Elements 9 reloading
Hi all
I have Creative Cloud, but I am wanting to also have my Elements 9 running due to functions I want to still use.
I have downloaded the software, but for some reason it will not run.
Does anyone have any clues as to what it might be? Is is the Lightroom CC package doing it?
Would appreciate any help.
Need this to help somebody else with her study.

Not sure why you want to use PSE9 when PSE13 is already out since end September. However, to download the official trial version of PSE9 use this link:

Save the download in a temporary folder where you can remember and then with Windows Explorer/File Manager double click on the file and follow online instructions.
You need to select the Trial option unless you still have the serial number when you bought the product about 4 years ago.
Your question is very vague. It doesn't tell us what happens when you try to install it. Other Adobe products have nothing to do with PSE9. It should install on any systems from Windows XP to Windows 8.1 and Also on Apple Macs.

The requirement that I am working on is a webdynpro view with a map(any image). Let's say, a world map image should be displayed. ThanksHTML islands are not supported. The IFrame UI element reloads its content on every roundtrip (only fixed in latest 7.1 version). Maybe you can use Portal iViews and Portal eventing to integrate with Web Dynpro application.

I have created reports in Wal-Mart Retail Link. To run the report, you right click on the report and a pop-up comes up that allows you to modify, submit, delete or share this report. These options are hidden by another popup that gives the options to Back Forward Reload...Inspect Element (Q). It runs correctly when using Internet Explorer but not Firefox.

just installed PS 13 elements and loaded pictures into organizer. after using PS editor now organizer is not reloading. I keep getting error message saying organizer unexpectedly quit, do you want to reopen. When I click on it to reopen it doesn't and I get the same message again. I rebooted computer, still did it, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I am still getting the same error message. This is on Mac OS with yosemite. Any Ideas Please!!!

I purchased Adobe photoshop elements II and Adobe premiere elements II. They are both on one disc. My computer crasded and I had to reload Windows. I only have one serial number and it only works with photoshop II. The same serial number will not work for Premiere. I dont have any other serial numbers. What do I do???

I am getting a bit concerned about what is happening in your situation. Yesterday you posted your question in at least two different forums, one of them being here in the Premiere Elements Forum.
Don't Have Serial Number for Premiere, Only Photoshop?
Wherever you posted, the reply was to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. It is the only one who can sort out this matter for you.
In the thread cited above I offered to help you with the difficulties that you were having visualizing the Adobe Chat in its web page. I was waiting for your follow up on that in the above thread. Instead, I find your same question in a new Adobe Premiere Elements Forum thread this afternoon with no refer the prior threads or prior recommendations given you.
I will also mention again...when you buy the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundled in one packaging and with installation files for each on the same installation disc, each program has its own serial number. The Photoshop Elements serial number does not work for Premiere Elements and vice versa. The serial numbers are on labels on a box which houses the installation disc envelope(s). So, if you purchased both programs and found the Photoshop Elements serial number, then the Premiere Elements serial number should be in a label right underneath the label with the serial number for Photoshop Elements. I recall writing this in your yesterday's thread on this matter.

Premiere Elements 12 Project Assets panel will not drop. Reloaded software and problem persists.
My project assets panel went kaflooey. I've seen this question raised in other Premiere 12 forums, but never fixed. I removed and reloaded the software and the problem persists.

First try...deleting the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs.

and in the 12.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work, then delete the whole 12.0 Folder in which
the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives enabled so that you can
see the complete path cited.
If no success with the above, then...
With video or still in Documents and Premiere Elements opened to the Expert workspace, right click the computer taskbar and select Cascade Windows.
Then drag video or still from Documents into the Premiere Elements Expert workspace Timeline.
Does Project Assets pop open?

Question: Why will my Photoshop Elements 10 Software not reload on my computer?
I have been using Photoshop Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10 for some time now on my computer. Less than a month ago, i had a bad virus on my computer and had to take it to a Computer Tech shop to be repaired. They had to totally clean off the computer to eliminate the virus, it took two tries to get it clean.
I now can not get my software to reload. I put the disc in and the 'install' screen does not come up. How can i get it to reload? Any help? I do have the original box with the Serial Numbers ....but the screen to load and note them is not even coming up.
Please Advise?
AthenaI'm not real computer literate. Might you know where'd I would find it? There are 5 disks in the softwear, the first 3 are install files dependent on what Windows program is loaded. The last two say Content. Thanks for your help!

What OS are you on? If on Mac, go to //Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers/Uninstall Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. On Windows XP, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and find Photoshop Elements 9 on the list. If on Windows Vista/7, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and find Photoshop Elements 9 on the list.
Once you have uninstalled the software, reinstall using the disk.
If you are getting errors about authority, this would have to do with the user account you are currently logged in as. Make sure you are logged into an account that has full administrative privileges. -
During last year, I purchased Elements and Premeire Elements 12 online from Adobe. Want to reload both, but can't readily find serial number. How do I check the date products were purchased and where the serial number is?

Depends where and how you purchased them. I don't believe you can get the serial number / product key out of the software at all. If you bought from Adobe online you can log into your account and should be able to get them from there.
