Email a Report -- No Contacts listed

When I schedule a report to be delivered via email, I don't get any Contacts listed in the listbox for recipients. How can I populate this listbox?

I discovered the answer. In the Control Center, Configuration, Asset Inventory Tab...All the way at the bottom select Action-Manage Email Addresses. There are two options. 1. using emails from an inventory scan??? 2. using a comma delimited file. I imported a comma delimited file in the format of firstname,middle,last,email address. Now my list box is populated!

Sorry, but Address Book does not allow you to select more than one email address to send to in a group. There's really no reason why people need multiple copies of a message, anyway; they have the option of forwarding email to another email address of theirs.

There is one thing to be careful about though when using the "Send Updates" feature in Address book to notify your contacts about address/contact info changes.
Addressbook will automatically include your personal vCard at the end of the email message that goes out to your list. I did not realize this at the time and it royally burned me. My default address card had a lot of extra personal information contained within it that I did not want people to see. There was no indication that the vCard would automatically be included nor any way to disable this feature just before sending the "update" email. As a result, my list received my private information and the only thing I could do was to send a new email to the list manually, minus the vCard attachment, requesting that they please delete the first email in favor of this new one. I'm hoping that most will disregard the vCard, though I fear the damage has been done.
I later discovered that the preferences now include a checkbox for enabling/disabling a "private me card", which allows you to control which content is included in your vCard information. This is handy now, but I wished the default had been to have vCards turned off / not included automatically, since it was a feature I didn't discover until AFTER my updates had been sent!

When sending email messages from iPhone,iMac, or iPad, email address automatically added to my contacts list on iPhone. How do I trace this down and stop this auto addition of email addresses to my contacts list?

I am not sure what generates the email address as a contact, be it the iPhone or iMac. I use iCloud to sync up my contacts/address book. This appears to happen when I am using Mac Mail on my iMac, but I have no clue where to begin to look to stop this auto addition. I have looked in Mail preferences on my iMac and in my iPhone settings, but have found nothing that "automatically add email address to contacts list".
Can anyone provide guidance? Web search has been fruitless ( I am guessing I am not using the right key words for my search).

Delete a contact. Go to the contact’s card, then tap Edit. Scroll down, then tap Delete Contact.

Contacts display first name, last name, except if there's email address then contact info is deleted (?) and email is displayed in contact list.

Confused on these procedures to post.
My contacts should list first name last name, however any contact with an email has info phone numbers and addresses deleted and the email address is displayed in contact list. I know how to change to last name first name but that doesn't help... Any suggestions? Should I delete all contacts and reacquire all through icloud? How?

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

iTunes doesn't just restore a phone to factory settings all by itself. You must have selected the incorrect button.
In any case, if there was a previous backup of your phone, you can restore your phone from this backup. Any new data you added to your phone since this backup is gone.
If you have no backup, then your data is gone.

Cant sent email to address in Contact list

Trying to send an email to A contant in my address book and I get a message "Cannot Send Email A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The recipient "Contact Name" was rejected by the server."
I did a test with an email address not in my contacts and it wen thru fine...
Any suggestions from the community would be great...

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

Go to Mail>New Message. Then click the person button (if you don't have this button right click on the top toolbar click customize and drag in address. Then press command A then press the To: button.

emails but do receive them in my Windows Live Hotmail. I can use my Windows Live hotmail completely through Internet Explorer..so it must not be hotmail itself. I also can not forward any emails.

Finally find some solution! (complicated)
First you have to move your contacts.cdb file from phone to PC (with filemanager it is in system/Data/contacts.cdb) or you can backup phone to memory card and open backup.arc with nbu explorer then export contacs.cdb to somethere on PC. Then you may try to export contacts by noki software (not freeware), or in my case it doesn't work- just open contacs.cdb with any text editor. Then there is a lot of manual work, you have to find telephone numbers,copy them and dial by your "broken" phone. Contact names will display while dialing, and save in dial history. You can write them and phone you just dialed. Hard work, bro, but this is contacts... Good luck.

Verizon email account is spamming my contacts list

At 5:03 AM on Tues. April 3, my verizon account sent a spam email out to my contacts list. A copy of one of the undeliverable messages that bounced back is below (I'm leaving the address in, because it's a dead address). These spam messages were sent while my computer was turned off, so apparently the Verizon server is the source.
Judging from a Google search and from this forum, the same thing is happening to many verizon email accounts, and the problem apparently is caused by someone hacking into the Verizon email servers. Any ideas on what a user can do to prevent / stop this from occuring?
I've already run virus scans and malware scans with several different products to make sure my computer is not the source. They all came up clean.

First off, change your password. If someone hacked Verizon servers then they would have changed your password. This is more than likely due to a dictionary attack which happens everyday. Keeping a secure password is the best step.
