EM don´t display the instances(infrastructure and midtier)
Hi OTN Forum,
I have installed a box Linux RH AS with Oracle9iAS R2 infrastructure and midtier in the same box.
When I log in into EM with the user ias_admin the page don´t display the instances.
Any idea about this issue?

The development module displays images in ProPhoto RGB colour space, the library module (I assume that's Bibliothèque) displays images in Adobe RGB colour space.
If there's a difference, then one possibility is a colour management problem (faulty monitor profile). This could affect monochrome images, as it includes the tone curve. Is the monitor calibrated and profiled with a hardware tool (Spyder, Colormunki or similar)? If so, try recalibrating. If not, then see what default profile is set for the monitor. Control Panel (don't know what that is in French) -> Color Management. If nothing is set, you could try setting the default profile as sRGB (probably called "sRGB IEC61966-2.1"). If sRGB isn't shown, click Add... Does that make the two modules the same? It might make the picture worse, but if makes then the same, then you know it's a monitor profile problem. Try using Windows calibration (Colour management, Advanced tab), but better is to use a hardware tool.
Another problem could be that the Lightrroom previews are corrupt. Develop module renders each image as it's displayed, Library module renders the images to a jpeg preview, and stores the preview. The preview is rebuilt only when the Library module thinks the image has changed. So you could change the image in Develop, and see if the image then chagnes in Library module. If it doesn't change, something serious is wrong (protection issue on previews folder? Faulty Lightroom installation?). If it changes, but it's still different between Library and Develop, I'd suspect a colour management (monitor profile) problem.

I've had an Apple ID under an old email address. I have a new Apple ID under my current email. Is there a way to link or merge the two together? I don't remember the old password and that email address is no longer active. If I cannot link or merge the two, how can I activate the old ID on the new computer if that email account is no longer active?? Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!!

Format the cell for Date and Time, with both the Date part and the Time part displayed. Format the two parts as you wish, using the choices in the Inspector's menus.
The cell will update each time the table is recalculated.
(Description is for Numbers '09 (Mac), Numbers for iOS will be similar, but not necessarly identical in details.)

I have the 64bit version of itunes on windows 7. When I connect my iphone5 it says that I don't have the correct software and that I need to install itunes 64bit! And I can go no further! I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it makes no difference. I have no access to other computers so at the moment I don't have a backup for my iphone should anything go wrong.

It sounds like you have installed the 64 bit version of iTunes, but you continue to the get an error message that suggests to download the 64 bit version any time you connect your iPhone 5. I understand that you have already uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, but sometimes you may need to uninstall additional components related to iTunes to completely remove it from your system.
I recommend following the steps in this article to completely uninstall iTunes:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

Once you have completely uninstalled iTunes, you can download the 65 bit version of iTunes for Windows here:

Another possibility is in IT0003 "Payroll Status".. You can opt mention next month date "Run Payroll up to" & execute Off cycle payroll for that employee...

If it still it doesn't give you soln.. You may need to reverse the posting of that employee & change employment status.. Run Bonus & finally terminate the employee & do the posting.. -
I'm trying to display the current date and time on my iPad.

I have tried several ways to display the current date and time on my iPad. None work. Most things I try give me complier errors but the latest code compiles but won't display the correct time.

My iphone 5S is stuck on a screen displaying the itunes symbol and a charging cable. I tried connecting it to itunes and updating it to the new software, and backing it up but it keeps saying unknown error 4005, Also when I first tried backing up my phone on my computer it would begin the processes then half way through it would say IPHONE has been disconnected, now it won't recognize it or anything. what can i do? This is a brand new phone!!!

I was able to locate a support article for the error you mentioned. The following steps may help you get your device back to working order:
iOS: Restore errors 4005, 4013, and 4014 - Apple Support
You may see one of these messages if the device unexpectedly disconnects during the update or restore or iTunes couldn't tell the device to go to the restore state.
The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4005).

Try these steps to resolve the issue:
Install the latest version of iTunes.
Restart your computer.
Make sure your computer is up to date. If an update requires a restart, check for updates again after you restart.

Restore your device on another computer.
If you continue to see error 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your device,contact Apple for support.

somehow I messed up creating my hard cover book. I don't have the back cover and flap. How do I get it back?
What version of iPhoto are you running? Where are you seeing this lack of back cover and flap.
A first try fix is this: make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.

3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
If that doesn't help create a new book and see if the back cover and flap are in it. If so then it appears that your original book is damaged.
You can try rebuilding the library by launching iPhoto with the Option and Command keys held down and select the option to Repair the Database, option #3. If that fails rebuild again with option #4, Rebuild Database.
If that doesn't help then create a new book, verify that the back cover and flap is there and add the photos.
OT -
most times when I import photos from my desktop or dropbox to iPhoto, iPhoto will keep the title I created for the image as the display title under the image. but occasionally it displays the filename instead and I have to go back through and reenter the title in iPhoto. why the inconsistency? running OS 10.9.5 and using iPhoto 9.5.1
Try this: select one of the photos that are showing the wrong title and use the Photos ➙ Batch Change ➙ Title to File Name menu option.
See if that will put the name that you want under the thumbnail. -

Turn it off by holding home+ power button untill the screen goes black ( as soon as it goes black, release the buttons).. This might take some practice , so dont worry if on the first try your phone reboots and goes to itunes screen again.
Now, with your phone powered off, enter DFU mode:
Method 1)
Attach the phone to the pc
Turn the phone off
Hold power and home together for *exactly* 10 seconds
Release power but keep holding home until the pc beeps as a USB device is recognized.
Whilist in dfu mode, itunes will recognize the device and it will ask you if you wish to restore it. Simply click restore, and the restoring proces will begin.
This will hopefully fix your iphone.
