Hi, Is there anyway for BB to tell you what the email address that is associated to my existing BBID?

I recently updated my primary email address associated with my Apple ID account.
Now when I go to App store on my iPad it still tries to login to the App store using the old email address I had associated with the account, and naturally my password doesn't work. I can't figure out how to tell my iPad to login using the updated email address.
So in effect I'm locked out of the app store and I currently have 26 updates waiting.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my IPad to iCloud with no luck.. However I cloud happens to show the correct/updated email address.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
ThanksDid you change the email for the Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID? A new Apple ID cannot be used with content that was bought using a different Apple ID.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

I forgot my password. I cannot create a new account because i get a n error message saying my email address is already associated with an account. So, I use the "forget password?" link. The link asks for my email address, which I provide. Then I receive an error message asking me to enter the email address associated with the account. I am stuck. What should I do?

I'm currently changing accounts (to a new me.com account).
How do I link my existing iTunes account to my new me.com email ?I keep coming across issues related to this. (For what it's worth, I do not have a Mobile Me account.) I can change my e-mail address independently of my Apple ID, which IS NOT my e-mail address. I actually contacted Apple a couple of years ago because I was concerned that someone e-mailed me after playing tunes in my shared library at work. They did Get Info on a protected track and there was my personal e-mail address. I was able to change my ID (to be something other than my e-mail account) and keep my same account. I've read other posts where people say their ID must be an e-mail address, but for others this is not the case. I haven't been able to figure out the difference.

No one is permitted to provide this information, particularly because there is no facility to verify account details and that you are indeed the "owner" of the account. You will need to contact Skype Customer Service to recover your account.

If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. Skype is aware of website problems in reaching their customer service unit, however people are getting through even though it may take several attempts before you are successful.

SUI would definitely be interested in any update on this topic - I used my Gmail account to authenticate the first time I used StreamWork - yet I use a different address (own domain) for all my emails. People tend to invite me via the email address they know - not the Gmail one - so I have to tell them to use the Gmail one, not ideal!
what I would really like is to change the main email address but still have it linked to the Gmail address.
Perhaps I should see if there is an Idea Place idea for this

I have several email accounts on my iPhone, and I had to remove and reinstall one for a technical reason. Now it's at the very bottom of the list, although it's the one I use the most. How can I move it to the top of the list, without removing and reinstalling all the others? Thanks!

You can't. The order is defined by the order added. -
I use a couple of calendars in lightning; two of them have different email addresses associated in the calendars property page;
when i create a new event in one of those and try to invite attendees, the first member of the event is usually the email address associated with the calendar the event is created in.
with one of my calendars this works fine; and when i change the email address associated to that calender the organiser of events changes accordingly.
with the other one it does not. instead it shows an email address that i do not have configured in any of my email accounts nor have in any of my address books (but it is in fact setup as alias of the correct email address on the mail server, but how would thunderbird find that out?). when i change the associated email address to that calender the organiser of events is not affected, it still shows the wrong email address.

We had an employee who was employed in market over in France. He was told to purchase his own laptop and software and claim it back on expenses. He bought a laptop and all software he needed, which included a copy of Office 2013 Professional. This person
has recently left the company and returned all the equipment, laptop, software, licences, etc back to us.
The laptop has been flattened and reloaded and I want to load the copy of Office on to another PC, however, I can't now activate the copy to use. I used the 'activate using a product key' option and inserted the product key we have on the little blue card,
but when it starts it asks for the email address associated with the office subscription. I don't know what this is as the person has left the company. I've tried using his old company email address, but then it asks for a password.
Any help on this gratefully received, as we currently have a fully paid up version of Office 2013 which we can't use.

Help. My old @us.army.mil email address was terminated by the army. I used that address to register my first apple id account on my iPad. I can't remember my original Apple ID number and if I ask to reset my password, Apple sends the reset link to my old non-working email address. I have a new gmail address and a new Apple ID number associated with that address. How do I get my iPad to use my new gmail address and new apple ID number? Remember, I can't log out of my old account because I can't remember the password. Amd Apple will only reset the password by sending a link to my old, non functioning army email account. ( I hate army webmail for canceling all retired military email accounts). John Marc

I am trying to change the email address associated with my existing account to free up my university email address for use in obtaining Creative Cloud. Every time I go to the account settings of my existing account (which currently uses my university email, as I set it up years ago and had no idea it'd eventually cause problems), I enter a different email to use for that account but I continuously receive an error message saying "account changes cannot be saved." It makes me think that it's because the email isn't verified (funny, it actually is verified since it has been the alternate email on the old account for years), but when I click the "send verification email" nothing happens (that is, no email is sent to that other email address).
Anyway, my university is now requiring that faculty create new accounts using our university email addresses in order to register/use Creative Cloud. Am I able to delete my old account, or can anyone help me actually change the email address associated with my old account without getting a "changes can't be saved" error?This is an open forum, not Adobe support... you need Adobe support to help

Apple changed my Apple ID to the email address associated with my iTunes account. I now can no longer access my account because the old user name is no longer valid and has no password. I have been on the phone with tech support for hours trying to fix this. I can not update any of the apps associated with that user name.
Is this itunes on the iPad or on my computer? Thank you for the reply.

How do I change the email address associated with this account?
I can find no option to update the email address associated with this account. This is causing a problem since the Apple Support Communities ID that I use is different than my iTunes account name, but the email address for both is the same. it's causing all sorts of weirdness with Game Center, logging into this site with my iTunes account (errors out), etc.
I see no options in preferences ot update this account email address.
Am I missing something obvious?Well 99% there anyway. Now that I've successfully updated my email address, it asked me to merge the new email address as the login, which is fine, so I did that, but now I no longer see the option to edit the "Username" value.
What I'm trying to do here is to retire my username under this account, and take it on under my primary iTunes account. It won't let me do that while this old account has it reserved.
Hopefully that makes sense
Once I merged my new primary email address with this account, the 'Username' field disappeared and now just shows the new email address with no option to edit the friendly 'Username' *sigh*.
