Email account question

I have 3 email accounts set up on my 3G, Google, MobileMe and Earthlink. All work fine EXCEPT Earthlink. I'm almost positive my setting are correct because it has downloaded some emails and I have been able to send one. However, most of the time I get the message "Can Not Connect to Server, pop.mindspring.com." Does anyone else have Earthlink set up as a mail account and working properly? If so, I would love to get a tip as to what is wrong with my setup.

I have my mail client (Outlook) closed. I turn my PC off at night. Every morning I check my Earthlink email on the iPhone and nothing. Then I open Outlook and there are several emails that were sent to me over night. I just checked my iPhone and it had the message "Cannot Get Mail, the connection to the server pop.mindspring.com failed". As I said, I have several emails in my Inbox that it has downloaded when it synced over the last couple of days. That leads me to believe that it does work "sometime". I am a new iPhone owner so I don't know if this is just how it is or maybe something is wrong. On the Earthlink site it tell how to set up email complete with pictures so I'm pretty sure that I did it correctly. That's why I was wondering if there are any iPhone owners that Earthlink email works just fine for.

Email Account Question for Photoshop Elements 10 Organizer

I can create draft photo emails and email messages with attachments in Photoshop Elements 10 Organizer, but I cannot activate and send them apparently unless my client is Microsoft Outlook. I have two other email accounts that I want to use, but not Microsoft Outlook. I don't want yet another account. Why can't I establish my own preferred email client for this purpose? If I can, then how do I do it when no option is provided at least within the Organizer.

You should be able to configure your email client with Adobe Email Services in Organizer. Do you see Adobe Email Service in Edit >> Pref >> Sharing-

Multiple email accounts question

I have two email addresses associated with my website. So the outgoing and incoming servers are the same for both accounts. Right now I have created two separate accounts in Mail preferences.
The only differnece between the accounts is the email address. I even use the same password for both.
Is there a way to only have one account but mail retrieves for both addresses at once?

I have multiple domains and on each, there are multiple users. If I wish to check the mail at once for all possible names, it can be set up on the server. The way to do this is to establish one user name as the catch all email address.
For instance, set up [email protected] as the default email adress and delete the other one. Any mail coming in @yourdomain.com will go to [email protected] If I send an email to you at [email protected] it will come to you when you check the mail for [email protected]

New user needs help with Email account questions

Good day - I have been a 10-year user of Blackberrys (Curve, Bold, and earlier models). Just received a new Q10 for work. Enterprise Outlook synched up and I am getting all emails, calendar, and contact information as in the past. All good with this. Here are my questions I cannot find answers to anywhere:
1) How can I insert a "signature" with emails I compose from Q10?
2) How can I delete all emails on Q10, rather than one at a time?
3) How do I set the Q10 to only delete from phone and not network. In other words I only want to delete emails from the Q10 device and not my PC.

Go to Hub settings, then display and actions and drag down, you'll see the option 'delete'.

How can I access my iCloud email account when I don't remember the password and Apple won't accept the answer to my security question?

I set up an email account with " @me.com". I get a wrong password message when I try to log in. When I try to change my password I get an INcorrect answer message to the security question I'm asked my birth date so I know I have it right, unless I did a typo when I set up the account. When I choose email me the reset password lnk I cannot retrieve the email because it won't accept the password. I wanted to justemail Apple for instructions but cannot find an email address for that. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried that without any luck. I was hoping I could get Apple to reset it for me or delete the account so I could recreate it or at least tell me what is listed as my birth date, the security question answer.

Hello, my son who lives with my ex-wife has an itouch with facetime and imessage. His itouch is set up under my ex-wife's email account. I am aware and have been, that whenever he and I use imessage she receives all the messages on her iphone as well. My question is, can she view facetime conversations as well between my son and I on her iphone?

Not unless she is looking over his shoulder. Facetime call will be answered on one device and the other device cannot join in as far as I know

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

How can I reset my apple id security questions, if I have not set a rescue email account?

My new iPhone says "To help ensure the security of your Apple ID we require additional information." It then asks me for the answer to my security questions. Which I can not remember. I can log into iCloud and my apple ID, but can not change my security questions. A web search indicates that I should be able to send a security email to my rescue email account. Since this option does not appear on my accounts security question screen, it looks like I never setup a rescue email. How do I reset my security questions, or setup/change my rescue email account?
