Elements 7 problem creating greetings cards help

Hi has anyone had trouble getting elements to create greetings cards, on my friends 6 version she clicks on create then on more options greetings cards then some templates come up & away you go. I tried on 7 it says greetings cards but when I click on it just goes to editor no templates anyone got any ideas please new to this so nothing to complicated I hope Cheers Jan

Try deleting Editor's prefernces file to see if anything is of help. You can do this by -
Start PSE to get to the Welcome screen. Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, and Shift keys and click Edit. Keep holding down the keys until you see a window asking “Delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements Settings File?” Click Yes.
This would reset the preferences and should be of help.

Photoshop Elements 10 - Create Greetings Card

I have just loaded Elements 10 and when first going to create a Greetings card I get Options for paper size to Print Locally, Kodak and ShutterFly.
Choose Print Locally and save the file amd close PSE10.
When reopening PSE10 and Creating a new Greetings card, the Kadak and Shutterfly options are no longer available!
Do I have an issue with my copy of PSE10?

I am not sure whether this is issue with your machine or may be your PSE10 is not correcty installed.
you can do two thngs .....
1. Relaunch you PSE10 with hliding Shift+Alt+Control key combination on you window machine (command+Option+Shift for MAC) untill you get following window
DELETE SETTINGS AND USE IT AGAIN.
2. If still the prob;em persist reinstall the application.

A problem creating a Search Help against domain table dd07v...

At present I use FM DDIF_DOMA_GET to retrieve the Domain Values for a given field/domain. I then populate a drop-down list box with these values and use in a conventional dynpro.
However, what I would like to do is create a search help against the field characteristics which access table dd07v and retrieve the values for the domain. I'm stuck on the search help part because I don't know how to define the domain name within the search help so that the correct dd07v values are retrieved..
Do you think this is possible, or should I give up now.?.

Problem resolved. You can hard code values, like the domain name within the search help.
Although I have found that if you don't use a search help and you have domain values then your drop-down list values will be automatically populated from the domain values for the field. At least in my dynpro it does.

Elements 11 problem

computer notice comes up saying "Display driver has stopped responding but has been recovered............then the editor viewing frame freezes but sound keeps going.............then entire program stops.............once whole software deleted! PAID to have it retrieved!   Now it reloads but i lose the new work. Frustrating..........................has worked ok for 2 years,although i would like to push the contrast/bright/light effects further..............
if anyone knows reasonably priced better edit software i would be interested! any thoughts?

thanks v much ............saw computer guy today and he sent me in the device manager direction but without all the detail u mention............I may forward your email to him..............
also there was a note from Dell to do a system check up which I did but then it said overall result-not supported/system tests not successfully completed...........says to shut down and try again but now I can't see where to activate test!(icon is gone)
also found an Adobe/elements 11 update device and that is currently being processed............
seems like we may be heading in a good direction...............

Thanks for the reply and the information that your Premiere Elements 11 is running on Windows 8 (presumed 64 bit) computer.
Because you come with a display issue, the first line of troubleshooting is targeted at the video card/graphics card that the computer uses.
This information can be found in the computer under the Device Manager/Display Adapters. And then you tell us what is listed under Display Adapters...you may find one or two names listed. Please report what you find.
In Windows 8, one way to Display Adapters listing
a. From the Metro App Screen, type Control Panel in the Search that appears to the right of the screen, and then click on Control Panel in list below.
b. In Control Panel, click on the header "Hardware and Sound"
c. Under Device and Printers, click on the Device Manager choice
d. In the Device Manager, open the Display Adapters category to find your video card/graphics card information.
There may be a keyboard shortcut to Control Panel (I know it is there in 8.1 64 bit)...Windows Key + X and selecting Control Panel from pop up at right of the screen. You can be in the Desktop App or in the Metro Screen when you do the Windows Key + X.
Once we know that, we will ask you to go to the web site of the manufacturer of the card and determine if you have the latest version of the card's driver installed.
If all this is going to be too much for you to handle, then it might be a good idea to consult with the people who installed your Premiere Elements 11 for you.
We will try to walk you through whatever we can.
Please let us know how you wish to proceed.

Were the VISA and MasterCard issued to you by a bank in the country where you reside and do they have a verifiable billing address in the same country?
Or are these debit cards that you bought in a local store. Apple does not accept debit cards that you bought.

Problems in elements 11 to create

I entered previously a problem with creating greeting cards, I did get a reply to my question, and try the fix, but it did not work.
I bought ps elements 11 and I own the installation cd, but I validated the trial version that was already installed in my computer, I suspect that may be that not all the files, are there, and that is why the fix is not working, Is it possible to use the cd to reinstall the program, to see if that will solve the problem, once all the files are properly installed.I hav windows 8 as my o.s

If you have the Installer CD/DVD then uninstall the PSE from control panel and you can reinstall it.

There's been a few of these today. I think there must be a problem with the redemption server and you probably just need to wait a while and try again.

How to create greeting cards in elements 7

I need to know how to create greeting cards that would fit with this layout I attached this one below. I am new to this so learning how this works.

I have also used their greeting cards and envelopes and have always been satisfied with their products.
I don't know exactly what size your photo is but what I do is;
make a new document the size of the photo plus 1/4-inch all around for a border. Double this if the card is a half-fold card.
I add a new layer and use the pencil tool mark where to divide the card in half (where I will fold the card), and to mark the 1/4 inch border on the front. I use the grid (View>Grid). I make any more marks I might need. Just remember to keep it all on a new layer and turn it off before you print. Very annoying to print your card and see your markings!!
Since I want them to fit in an envelope, I use whatever size I need to fit and make the images fit the card.
I hope this has been of some help to you. I really enjoy making cards!

Some menu entries in the main menu bar are hidden if you use the mouse and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu (Bug 626825).
You can see the difference if you use Alt+F to open the File menu or Alt+B to open the Bookmarks menu and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by tapping Alt or by pressing F10.
* "Bookmark All Tabs" (Shift+Ctrl+D) no longer shows in the Bookmarks menu unless you open the Bookmarks menu via the keyboard (Alt + B).
* "Bookmark This Page" can be accessed via the right-click context menu of that browser page.
* "Bookmark All Tabs" can be accessed via the right-click context menu of a tab on the tab bar.

Problem creating Search help

Hi,
I am trying to create a search help for a Z table. I have just given the search help parameters and flagged the input and output parameters for these fields. However when i try to activate the searchhel it throws me an error sayin "Elementary search help without hit list is meaningless". Is this because this is a Z table with Z fields?

You can attach to data-element and to field in table/view definition (tab fields, select field and click on "search help" to change default attachment) - only useful if you want to get another search help that the default one attached to data-element. (look at [Help from the ABAP Dictionary|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/en/9f/dbaa5435c111d1829f0000e829fbfe/frameset.htm])
If you want that other fields be provided to the search help, define those as input/output parameters of the search help and don't forget to check ddic ref box in the definition of the dynpros.

HELP with Problem creating a page from a template Suggestions PLS.

Nadia was kind enough to give me step by step in creating a template the right way.
Problem is why won't it work?
1) I create a page exactily like I want the templete to look.
2) I save the child page as a template.
3) I go to FILE>NEW>Page from template, look at the template on the insert on the right and it is just as I would expect it to be. The update is checked on change. I say ok and what appears on screen is I have lost all my formatting. When I look at the code, creating a page from the template causes the process to change the location of (for instance) the background image gif file from ...images/background.gif to the full location name starting the string at the C:/ all the way to ...background.gif. Therefore, the created page from the template loses all of its formatting.
How do I fix this problem????

Okay, here I go again with this problem step by step.
1) Created a basic page that has a header, body and footer: www.goodimage.com and saved it as maintemp.html .
2) I saved maintemp.html in the normal place where all the html are stored because as I was creating the template it told me I needed to save the page I was working on. So I decided to store it as an html until as it was layed out. Then I went to FILE/SAVE AS TEMPLATE storing it as maintemp.dwt.
3) Then I created an edItable area called BODY.
4) Then I did a FILE/SAVE AS TEMPLATE or tried to. As part of this process it wants to know if I want to UPDATE LINKS. If I do then the links will reference the template folder (but it is the DW default - hmmm what do I do) When in doubt take the default. So I did.
5) So now I have a nice looking template called maintemp.dwt with one editablel region. So I feel pretty good until I suspect the next problem I have been fighting all along will appear. I select FILE/NEW PAGE FROM TEMPLATE and I see goodimage site, and my template called maintemp and a nice picture of it on the right screen part. Also update page when template changes is checked. Then I select to do the action.
6) Upcomes an unformatted screen caused by the links not being correct. I save the page as index.html to see if it will correct itself. I does not correct itself. So the index.html page is not formatted even after I closed down DW to see if that would help. It didn't. So I could go in and manually update the page but what a mess that would be.
7) So I will go back to create a page from the maintemp.html with the UPDATE LINKS turned off. Using maintemp.html to create a template just like in step 2). When UPDATE LINKS is not selected then the template falls apart and is unusable.
I HAVE WASTE ABOUT THREE DAYS ON THIS ONE PROBLEM AND I HAVE BUT A FEW MORE HOURS TO GET IT DONE. ONCE THIS WORKS IT WILL GO FAST. I AM TIRED OF BEING TIRED BUT MAYBE THAT IS CAUSING MY PROBLEM. ANYWAY, PLEASE HELP AS I AM AT A LOSE.

As for the activity: please call your credit card company immediately to report and question the activity. They can get in touch with the vendor (Apple). Calling the police will not be very helpful.

Using iDVD, I've no problem creating a slideshow, but I want to add three seperate sound files, in this case speeches I've got in iTunes. I want to create three individual buttons/sub menu to access them individually from the photos. Can anyone help

Using iDVD I've no problem creating a slideshow, but am having problems trying to add three seperate sound files in this case three speeches that I hold in iTunes. I want to be able to access them individually and seperately from the photo slideshow. Can anyone advise if this can be done and if it can, how I go about creating the seperate menu and buttons.

If you'd like to integrate the speeches with the slideshow, I'd do that in iMovie where you'll have more control over the timing. Use chapter markers at the beginning of each speech so the viewer can jump to a particular speech (note that chapter markers advance the viewer to a particular spot -- the viewer keeps watching the rest of the video until the end of everything or until they use the remote's menu button).
If you're just wanting the speeches to be on the DVD so people can listen to the speeches after seeing your slideshow, you could:
- use iDVD or iMovie to make a "slideshow" with just 1 image matching the length of a speech.
- create three submenus and use the speeches as menu music. Here's a (random) video on creating submenus:

WBS Elements not getting created in ECC Project System from CRM 7.0

Dear all,
We are trying to integrate SAP CRM 7.0 with SAP ECC-PS module. The objective is to bring in the marketing plan and elements data from the CRM system, and to create the corresponding WBS in project system. We have done most of the configuration as recommended by SAP in both the systems, and we see that the BDOCS are getting generated and sent to the ECC system. The following steps have been successfully completed:
1.       Set up the RFC connections between the two systems
2.       Selected the connection type as Middleware in CRM system.
3.       Installed the cProject Add on in CRM box.
4.       Created a project scenario (with project and network profiles) in the PS system and assigned the same in the CRM system.
5.       The Project Scenario in PS config has the same name as the Project Type in CRM config.
6.       Created and released the campaign ids being created in the CRM system.
As already mentioned, we can see that the BDOCS are coming to the ECC system and are getting stored in BDOC_TRACK table. However the issue is that the corresponding WBS elements are not getting generated in the ECC system. Is there anything that that we are missing in the ECC box which would trigger the WBS element creation?
Request you all to share your inputs which would be immensely beneficial for us in achieving this integration.

Some inputs related to our system,
We have upgrade from CRM 4.0 to CRM 7.0 SP07 and R/3 backend system is on 4.7 SP27, earlier we have completed the upgrade on sandbox without any issues which was upgrade to CRM 7.0 SP04 but with SP07 we are facing the problem of WBS Element not getting created in R/3.
