Eligible for Complete Package special offer?

I am trying to see if I am eligible for the special offer on the Complete Package. I had a monthly subscription to Illustrator for a couple of months earlier this year. Would this qualify as a previous purchase? I am trying to find the redemption code or serial number from this subscription, but I cannot locate it.

The Complete package is for CS (Creative Suite) customers who own any of the complete suites from CS3 thru CS6. A subscription to a single application is not a qualifying product under these circumstances.

Connection Charge for £29.99 Special Offer & Broad...

Hi Guys,
I have recently reconnected to BT by taking up a £30 connection charge offer.
The offer was to charge £30 (instead of £125) for installation if I took up an 18 month term and elected to make 10 billable calls (could be from my weekend allowance) per month.
At the same time I had BT Total Broadband setup also, at the moment I have not setup Broadband Talk so the HomeHub is just defaulting to land line calls when I dial out.
My question is, if I setup Broadband Talk, does anyone know if the calls I make through it are counted as part of the 10 per month I need to satisfy the offer conditions?
I'm just thinking that if I set it up, others in the house may well get confused by needing to dial 5 on the hub phone in order to get onto the land line, obviously if BBTalk calls count towards the 10 I need to make this wont be an issue.

Reading my way through that thread is a little frustrating as I try to see which people have similar issues and which responses may or may not apply to me. My problem is that when I try to switch plans or upgrade I'm not presented with the special offer of $29.99 for the complete plan. I'm only offered the $49.99 option - or the same option paid up front.
I wonder if there is a way to speak directly with someone at Adobe and get a specific answer to my circumstance?

Eligibility for "complete package for creative cloud" for CS3 or later version customer

I bought my CS5 design premium on Oct 12, 2012. I responded to the adobe promotion of complete package for CS3 or later version customer. After the scanning, it showed me that "We don't have any registered products associated with this Adobe ID". The serial number is posted in my account. I have no idea why it says I am not qualified.

If you bought an Education version, it does not qualify for a Cloud discount because you've already used a discount with the Education version

I have CS3 but am not eligible for complete special offer... why?

Like it says, I have a copy of CS3 design premium but when I enter my serial number it tells me I am not eligible. I paid full price, so why not?

What link are you using, and does it say that CS3 is supposed to qualify for a discounted subscription?

Paid for complete package but didnt get the complete set of tools

So i paid for this "Complete" subscrition to photoshop and its counterparts, where is my complete set of assets, resources, actions, brushes etc. It only downloads minimal packs and then wants me to pay for other tools...?

I purchased the adobe creative cloud subscription from the website. This was after I loss use to my cs5. That was bought by my grandmother for christmas before her passing. In 2011 I believe was the christmas. I have no idea where she purchased it. I did have a virus on my last computer that it was installed on so who know what happened to it. as far as assetts there seemed to be more functions in the cs5 version and if im just not finding these in the same place then can u tell me where they are. Things like dispersmant actions and such. The extra little special features that I see being sold on the store area

I'm a teacher and want to buy InDesign for my desktop which runs windows 7, I understand as am a teacher and eligible for at a special discount.

Despite the name, no version of InDesign runs "in the cloud". It is always a local app, running from your hard disk.
However, current versions are ONLY available in subscription and ALWAYS need to check the internet regularly.
At least, that is the retail position. An educational establishment should enquire about volume licensing and possible offline use.

I have been a Single app licensee for Illustrator CC for over a year now. Am I eligible for the Complete - Special offer Package ?
If so, How do I go about making the switch (my current monthly subscription amount Rs 1600 is the same as that of the Complete - Special Offer).

The special offer is for existing customers ( it Means who bought a creative suite CS3,CS4,CS5,CS5.5 ).
You can call your regional Adobe sales service and negotiate .

I already use the single app plan for indesign and am wanting to add photoshop too. Do I qualify for the special offer complete package plan for existing cs customers or not?

You can go for the Photography plan which includes both Photoshop and Lightroom as a bundle and it will cost you $9.99 a month.

Just to clarify - the complete special offer is available to customers with a registered CS3-CS6 individual product or Suite. However, education or volume licenses do not qualify.

CS5 serial number not recognised when upgrading to 'CS members Complete - Special Offer' on the cloud

I have CS5 premium membership, and would like to upgrade to the the cloud. My profile lists the serial numbers of this older software, but when I try to buy the "CS members Complete — Special Offer" it says I'm not eligible. Why am I not eligible? I'm using a Mac Book Pro. The old software is installed on my imac and I cannot access it now as it's in another county.

Yes it is, as I am having the same problem - was eligible for the Student/Teacher edition, now not and looking to upgrade to an Individual licence.
I talked to someone on Livechat yesterday about this and it ended with the person telling me if I called the sales number, rather than online, they would honour the upgrade.
When I called, the person on the phone said that this was not possible (and that there was no record of this commitment on my notes)...
It seems that there is no reward for loyalty or honesty... :-/

I found the site a little misleading when i was looking poking around and trying not to get tripped up on the small print.

When i chang the call package from the FREE weekend plan to the £$.99 per month anytime packege, the price doesn't change. Should the stated monthly cost not have increased/decreased depending on my selection?
I am guessing the calculator doesn't take into account that the anytime package is only free for the first three months and after that i would have a neat little surprise.

Requirements for Special Offer (CS3 Upgrade or Full Version?)

I'm thinking about upgrading from CS6 to Creative Cloud and have a question regarding the requirements for the special offer. On the website it says "Requires prior purchase of CS3 or later" and I'm wondering if I need a full version of CS or an upgrade? I have a Photoshop 6 (Full Version) and a "Design Standard CS3 Upgrade" - is this enought to qualify for the special offer?
That would also mean, I could sell my independet upgrade-packages of CS5 and CS6, since I would not have a need for them if I keep the CC-subscription.

Based on Dec9's comment, it sounds like an upgrade.
However, you state:

Did the seller furnish you with the "official" Adobe license transfers. There is paperwork involved, and did you get that? What does it say? Adobe makes it easy for a seller to transfer a license legally to another, and there is necessary paperwork involved. You should be, first able to see how Adobe noted the software, and if there is confusion, then will have something to use, when you contact Adobe C/S on licensing/Activation issues. Or, you'll have paperwork to use against the seller when you contact eBay.

If you cancel the offer in a year, you lose PS CC and LR CC in a year. But if you own LR5, you will still have LR5.

you pay for it up front, and they give you a rebate or $99, so if you buy a $99 printer from them (Epson Stylus NX430 Small-in-One Color Inkjet Printer $99.95) then the printer becomes free. You can not get this deal unless you also buy a mac with it.
