Elements 12 license not valid

I purchased Elements 12 for Mac via the Adobe site from a Mac, however the license that was sent to me says Windows, and doesn't work on my download. I've rechecked the purchase process and it shows me as purchasing the Mac version, so I don't know why I got a Windows license. When I attempt to enter the Windows lincese, I get a not valid error. How do I resolve this issue?

1. Modify Registry and add "Keycode" under \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\default\WebIntelligence\RichClient
2. Add PRODUCT_ENABLE as DWORD Value and edit the data as "3"
3. Restart Web service (i.e. default Apache Tomcat ) and Server Intelligence Agent

"License Not Valid" Error on BOE XI 3.1 for Web-Intelligence

Hey Everyone,
This has been going on for sometime now. I downloaded the trial version ( BOE ) and installed the temSporary key in it. Now when I go to Infoview it doesn't show the option for Web-Intelligence document. So I went over to Rich Client and tried to log in. Now it gives me the error "License not Valid".
The weird part is I can log into the Designer, DeskI , CMC , and it works perfectly, the only problems I'm getting are in WebI. I've tried doing a clean sweep and still it doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you run the following query in Query Builder and check whether SI_ENABLE_WEBI is true ?
SELECT SI_SYSTEM_INFO FROM CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE SI_ID = 4
Also, have you tried using a different temporary key?

CS3 license not valid

I I am having the same problem!
I've bought a new Mac and uninstalled CS$ from that system. Now on the new Mac, I keep getting Licence not Valid messages. I have tried enetringthe original lic from the CS3 design Premium and with the hope that I can then enter my licence for CS4 Upgrade, which I have here. All licences are proper purchased legal licences.
Trying to get help is a joke and totally unproductive. Ay help from a real person would be appreciated.

Hi Jeff, Sorry for not responding sooner, I've been out of the office for a few days. This is the ,message I am getting:
I have owned official copies of the various Adobe programmes since the 90's then got CS3 Design Premium and then followed up with CS4 upgrade. So I have the boxes and the serial numbers on the backs of the cases. I've tried entering both the original CS3 details and then tried the upgrade details and they both come back with the error message.
Re your comment regarding "registered serial numbers under my account, maybe this is the issue, but I'm pretty sure that I've never registered before and maybe that's the issue? But then why is this happening now?

Got an upgrade to cs4 from Elements. Is Elements' license still valid?

I'm waiting on shipment of an upsell of CS4 from Elements 6.
In the meantime, I was wondering if the upgrade would render my Elements 6 license invalid, or if I can in fact use Elements as well (on the same computer). I tried a search, and after a long wait did not find an answer to this, so I apologize if this has been beaten to death.

I'm really at home with CS4 trial actually, I'm not concerned with the learning curve.
From GIMP, the few seconds to locate the new menu items... Perspective clone/Vanishing point, Liquid Rescale/Content-aware scaling, iWarp/Liquefy, etc were made up for with a more workable interface for the most part.
On the other hand, I can see me not wanting to invest much time in taking someone's ex-wife out of the beach photo, etc. I'm thinking maybe Elements has its use. It'd be nice.
I’m an Elements ignoramus because it's simply a product I'd normally not bother with for image editting. GIMP and PS are my only options, none of the midrange tools cut it.
If it's a nice replacement for iPhoto on the Mac, and is more robust and can kick someone off a picture for me in a couple seconds, I could see it being of use.
Anyway it's real nice to finally have Photoshop and nice to be here.

But when i create the xml for the schema,it allows me to create elements with duplicate values for which the uniqueness is defined and also it is allowed to parse the xml correctly.I am using jaxb2.0 and jaxp2.0 to bind the xml and parse it. Well there's nothing wrong with your schema (I copyied it into XMLSpy and wasn't able to create two artifacts with the same name). My guess is that JAXB still does not support xsd:unqiue

VMWare Edition Netweaver 70 java & abap license not valid

i downloaded and started everything, server is up. After requesting new license for N4S i get a file but i can't install it with transaction SLICENSE (New License mode), it's still saying license wrong.
The Hardware key is J1226376836. What is the diffrence when VMWare ask me if the VM if moved or copied ? Does this change the Hardware key ?

I bought elements 13,after using well working trial version. After receiving serial no. i, however, is informed that the serial no is not valid. The trial works well on imac, but checking my product page i see the license no is for a windows version. So, in a few days my trial has run out and i can't use version i bought. In Elements 13, when trying to save, I get this message:Could not save a copy as "agb3_2014:09_054.tif" because the file name was not valid.

I use Nikon NX2 then save as a TIFF file then do final editing in Elements. With Elements 8, I could then save as a JPEG file and upload to Flickr. With Elements 13, I get this message and cannot save:
Could not save a copy as “agb3_2014:09_054.tif” because the file name was not valid.
I note the colon (:) in the file name. I did not place it there. It is some automatic save. Typically I save as 2014/09
It is probably some setting I need to adjust but I am stumped. All help is welcome.

Don't use the slash, either. Stick to no punctuation except dashes and underscores for safety's sake. Other punctuation usually has another meaning in code.

Im trying to register my Photoshop Elements 11 and it says my email is not valid

Hi - I bought PSE11 (upgrading from 6!) and installed it successfully.
I then got myself an apple ID on this website, using my email - and that was fine.
Now I'm trying to register the software (it keeps asking me to do so on load) but it says my email is not valid - despite it being the email I used here - ie my Apple ID email.
Is it because my site http://bullion.directory uses one of the many new gTLDs and older software like elements 11 doesn't believe the domain exists?
If so, should I set up ANOTHER ID using another email? Seems crazy...
Or is there a way to register directly within my apple ID on adobe.com and cut out the software altogether?

Thanks hatstead - I'd rather not change my ID email as we vowed to stop having 10s of different emails and passwords, but keep just 2 or 3 - and (idiotically) they are all @ this domain.
But maybe I'll have to set up a gmail one for this. I'd rather not use personal as it's a company purchase.
Is there a way of just registering a product from within my Apple ID, online?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 stopped working - says serial numbers are not valid.

I have had Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 for several years and use it daily. All of a sudden today, it would not open and showed me the screen to try the 30 free trial or to enter my serial number. I entered my serial number and it gives me a red X and then tells me that my serial number is not valid. I contacted customer support and he asked for my serial number and then told me he can't help with this issue and I need to look in these forums for a solution. Anyone have any ideas?? I'm wondering if I uninstall it and re-install it, if it will accept the serial number then, but I'm thinking I'll lose all the preferences I have set up and have to go through and tag all my pictures again - and I have thousands. Please help!! It would be nice if the company could help. :-(
