Elements 12 photoshop

I just brought elements 12 photoshop and it won't let me sign in. everytime I try to sign in it just goes back to the sign in screen.

Here is my chat with support. Fixed the issue right away.

How can this unsightly watermark be removed. It has severely hampered my timeline to start and finish this project. Why would a purchase software product purport to be a "trial" version?

This indicator will appear when you have not registered your product or typed in the serial number for the product.
Once you've added the serial number, any future products will not display this indicator.
To remove this this indicator from videos created before you added the serial number, you'll need to delete the rendered files.

Elements (photoshop

purchased elements - photoshop & premiere pro teachers edition in march 2014 after using free trial. Serial number of product was in error - wrong product serial number - and adobe eventually corrected this issue, I was given a new serial number and voila, the product worked. Now, everytime I open a photo or video on my computer the free trial version pops up and tells me the trial has expired, even though I put in the serial number of the valid product it does not work. I do have a working product on my computer but it is not the version that opens automatically. I have tried to delete the free trial but obviously had no success. what do i need to do to have adobe working properly as i am sure it is a great product.

There is no way to change the language in Palm Desktop that I am aware of once it is installed.
You may need to remove the current Palm desktop and then download an english version of PD.

I should think so because Adobe's generic license allows installation on two devices but you need to read the EULA (End User License Agreement for specifics). Why not just install it and see what happens.

If you purchased Premiere Elements 11 from Adobe or an authorized reseller, you should be able to take your disc to
your new computer and install the program with your purchased serial number. No need to contact Adobe unless
anything below applies to your situation.
If you purchased from a private party, then you would contact Adobe regarding transfer of license. If that is not the
case in your situation, you should not have to contact Adobe.
Transfer an Adobe product license
Adobe allows you to use the same purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of yours computers. If you try
to install that same purchased activated serial number on a 3rd computer, you will get a message from the program that
you cannot do that and that you would need to deactivate one of the other two to be able to install on this serial number this third computer.
The complication occurs if the purchased activated serial number is trapped on a broken computer so that you cannot get to Premiere Elements
on that computer to deactivate it. Then you should try to contact Adobe to help you in that type of situation.

Yes, feel free to uninstall and reinstall as many times as you feel necessary. However, this doesn't often fix problem (unless the install process didn't work in the first place or that files have become damaged or are missing since the install process).

Constant errors with Premiere Elements/Photoshop 7 - will upgrade to 9 help?

I currently have Premiere Elements 7 and Photoshop 7 on my computer. Both crash a lot, often with no error messages. I also cannot seem to backup my Photoshop files. I want to purchase and install Premiere Elements 9 (and Photoshop) but am worried about losing my existing images/video. I'm also concerned that I will have the same issues once I upgrade to version 9.
If I cannot backup these files, is it probable that I will lose them? Any advice is appreciated.

-and have you tried to RIGHT click the program Icon and then select

Your Firewall settings and brand of anti-virus are you running

-or the brand/model graphics chip if on the motherboard
-and the exact driver version for the above graphics card/chip
-and how much video memory you have on your graphics card
Brand/Model sound card, or sound "chip" name on Motherboard
-and the exact driver version for the above sound card/chip
Size(s) and configuration of your hard drive(s)... example below
-and how much FREE space is available on each drive (in Windows

Adobe Premiere Elements, Photoshop and Flash Player

All of my Adobe products suddenly stopped working. I reloaded Premiere Elements 8 to no avail. Photoshop will no longer bring up organizer, and I can't download the latest version of Flash Player. What's going on??? I have Windows 7.

I would approach this one program at a time.
Since this is the Premiere Elements Forum, let us start with trying to get that installed first.
What antivirus program do you have? If McAfee, let us know since recent updates of it have caused serious Premiere Elements problems.
Are just the Adobe programs affected by this issue? Are you getting error messages associated with your problems?
Deactivate, uninstall, and run the ccleaner through your computer (regular cleaning and registry cleaning parts) to get rid of any leftovers
from incomplete installs and reinstalls.

1. Make sure that you are running the computer from a User Account with Administrative Privileges.
2. Make sure that your video card/graphics card is up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card.
3. Make sure that you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on this computer.
Next reinstall Premiere Elements 8 with antivirus and firewalls turned Off.
Once installed, then install the Premiere Elements 8.0.1 Update from the opened project Help Menu/Update.
Make sure that you run Premiere Elements 8.0.1 with the automatic features of Background Rendering and AutoAnalzyer turned Off.
Let us see the results of that.

Problem with text Element photoshop 9

Hello, When I type a text, nothing appears on the page or image. But I wrote the text on the layer. I read all the topic and saw several sitehelp, but nothing to make it still does not work.I use photoshop 9 native of my PC packard bel.

Are you using a very large image. Sometimes the text is there but is hardly visible on a high resolution photo. Try increasing the font size. The dropdown menu shows a maximum size of 72 but you can type any value manually into the box. Try 100 or 150 and see if that works.

Adobe Actions in Photoshop elements

I have recently acquired a program that was originally designed on Adobe Photoshop.
I am using Adobe Photoshop Elements, bot most features are included
One difference is that Photosop Element does not have an 'action button' to load the action script.
However, I have copied these in manually
Action Taken
a) Installed graphic program into c:\Program Files\graphic program
b) Opened the Action Script Folder and copied all the Action Scripts files
c) c:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\presets\Photoshop Actions\
d) Pasted all the action scripts that I copied from the Action Script Folder
So Far So Good
Opened Photoshop Elements : They have a file browser button. From here I can browse to :-
c:\program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\presets\Photoshop Actions\
But I cannot load any templates or activate the program
Can anyone advise on this please

I am using Photoshop Elements 2.0 and the third party program in question is "eCoverGo"

As mentioned it was designed for Adobe Photoshop and required all the files to be placed in the photoshop action folder.
Photoshop Elements does not have an action feature, but I followed their procedure and copied all the files into the Elements/photoshop actions folder OK. But there is no way to load these files into Photoshop Elements.
I have asked how they activate these files in photoshop, and received the following
"copy the shortcut into the relevant directory (depending on which version of Photoshop), then I go to the actions window and select the action.
Select the first step and press the play button, modify the image created, and then run step 2 and step 3.
I can also double click an action in its folder and it will open in Photoshop."
The problem is' Photoshop Elements does not have an 'Actions Window' and the second is, after double clicking on an action in it's folder, Photoshop opens and I'm back to square one!!"
I realise that I may be whistling in the Wind, and no way take the program developer to task, because it has been designed for Adobe Photoshop and not Photshop Elements.
And it defeats the whole exercise by purchasing Adobe Photoshop for the sake of getting a low budget program to work, when Photoshop Elements suit my requirements at the moment
