Eliminate prompt for Language Packs

I have used LiveCycle to design an excess of 40 dynamic and static forms. All of these function properly. Despite the forms being exclusively English, every end-user is prompted by Adobe Reader to download language packs for korean, japanese, chinese, etc. Is there anyway to prevent this error from the Designer or Acrobat controls prior to distribution. These forms NEVER need any language, but English.

If you are not connected to Internet, connect to Internet and follow procedures. Chances are that the target language should be downloaded to complete required task.

PDF prompts for language font addon?

I have a user that is using Acrobat 9 Standard, he receives a pdf from a vendor, edits the pdf using the typewriter tool, then saves the pdf and sends it out to appropriate users inside/outside our company. Prior to making the edits, the files opens normally w/out issues (using adobe reader). After he saves it and sends it out, vendors & user are saying that they are getting prompted to install a language font add-on. I've tested myself and gets the same prompt. One user could open the file but says it opens in Korean.
I've checked the language settings and all seems fine. (set to English)
Help please?

Not directly through acrobat (or from user's laptop) but the (attached) jpg shows nothing relating to language fonts (under adobe reader). The add-on is actually Adobe Reader X Font Packs - Korean. Not sure why this font pack would be needed to view edits made through typewriter in English. And the user is no longer around today for me to varify if its showing the same when he launches this file.

Language Pack for STVN 3.0

Hello everybody, how are you doing
Our customer needs to apply the Language Pack in his environment, running the STVN 3.0, but it seems not released yet...
As this note (1514564) said, it should be released in 2010 ("Language Pack will be made available in Q4/2010
"), but we cant still find it
Are we making a mistake or this Language Pack is really delayed?

thanks for your answer.
I just tried it and it kind of worked for the admin console which, however, became very unstable, especially with publishing. No pressure for this at the moment, so I think I'll wait for language pack.

Edit:The unstable behaviour resulted from an error made by me: instead of adding the language in the LangFields statement of English, I added another LangFields entry for the new language. It seems everthing's fine now. Thanks again, Luke.

Ie requires installation of language pack

I'm working on a website in flash, I published the swf and
uploaded it with the html to the server (
http://www.ashoresrealty.com).
When I try to access it with Internet Explorer 6.0 on a
machine a Windows XP with English alone it pop-ups a dialog box
that says that the Hebrew language pack needs to be installed, but
no Hebrew fonts are being used in the swf (even though I created
the website on a Windows XP computer that is Hebrew enabled).
How do I eliminate the Hebrew language pack dialog box the
appears?

Deployment of Turkish Language Pack using GPO shutdown script

Running the following command through cmd installs the desired language pack successfully on a client machine with Office 2010:

Ideally what I want to achieve at start up is to check for Office 2010, deploy Office 2010 if it's not already deployed, check for language pack, deploy language pack if it's not already deployed.

Puzzled by Language Pack option when configuring system
I am configuring a Thinkpad Edge E520 on the Canadian – English Lenovo online shopping site. I select the English version Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and the French Canadian keyboard.
There is also an option for Language Pack. I can choose between Publication - US English, or Publication – Canadian French
My questions are:
--- What’s the meaning of the word “Publication” in this context?
--- Assuming I want to have an English Windows interface, but use a French keyboard, what will selecting an English of French language pack change in the way I can use my notebook?
--- Will the French language pack allow me to change the Windows interface to French should I eventually want to?
--- Is there any point in selecting the English Language Pack if I already have selected the English version of Windows 7 Home Premium ?
--- Searching the web on this subject, I was under the impression that Language Packs are only available for Windows 7 Ultimate. Is there a special perk here to be able to get another language with Home Premium?

So this Language Pack choice relates to the documentation. That's probably why the word "publication" is in there. So this is a non-issue.
It's not unusual here in Canada to use a french or bilingual keyboard with an english version of Windows (those keyboards are supported in Windows). They make it easier to use special characters such as ç à è é ù that have to be used when writing in french. Canada is a bilingual country.
I could use a french O/S, but all my references are in english, which makes it easier to work with an english O/S.
Actually, the possibility of matching an english O/S with a french keyboard is an additional reason to go with Lenovo. Not all vendors offer this: Toshiba does, but not Dell.

Welsh Language Pack for SharePoint 2013

Are there any plans to provide a Welsh Language pack for SharePoint 2013? There was one for 2007 and 2010 but Welsh is not on the list for 2013 as far as I can see (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff463597.aspx).

it. They seem to think that the likely date for release will be Q2 2014, Hope this helps, it will be too late for us and we probably won't run our intranet bilingually as a result.

You have to download the official source code for version WRT54GL 4.30.9 form Linksys GPL center site and overwrite it with my files. I recommend moving / removing the official /release/src/router/www/cisco_wrt54g_m/ folder before overwriting it with my files.
It's my first that big translation, and my first GPL project hope someone finds it useful.
[I don't take any responsibility for the results of using this code/firmware. This said I honestly believe that it won't cause any harm , the firmware works just fine on my WRT54GL.]

I solved the below error by editing in registry:
Error:
A Setup failure previously occurred while installing the UnifiedMessaging role. Either run Setup again for just this role, or remove the role using Control Panel.
Solution:
Open regedit (Start -> run), navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14
Under each role, UnifiedMessagingRole, have a look for an action and watermark entry, Delete these 2 keys, and retry. it solve this error, and You can now run the installation again of your "UMLanguagePack.en-US". and its done and installed now.
After "UMLanguagePack.en-US" Installation, i tried to continue installation of Exchange Server 2010 SP3, but I faced the same first error in UM role setup as the below,
What can i Do? please help urgently.

Polish Language Pack for 6500 Slide Nokia

Greetings!
I am based in Great Britain and have purchased a Nokia 6500 Slide on a "Pay and Go" sim card on the 02 network in England for my Polish Girlfriend.
The phone only has some European languages and there is no option for the Polish Language. Is there any software/firmware or language packs that I can download to the phone? Any advice gratefully recieved.

We are into a critical issue. Need to urgently know where we can get Hebrew Language Pack for SAP 4.5b. Need to give access to users to logon in HE from the logon pad.
Do you know where can we find the files or transports to import for that?
Is anyone using bidi language (Arabic or Hebrew) on their systems for loggin onto sap version 4.5b.
If the language package cant be obtained do you know how we can switch on the RTL printing (Right Justified) printing for hebrew? At the moment it is printing hebrew but we cant seem to print it right justified.
Please reply at your earliest, lots of things are at stake.

Hi,
I want to download Portuguese language pack for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.
However on Oracle E-Delivery, I could not find any language pack for downloading (as it was available for OEBS 11i)
Is there any change in installing language pack on Oracle E-Business Suite 12/12.1 as compared to 11i.
Should i download complete Oracle E-Buisiness Suite installer by selecting the Portuguese language on first page of Oracle E-Delivery?
Please guide.

Where temp files for CRM 2001 language packs are stored?

Hi.
I noticed that language packs (and Rollup) installation take quite a lot of disk space.
I would make sure that all temp install files have been deleted properly.
Do you know where CRM install process stores them?

UPD: eventually, is there a way to change installation drive? My problem is that C drive is almost full, while I do have available space in D drive.

Hello Claudio,
When you install the Setup copies the Language Pack files to the correct locations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
By default, the Language Pack files are copied to drive:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM\LangPacks\<loc_ code>, where <loc_ code> is the locale code for the Language Pack that you are installing.
As far as the temp files are concerned, I suggest you to run a temp file cleaner to see if you can recover some disk space. I am not sure whether you can download them on to D Drive.

I don't know how to install the language packs for Dreamweaver CS5.5. I downloaded and ran the update (AdobePatchInstaller) but after that when I start the program and change the language, nothing happens.
