Elite black friday early Access

Hi,
I am wondering if I can bring other people with me to the black friday elite early access? I want to bring someone in with me to double check the quality of some TV's before buying them. Also if said person is allowed in, can they make purchases?

I hope the weather is better where you are than it is here in Minnesota.
As thymer mentioned, the Black Friday Early Access event for our Elite and Elite Plus members is held only on BestBuy.com. A member would need to have either Elite or Elite Plus status and have their My Best Buy™ account linked to their BestBuy.com account to participate.
We have had My Best Buy™ Private Shopping events in the past during the holiday season, which generally does allow for a plus one. Please periodically check the forum during the holiday season for special offer and event details, as I plan to post them to the forum once they have been made available.

Buying more than 3 games during special ElitePlus Black Friday early access event?

Hi there!
So here's my question.
I'd like to gift a bunch of games to various people and would probably also prefer just shipping it to them since I have expedited shipping as an Elite Plus.
I'm waiting for the early access event that's scheduled on 11/24 Monday to buy some games. A lot of my friends have similar wishlists.
These are my questions.
1. Is it truly "forbidden" to buy more than 3 copies of a single game for one console? Why? What if I want to buy more?
2. I heard that if I were to purchase a 4th or 5th copy of a game, the 20% would still apply, and then I risk getting my account banned. But what if I want to purchase a 4th or 5th game and not use the 20%...Would that be okay?
3. If it is, please show me how to access the Elite Plus event using my MyBestBuy account, and still not have the system use the 20% GCU discount, since it's tied into my account, and if I don't sign in, then I won't be able to access the event at all.
PLEASE HELP.

It looks like qualityman13 has things pretty well covered here, but to provide an official answer:
The 20% Gamers' Club Unlocked discount on new video game software is limited to three (3) copies per title per platform. If you wish to purchase more than three copies, then all copies beyond the third must be purchased at their full retail price.
Again, if you wish to purchase more than three copies of any given title, then all copies beyond the third must be purchased at their full retail price.
To access any of our online Elite/Elite Plus events, members must have their My Best Buy membership information tied to their BestBuy.com account. These offers are not available when checking out as a guest. Additionally, once linked, any applicable Elite/Elite Plus and GCU benefits are automatically applied to eligible purchases at the time of checkout.

TMNT DotS for PS3 Black Friday Deal?

I noticed that you offer Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Danger of the Ooze for XBox 360 and the 3DS for $14.99 for the Black Friday early access deal. Why isn't the Playstation 3 version also offered at that price?

Yeah when it comes to all the systems, Xboxs seems to be the one that is fully stocked. If you line up you'll probably get one. I don't see them having a shortage. While you're waiting in line though, try to bring something with internet access (like a phone). If you want to be 100% sure you can try to hit BB's site while you wait to snag one too.

Purchased item on Monday early access but charged full amount

Hi,
I purchased an item on Monday 11/24/14 during early access but after I checked out it charged my gift card the products full amount. I called in to customer service and they said it would take 48 hours for the funds to be put back on my gift card and it has been over that time. Is there any way to get this process done quicker so I can use those funds on a purchase this weekend?

Cannot order the Vizio liste din the early black friday event

I had it loaded in my cart and when i looged in to purchase after midnight it said ther was a problema nd the item was removed ,, when i try to re add it it keeps sayiong the same thing i have been trying since 1145 on multiple pcs and made sure i am sined into my elite plsu ... what gives ????

Guy with "VZ Corporate Source" at WPcentral says Lumia coming to VZ on Black Friday

So this guy is said that his source his saying VZ will have the it by black friday after AT&T has sold enough with their exclusivity deal. Instead of having to read the the whole thread, I am giving you the links to where he comes up and talks about it. Read the whole post. I'll quote some of the main points just for a head up.

Corporate contracts. Negotiates contracts and deployment for larger Verizon customers like Clearchannel, etc. He knows where Verizon is going because he's kept in the loop to prepare his big customers.
But expect a HUGE Black Friday Windows Phone push from Verizon with some crazy prices for those who want to go to a VZW store on that day, including early contract discounts and incentives to trade in iPhones and Android devices.

Just got info that Verizon will not likely get the 920 but a variation of it with a different number like the 820. I guess the frequencies between the two will be different. May be to prevent people from jumping between carriers with the phone - no idea

What I do know is that Verizon is also giving something to get it. They want it badly. A bunch of the corporate people were given a demonstration of the Lumia 920 by Nokia and they were apparently blown away by it. My source was not there to see it, but his boss was and the word was the VZW people felt this phone could be a game changer if marketed correctly between the NFC, wireless charging, the camera tech on it, and the mapping. Nokia showed them the JBL wireless charging speaker system too.

Look... You're yelling at one of the guys who is trying to provide information. That won't help you at all.
It is no secret that Verizon is one of the most anti-consumer companies out there, is it? Bing it. Verizon is anti-consumer, anti-phone manufacturer, anti-anyone who doesn't wear a Verizon name badge, and they're probably anti-half of THEM. Does it really surprise you that we can't get information out of them?
I have reached out to execs in the past as well as currently to try to make them realize that this is not constructive, but the reality is that Sprint has the best customer service in the industry, and at least in my area, the worst coverage. This is how you can treat people when you have them over a barrel. I can go to ATT, who has just as bad customer service, and if we end up not getting a 920 caliber device, I probably will, but I am still under contract for a couple more months for two of the three devices on my plan, so I will wait until they either expire or I decide I just don't want to wait any longer, then pay the ETF.
Until they open up, how about exercising some courtesy and being kind to those of us who ARE trying to pass along information to the rest of you. Otherwise, I'd rather you hunt ot down yourself.

Black Friday ps4 in stock???

I keep calling different best buys asking if they are going to have any ps4's on sale for Black Friday and they all give me a different answer. I would like to know to either wait in line on early Thursday morning or don't even bother because I don't want to make a 5 hour line and not come out with a ps4.

Since the PS4 (and Xbox One) are not featured in our Black Friday ad, there is no minimum number of product that each stores need to retain for Black Friday. This means that stores are not guaranteed to have stock of the PS4 (or Xbox One) when we open at 6pm on Thursday.

Black Friday DISCOUNT

I am planing to go visit some of the Best buy stores for the Black Friday. But this is my first time doing this. Anybody knows how this is working, and where I can find the informations what will be on sale and what will be the price . ? Is there any magazine ?

Excellent questions, and ones that will probably generate a lot of buzz the closer we get to Thanksgiving! Here's the basics:
Best Buy® stores will be open from 5:00am until 10:00pm on the day after Thanksgiving.
Many of the products advertised in the "Black Friday" flyer may be only offered in limited quantities.
Lines tend to form early, so be prepared!
In the past, Best Buy® has also offered various "doorbuster" promotions that are only valid for seven hours (from 5:00am until noon). For more information on this year's sale however, you'll need to check your local newspaper on Thanksgiving day.

As a current subscriber is it possible for me to switch my plan to the black friday deal pricing? I've only been on my plan for 2 months.

I purchased an individual InDesign subscription to the Cloud and downloaded InDesign CS6.
A few weeks later I see the 40% Black Friday discount for a one-year "full membership" subscription. So, I jumped on it.
The monthly fee for the "full membership" is $29.99 per month.
I would like to confirm that I Will Not be charged the individual subscription fee PLUS the discounted full membership fee.
Will the $29.99 per month be all that I pay?

Did you purchase the Creative Cloud membership without discontinuing the ID subscription? If so then you'll want to cancel the point product subscription to keep from getting billed for that. Adobe, as far as I know, won't automatically cancel an existing point product subscription when you purchase a Creative Cloud membership subscription.
