have only 1 other album selected. The rest of the Aperture -> iPhone integration is done by iTunes's "All projects within the past x days" selection. Come to think of it, I'm not sure if they are all there... I will have to check that out.
Good suggestion, however, I'm pretty darn sure it doesn't have to do with the iPod Photo cache. I tested the Aperture sharing capability by looking at this smart album through iPhoto, and it (like iTunes) says only 5 photos are in the smart album. It's something to check when I get back to the mac, though.

Elements 12 Mobile Albums not uploading to Revel

I have three Mobile Albums in Elements 12 that I set up to upload to the free Revel service. They all uploaded photos for the first 30 days and then stopped (as expected). I am in a new month and when I log onto my Revel account (online) it states that I can upload 50 more photos, but it appears that the only way to upload is to use the Revel online app to manually select the 50 photos. My Mobile Albums inside of Elements 12 have hundreds of photos yet to be uploaded. How do I get Elements 12 to restart the uploading of 50 new photos from my Mobile Albums? Elements Revel Agent displays that "Your Revel Account is up to date" when I click on it.

Thanks you for responding to my question. My unlimited upload period ended
in January and that was the last time that a photo uploaded. I currently
have several hundred photos remaining in my Mobile Albums inside of
Elements 12 Organizer waiting to upload to Revel. I have stopped and
started the Adobe Revel Agent numerous times. Basically nothing happens.
I have also tried clicking on the Revel Agent icon. When I do this it
displays a message "Detecting Changes" and then a message telling me
everything is up to date.
When I log onto my Adobe Revel account online there is an option to add 50
photos, but it appears that I must manual select them from my hard drive
which bypasses the purpose of the Elements Organizer Mobile Albums.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Photoshop Elements 12 is not downloading my photos from my Revel Libraries. I have about 10 libraries and it is only downloading from one of them. Revel Agent just says "detecting Changes" for several hours now. How do yu get Photoshop Elements to view your other Libraries?

Have you got it working or it is still an issue for you?

Organizer not syncing with revel

I am using photoshop elements 12 organizer as well as revel on multiple computers and an ipad. Revel syncs perfectly across all devices including elements. Changes made in elements organizer though, do not. They used to, but have inexplicably stopped. New pics don't upload, additions to albums don't sync, tags don't either. What's going on?
Revel agent says checking for changes and sometimes says up to date. I've restarted the agent and the computer a gazillion times - nothing doing!

Everything was fine for me up til yesterday. All stopped syncing yesterday. Still not working today. So my pics from elements 12 no longer go to revel although it says everything is up to date.
From time to time I see that revel says it's uploading but it's actually not...

Photoshop Elements will not sync

When I first used my Apple TV, I selected some collections from Photoshop Elements to synch. This worked very well. Now when I go to the Photo tab, and select Photoshop Elements, none of my collections appear there. I can no longer sync any content. I tried reseting the Apple TV, it is still blank under Photoshop Elements. All other functions work fine. Any ideas on how to get it to find my collections?

Make sure that the Photoshop Elements files are the correct format. If they're not then you'll have to convert them.
The AppleTV accepts JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, PNG. No other ones.

Photo albums not syncing correctly

I recently got the iPad 2 and have been setting things up and syncing everything to it tonight.
My photo albums aren't syncing for some reason. I have a specific folder in my photos called "iPad" which contains subfolders with all the photos organized in them but when I sync them to the iPad, there's only 1 album with the several hundred photos and I can't figure out why.
I have my photos organized the same way for my iPhone.... a separate folder called "iPhone" with subfolders and the iPhone syncs the subfolders with no problems at all.
Can someone help with this problem? Am I missing something or is anyone else having this issue syncing the subfolders in the album as well???

I've since determined that the problem is not isolated to iTunes, and in fact the problem lies with iPhoto. As such, I've posted a new question within the iPhoto area:

Albums not syncing correctly in iOS 7

I have an iPad Air running iOS 7.0.4 and an iPod touch 5th generation running iOS 7.0.4 and have this problem on both. I have purchsed songs from various albums on iTunes, then bought other tracks from the same album on Amazon MP3 or bought the phsical cd. When I combine them in iTunes, everything is fine.
I'll use The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) as the exmple here. As you see, I have bought three songs. I bought Atlas when It was released as a single on iTunes, then I bought Elastic Heart when the album was released on the iTunes store as well. I bought We Remain on Amazon MP3. All three songs are from this album, I have edited all the info, including the "Sort By" boxes.
Now, when I sync them to my iPad and iPod, it splits the album as If I did nothing.
The odd thing is that they both sync to the same iTunes, I have the same sync settings (sync entire library), yet they sync differently to each device as you can see in the above screenshots.
If someone can help me fix this, or if someone else can confirm I'm not the only one with this bug, I'd appreciate it. It's been annoying me since iOS 7.0 and after four minor bug updates, I'm feeling like Apple completely gave up on the music app. Not going to lie here, it's so ugly and impractical on the iPad. I miss the old album view, when It looked like the one in iTunes. Made a lot more sense for the large screen...

I had exactly the same issue, and ghost tracks were appearing on my phone that were not on itunes. On your phone, tap settings->Music->Show all music (turn off)
Then go back to your Music icon on your phone and voila

IPhoto albums not syncing from computer to iPhone

I can't sync selected albums from iPhoto on my Mac to my iPhone.
First I connect the iphone to the Mac, then select certain albums under Photo on the iPhone.
It goes through the entire sync process, which takes several minutes; however, the selected albums do not appear on the iPhone.

You are still under Snow Leopard, and basically iCloud is not supported.
Are we talking about iCloud calendar, or Gmail calendar ?
In any case, I would advice you 2 things :
1 - update to 10.6.8

Smart albums not syncing to my iPad?

(This may be the wrong forum. Happy to learn of a better one, if so!)
Setting up Photos on my Mac Mini went very smoothly, as did getting things into the iCloud photo library, and then out again on my iPad Air 2. But the smart albums I make heavy use of apparently didn't sync. Is there anything I should be doing to fix that?

As mentioned in my original post, they all display correctly when viewing iCloud.com via the browser. They are also syncing to and from there if I change things on either the laptop or the iphone. Syncing between those works perfectly well.

I don't know what I am doing wrong but for some reason I cannot format all of the songs from the same album to end up on the same album on my iPod.
