EMAIL activity with 2 username

Hi' all,
I am working on Oracle SOA 11.1.1.5.0
I have a requirement where I need to send email from two different usernames,
inside the email activity we can only have single username, it like we get default
which is configured inside EM inside User Messaging Service>usermessagingdriver-email (soa_server1)
Can we have multiple users there and can we send emails from different usernames.
Is it possible to dynamically take username?

Hi,I am using email activity with attachment if i deployed application on linux server than i am not able to send any attachment from email .so to resolve this issue i have to disable payload validation on EM console so if i don't do that than I got following error in my BPEL.

Email accounts with same user id

Hi,
how can we create 2 different email accounts in different domains with the same user id's . When i try to create an email account with a username thats already exist it shows the message that, 'user already exist'
Is it not possible to create 2 different accounts with same user id ? please help me to solvwe this issue

She can't. She needs to setup her own AppleID and then create an iCloud account using that.
You can still continue to share your existing AppleID for iTunes and App Store purchases.

There is no out of the box dashboards available today. However, i have a number of customers who are doing this use case by themselves or through some SI/Oracle consulting.

hi
you can achieve this easily by creating a partner determination procedure in which you will be having more than one partner function having the function category as activity partner.
once you created the PDP just attach this to the transaction and then call the procedure when you are actually creating an activity.
for sending mail you can use FM
SO_SEND_MAIL_DOCUMENT_AP1
this is just one way
another way is which stephen suggests
you can use the personalised mail form functionality ,this is good in a way u neednt do any coding it will solve ur purpose in standard way.
another way is when you create campaign and when an inbound activity is created for the every survey response
this way you can send multiple mail and also for more than one or even n number of activity partners ,we can create the activity for the same

Is there a way to log in to a Secure Zone with an email address intead of username?

I want users to have the ability to login to a Secure Zone with which ever email address they used to sign up, not the username they created, as that is something they forget too often. Is this possible?

maybe you could have a secondary field to use email address instead of username and when the customer enters their email address you could use the new BC.Next features to query the CRM (module_data) to retrieve the username

Problem with Email Activity in BPEL

I am relatively new to BPEL, and I'm trying to add an Email Activity. My problem is this:
I can get the email to send, but I have to shut down the SOA Suite to make that happen.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. The messages do seem to be all accumulating until the shutdown until the suite is shut down.
I'm just beginning to play around with the Email activity, so I'm hard-coding all the parameters. We're currently using SOA Suite 10.1.3.1. I'm not using any attachments in the email, however, it seems that I can't turn the multi-part check box off. I un-check it, and apply, but when I go back into that screen, it's checked again.

Hi my parents iphone(4s) and my iphone(5c) were activated with the same email now when I get a text message(imessage) from a friend they also receive the message my friend sent, so how would I turn this off on their phone; because I dont want them to read what my friend is sending me?

Based on your description that both phones are receiving each other's messages, you may need to make sure that the phone numbers aren't both linked to the same Apple ID, and/or adjust which addresses the phones are set to send and receive messages from. I'm not recieving a appleID verification email..is Apple not sending it bc my phone isn't activated with a carrier?

I Reset my old iphone4s as a new device to let my son use it with his own AppleID for games. I'm not recieving the Apple ID verification email. I did get the email to my rescue email acct to verify the email acct I made for the new Apple ID. Is Apple now not sending the Apple ID verification bc my phone isn't activated with a carrier?
I've read to put my new iPhones SIM card in the old phone and plug into iTunes to activate it. It was a older Apple support article just wondering if that still how it works and will taking my SIM card out of my new 6 mess up anything?
Lastly, I haven't taken the SIM out of the 4s is that one not going to work to activated it bc I erased everything on the phone?

The easiest way to find out what carrier it's locked to would be to call the store where you purchased the phone.
The phone can be unlocked from any location. However, most carrier have restrictions about unlocking and you have to contact them for details.

Do you need a sim card and data plan inorder to create an email account on the E72? I don't have a sim in my e72 only wifi access most things seem to work such as sending/receiving email and surfing the internet. But can you NOT add a new email account with out a cellular data plan or sim card inserted?

Mail for Exchange and Lotus Traveler should work on WiFi, but the Nokia messaging accounts need Operator connection (at least for initial setup).

But when i try to set single address it works. So sounds like Oracle is not parsing before calling java api to set SetReplyTo([] Address) method.

I am getting the message that my email password and/or username is not correct. It is correct! I am the only one who cannot send or receive emails...I am the only one using a mac.

I took my computer and iPhone to the Apple store...4 hours later they said that couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Any suggestions???? I am also not able to log into the C-Panel...

Same here! Happened yesterday to me on New iPad and iPhone 4S. On iPad I managed to correct it by removing the account and activating it again as an Exchange account...I have mail and calendar OK!
On the iPhone nothing seems to work!
Facts:
1. everything worked perfectly for years!
2. I have the 2-step authentication deactivated on my google account so it cannot be this one.
3. On desktop everything works just fine, on iPad everything is OK with Exchange account added (after Google removed support for Exchange account access I CAN ONLY HAVE ONE DEVICE with Google Exchange account, so doing the same on the iPhone does not work!)
4. Tried to remove and add the account again - no results.
5. Tried to remove and add as Google, as Exchange, as Other account - I get calendar but no mail!!!
6. Tried to reboot between remove/add accounts - no results.
7. Tried to ("reset settings") reset the device - no results.
8. Tried to add as POP account and I it worked - I get mail but I do not need POP as I am using zounds of mail with labels and need to be working on an IMAP account
9. To make things even more complicated...I have another account which works perfectly!!!!!
Anyone out there having a clue?

Error when starting Firefox 3.6. "Javascript Application error. Invalid username/password combination. If you continue to get this error, try entering your email address as your username." Any suggestions on what to look for to resolve this?

When starting Mozilla Firefox 3.6, I get an error window which opens up additionally overtop my browser windows stating:
"Javascript Application"
followed with :
"Invalid username/password combination. If you continue to get this error, try entering your email address as your username."
Obviously it is happening with one of my email addresses/usernames & password combinations of which I know the username for (which I choose not to post here) and I'm not sure where to begin looking for a resolution to this problem.

I was able to resolve this by disabling (under Tools - Add-ons) Yahoo! Mail Notifier

Too long url error when emailing thread with replies

There is apparently a bug in the "email thread with replies" feature.
I tried emailing myself this thread and it returned this error:
Request-URI Too Large
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.

No surprise it did either. Look at what it was trying to send.

It's an web application made in Oracle ALBPM and which uses JSPs to entering data. The insert is made on the database object inside the ALBPM studio:
INSERT INTO <<ALBPM SQLQuery object>> ( field-1,field-n) VALUES ( value-1 value-n) );
I read the link you posted, but I'm still confused. I did the following:
SELECT FIELD, LENGTH(FIELD), LENGTHB(FIELD)
FROM TABLE
I was expeting to get a larger value in LENGTHB(FIELD), but the values are equal. I can only insert 2000 characters from the application, so, I was expecting a LENGTHB 2x greater than LENGTH(FIELD).
