To wipe phone
Turn off imessage in settings/messages
Turn off Facetime in settings/Facetime
Delete icloud account in settings/icloud
Erase all data and settings in settings/general/reset
Delete the phone from your profile in https://supportprofile.apple.com if you registered your phone there

Looking for a way to add multiple Email addresses for a single contact. Anybody have an idea of how to go about this?

I would create a new field text long to accommodate for this.

Can I use my personal and work email addresses to accept FaceTime call on my iPad?

I'd like to use my personal email account to accept FaceTime calls from family and give out my work email to accept FaceTime calls from work colleagues. I have set up both accounts and verified the addresses with my apple ID, but only the personal address works for FaceTime. Is what I want to do possible? Cheers!

I answered my own question. I needed to add my work email address to my iPad FaceTime settings. Works perfect now.

I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Did you create a NEW Apple ID or did you change the email address for your OLD Apple ID? This will affect how you update apps in the future.
Anyway, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores, log out, then log in with the new ID.

Aliases are merely another address within the same account, you won't see additional groups of settings for them. You should however see them as an option in the pull down "From" menu when you create an email.

Email address used for registration deleted

We purchased adobe acrobate pro 10 a couple of years ago. My secretary registered the software from her email address. She has since left the company and her address has been deleted. I have a new computer and can't download the software because the email address used for registration no longer valid! I have the serial numbers and license certificate. Can anyone help me.

I am not sure what your organization arrangements are but I would think you could recreate the email address so that it can be used. I know that I can create subaccounts for my own email service.
Aside from that, you might be able to download the trial version of the software directly thru the site linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Yes, if you change your Apple ID to your new email address. You don't have to. Under those sort of situations you can speak to Apple about transferring your purchased items to the new Apple ID, and see if they will help you.
You don't lose access to your older purchased items, you simply cannot update or re-download them or, in some cases, use them without providing the old Apple ID and password. All purchased items are permanently tied to the Apple ID used at time of purchase.

They will need to get their own Apple ID - go to http://appleid.apple.com to set up a new one. You will need a different non-Apple email address from any already in use.
Then they will need a separate user account on the Mac, or their own computer. You can then set up the account and add an @icloud.com email address in System Preferences>iCloud.
Although you could set up an alias address on your own account, I should advise against this - once created you cannot detach an alias from the account so they wouldn't be able to move it to their own account at a later date and their email would be inextricably linked with yours.

I am trying to change or add the email address which is attached to my itunes account. I keep getting a notice saying email address is already verified for another Apple ID. Im sure its one of my devices. How can I get my current email address added?

My itunes account is attached to an email account that I no longer have and cannot retrieve. I have been having trouble with purchases made to my itunes account and want to view my purchases. The support center said that they would email me the purchase history. However, I don't have that email address. When I go to change my email address to my current one, I get a message in red saying that "the email address is already verified for another Apple I.D." I'm sure it is one of my devices as we have 4 ipods and 2 iphones. How can I get my account to use my current email address? If one of my devices was registered using my current email address as it apparently was, do I need to figure out which device that is and remove the email address from that account? I'm so confused. I just want ALL my devices to use my current email address. I need to replace the old email address with my current one. How do I do that?

Your best bet would be to try resetting the password to the account that you would like to use via iForgot
Once you log in to that account change the email address to anything, it can even be fake its just a placeholder
After you do that you will be free to change your old email address on your appleID to the new one that is now free to be used as it is no longer attached to the other account.
