I decided to start my PC from scratch (new hard drive, reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, then all software). ElementsAutoAnalyzer abends within a few minutes after rebooting the PC. How can I fix this?

Erica from Apple support: Your efforts to help on this subject are appreciated. However, during my wait for your supervisor, just when I stepped away from my desk for a moment you must have picked up your phone again. When I heard a noise (other than the hold music) I rushed back to my desk only to hear you hang up. When the phone rang and the ANI said "Apple support" I tried to pick up but you were gone by the time I got the button pressed.
Hopefully you'll see this note and leave a message on how to resolve this issue for me and the others from other similar questions posed on this forum.

However, I initially downloaded the CS5 suite digitally and I can't find out how I am able to perform a fresh install of InDesign. I am also having a similar issue. I used Adobe Lightroom and my whole display goes black. Even my laptop screen and the lights on the keyboard go black. I can still hear the fan running, so I assume it is just the display. This is my first Mac and I have had nothing but issues. I think I am going back to Windows after this.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entries, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -
My iPad2 now says that it is disabled, that is after i installed ios7, how can i fix this
I installed ios7 and thought it was an upgrade. When I tried to restart it, it asked for a passcode. I have not used the passcode thingy for over a year so i typed it in and after several tries it says that it is disabled. How can I fix this? I need help, I am now in the middle east and not near any Apple service center. I need my iPad.
I hope someone from Apple sees this and has a remedy. I have itunes on my PC but I have never backed up the ipad or even connected it to the PC.

Playbook shuts down after a few mintutes when streaming Video.. how can I fix this?
Hi There, new to this forum as I just purchased the Playbook 32GB. I really like this tablet and bought the micro HDMI cable so I could hook it up to my 1080p TV. Anyway, we're streaming video on the browser and after a few mintutes the Playbook screen starts to flicker and then turns black and disconnects from my wi-fi connection.
This is quite frustrating as we like the idea of streaming movies and dramas off the tablet to our TV and being able to enjoy it witout the tablet shutting down. I understand the shut down mode is to conserve the battery's power, but this even happens when the unit is plugged in. I understand this also happens when you download things for more than 5 mintutes as well as listen to music for longer then 5 mintutes the Playbook auto shutdowns.
Can this be resolved with an ap or software upgrade provided by BlackBerry? Any suggestions on how to fix this is much appreciated!

my podcasts only give me about 10 minutes of the program that i have downloaded and i don't know how to fix this, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Then you copy the media files from your Mac at work to removable media, take it home with you, and import the files to iTunes on your PC. The iPhone is not a data transfer device.

I recently got a refurbished MacBook Air from Apple. Whenever I FaceTime, my microphone stops working, and the person on the other end can't hear me. I end up having to FaceTime them on my iPod Touch, which can be a bit frustrating. Are there any solustions to this?
Why does that seem likely to be a hardware issue? How did you come to that conclusion? Do you know something about this issue that indicates that? (I realise that this might sound short and rude - I am not trying to be rude here - just to understand) My thought is that conventional troubleshooting would say that this is a software issue because it is fixed with a restart.
I also have this problem. The camera quits working after some time - I have not been able to make it stop working. Sometimes it is after I suspend the computer (close the lid) other times it still works.
All I know is that intermittently my camera stops working and it is a big pain to have to reboot whenever I am going have a video chat.
Anyone got any solutions, I'm not covered by applecare so would rather try and fix it myself if possible? -

We updated our computer a while back to 10.9.2, but once it was complete we no longer use excel or word as the files were missing for them, plus our epson printer wouldn't work, it said something like the files for this printer could not be found, we tried to reload the printer using the disc as the printer was less than a year old but the computer would not load it probably, I called epson and they replied that there was a problem with the update and has done something to the mac driver, has anyone else had a problem with this update? and can it be sorted
Don't use the CD--it is almost always out of date. Just add the printer using Print & Scan System Prefs and it should find the correct drivers.
If not, go to the Epson website and download the current ones.
If you need the bundled software that comes on the CD, download it from Epson.
What version of Office was it? 2004 won't run on any OS after 10.6. Office 2008 and 2011 will run.
However, it should not have deleted any of your Documents.
If it was Office 2008 or 2011, try reinstalling it. I've found that Microsoft products have a hard time with change. It's like when you remove the pagoda from a goldfish bowl. To the goldfish, the world around them has changed and they freak out. Sometimes you can calm down the Microsoft products by reinstalling them. -
Buttons after stop(); wont work; how can I FIX this
Buttons after stop code (vidPlayer.stop();) wont work.
I figured out the stop code needed to stop my videos from playing when you click another button, but with my stop code being on top of my "gotandStop("label")" my buttons doesn't perform that function. I take the vidPlayer.stop(); off the buttons the buttons work fine, but then my videos wont stop playing when I click another button. Help, how I can get my buttons back working and still stop my videos from continuely playing when another button is clicked.
