Elements 9, OpenGl not recognized on Radeon 5670

Can't use fancy transitions and Help, System Info inside Elements 9 says OpenGl is disabled

This is the latest video driver set as of today.
Any hardware/driver Gurus out there that know how to get Elements9 and Video card to make nice with each other????

Your talking about in the pse 9 organizer and the fullscreen mode
slideshow transition: 3d pixelate?
I guess the organizer uses a few open gl features, i was thinking about the pse 9 editor.
If you updated to the latest driver from ATI 11.3, try reverting back to 11.2

Elements 10 is not picking up my camcorder, however the computer shows it connected.

With flash memory, and USB connections, you will want to Copy your flash memory card's full folder structure to your internal HDD, and then use Get Media to Import (not Capture) the files into a Project. Capture is only for a tape-based camera, connected via FireWire/IEEE-1394a/iLink cable.

Elements/Premiere 10 not recognized on Mac

I am running a Mac OS X, Version 10.7.4. I purchased the disc version of Elements/Premiere 10 today at Future Shop and after I insert disc 1 of 5, nothing happens. I looked on Finder and see in Devices that it is there but I have no idea what to do next. Sorry if this is a repetitive question. Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm not a MAC person but I believe that Discs 1 & 2 are for Windows and Disc 3 is for MAC

WD Elements external drive-not recognized-can't reformat

Hi- my son bought a WD Elements 1T external drive which he would like to use on his G4 (733mhz) Mac but when he plugs it in (it's a USB 2.0 drive-he has the older USB driver but it 'should' be backwards compatible I thought...) it doesn't come up in the Finder and when he uses Disk Utility it says there is an input/output error. It works just fine on the newer Macs we have in the house. is there any hope that this WD drive will work on his Tiger machine? We have googled and googled and no luch there. He called WD technical support which was a waste of time. Thought I'd post here to see if we get get some help, Judy

No reason it shouldn't work, but if the G4 only has USB1.1 it'll take forever to do anything at all on it.
Did you try Formatting it on a newer Mac?
It also won't be bootable on the G4... and even USB2 is much slower than Firewire/400.

Just purchased Elements 11, but it is not recognizing my serial number when I'm installing it.

I just purchased Elements 11 from Best Buy. Got the serial number from the site after typing the redemption code. however, upon installing it, it is not recognizing the serial number. Tried to call Adobe but they charge you to get an answer. Ridiculous! I've been trying this for 3 hours now. I need help!!!! Why can't I talk to a live person???

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

What updates are you trying to download?
The last update was 9.0.3 - check by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Photoshop Elements
The last supported Camera raw is ACR 6.5 - check by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Plug-ins -> Camera Raw
Do you have a reason to update?

Canon 7D MRaw files are not recognized by PS Elements 8 on Mac OS X.
After I installed CR 5.6 I can see MRaw files in Bridge CS4, but the files still do not open in PS element 8
Can anything be done to fix this?

I found "Library\Application Support\Adobe\plugins\CS3 (or
CS4)\Fileformats". As it happens, the camera raw.plugin 5.6 was already
installed for CS4 but not for CS3, which I therefore proceeded to do. When I
tried to open a Canon 7D MRaw file in CS 4, PSE opened with the same error
message as before, i.e the file format was not recognized.
However, just for the fun of it I tired to open the same file from CS3 in
PSE 6 and it works! but with the warning that the ACR expires in Jan 2010, I
think
So, there is still something wrong with the CS4/PSE 8, but I think I like
PSE better so I am OK for now - although the irony is that the only reason I
bought PSE 8 was to be able to work on Canon 7D raw files.....

After some serious hunting I finally found a link for live chat (that hunting also included switching to Internet Explorer where I had been using Chrome; I don't know if that's what made the difference). I gave the person at chat my redemption code; soon they came back and told me they had validated the code.
I went to the code redemption page and put in the code, and AGAIN it came back invalid! A second visit to chat yielded a similar promise, but with instructions to go to my Adobe ID page and check for the serial number there, under Products and Plans. I went there, checked Products and Plans, and found no serial number.
I was borderline homicidal at this point.
Still on the ID page, out of desperation I clicked on the Other Products link, and there, FINALLY, I found the serial number. It worked when I ran the install program, and now PS 11 Elements is up and running on my computer.
I would compare getting a serial number to PS 11 Elements to trying to find the Ark of the Covenant, except that finding the Ark is a cinch by comparison. I'm sure the difficulties I encountered were not of your making, but were the result of some horrible brain farts of those above you. Thanks for your help.

Has anyone run into a problem with an insert or update server
behavior not recognizing form elements? I created the page and now
when I try to make any changes I get an error.
"Column 'sccb_comments' is mapped to a form element that does
not exist. Please map the column to an existing form element or set
its value to 'None'."
The problem is that the insert dialog box recognizes the
form, but not any of the elements in it.
I know that I need to upgrade to CS4, tell my director to
cough up the funds.

There must be something else happening on your page. But I
have no idea
what that might be. This should work. Sorry.

Anyone have any ideas? I've done everything according to the apple website, including uninstalling and reinstalling itunes.
itunes works fine, but I still have this problem. I have a windows vista 64bit PC.

Are they consistent (is it always the same files that work properly and the same ones that don't)?
Do analyze them with GSpot and post the images here. That will also answer Bill's question about audio formats.

That camera model is too new for your programs. Every camera has its own raw format and ACR must be updated to include the info for each new model as it comes out. The workaround would be to download the free Adobe DNG converter and use that to convert your ORFs to DNGs that your version of Camera Raw can read.

Can you just try to re-install pse. If you have downloaded it from any source, try to download it again and then re-install it.

Problem in SAP IP FOX Formula.
I have to copy the data from one cube to other.Both are planning cubes.
I have a customer master YL_AGG1 which has a Attribute YL_COMMU (Ref object of YN_COMMU).
Based on other dimensions I have to copy the data, where YL_COMMU is not equal to 'CAP'.
This is my formula which is giving error massage
